First app that really keeps track of progress. Best workouts ever, I’ve tried so many apps for working out none had worked out like this one, I can really see the differences in my body, 100% recommended

The workout program was decent but there business practice is a complete sham. They sold lifetime access to programs, and then they changed their business model and basically say too bad so sad. File a BBB complaint in Florida as well as a Florida Attorney General Consumer Complaint

I love this app. First time in my life I’m able to consistently workout at home because the app motivates me to keep score. Sometimes after an update of the app, my progress is gone so therefore 4 stars instead of 5 stars. Great customer service as well!

Dishonest app. Sold a ‘one time’ programme that they now now charge a monthly fee for.
Good for the money
The exercises are good, you take much more time than promised tho. And the app is not so user friendly. But I am just happy to have a mom save program I can follow with doable exercises and hope to see results soon 🙏🏼
Life changing program
I have purchased programs at this price point in the past & none compare to not only the results, but the value & support you get with this one. Tons of programs out there from individuals who lead by looking the part. It was a no brainer for me to invest in a program from someone who combines real results with an educational background. Following the lead of someone who is formally educated on human movement, anatomy, physiology & biomechanics in my opinion brings the level of training you are receiving to a higher calibre. I initially purchased BBP1 & had access to that for well over 2 years. Once the terms and conditions changed I didn’t hesitate to purchase BBP2 which unlocked BBP1 & BBP2. Knowing how much people spend on training makes this program feel like a complete steal. The app is set up for your success & has tons of resources to support your goals. With 3 months of consistency I was able to completely transform my body on this program. I look & feel the best I ever have! @___z.vv
Paid for lifetime access, now force to subscribe
I bought this app as a lifetime purchase with guaranteed access. Later, the company changed their terms and now I can’t use it without a subscription. I contacted support, but they said it’s due to “security” reasons and higher costs, so I have to pay more. If you can’t deliver the lifetime access I already paid for, that’s on you—not me. Completely unfair and disappointing. I no longer have access to the app I purchased. Avoid this.
Great fitness app
I like the app. The exercises are simple and clearly explained . The only thing I would say is that the daily program is too long . I used to follow exactly all the exercises and this would take me 1.5 hrs to complete so if you don’t have that amount of time it could be a bit overwhelming. Also, it would be great to be able to actually track the weights used during several weeks not only on the last session. @kristaivanarscott

The home/gym workouts are fine until, you realize that even though you’ve paid for lifetime access, you still get charged 10$ a month later on, like??? 🥴🥴🥴 please! In this economy? 🙄🙄
Takes too much time in the gym
Yes you definitely work on your glutes that’s for sure but it takes ages in the gym it’s definitely not easy to adjust to your daily life it’s taking me 90-120 minutes for a workout and I regularly workout per day you have 8 different workouts with 3-4 sets and 8-12 reps so you can do the math. Plus warming up and cardio 4 times per week if you want to lose weight. If you buy the program be aware that for the next 12-16 weeks you won’t have time for anything else than going to the gym and working out.

Lost my lifetime access
I also paid for lifetime access a few years back but lost that access after they updated their terms. They are now charging a monthly subscription. Would like a refund at least because the product I paid for no longer exists. I did not agree to these terms. Who’s to say they won’t screw over their monthly subscribers on a random Tuesday. There’s just no integrity and I don’t think I’ll trust this company again.
Nice app
I love the workouts and the app, but there’s one important feature I’m missing: I can’t view the weights I used in previous weeks. How am I supposed to track my progress without that overview?
5 star workouts, 2 stars for the pricing changes
I can totally understand why one would switch their pricing model for future clients. But to impose that on all of your existing paid customers is crazy to me. With that being said the workouts and the app improvements have all been nothing short of amazing. The only program you need
I was a beginner when I bought the BBP1 program. It’s honestly a great program and easy to stay consistent, once you push past the first 2 weeks. The notes are very detailed and if you stick to the plan, you will see results. Insta @mayurrii

I truly never write app reviews. However , this app was actually really good! But tell me how AFTER I paid for 2 separate plans, all the sudden I no longer have access and have to pay 9.99$ a month to “ regain access” to what was already expensive and I had paid for. Honestly disgusting and money hungry.

Ended up cancelling my account
Programs and support are very good. Unfortunately, I now have to pay $9.99 to access a program I purchased back in 2021 and used to access with no problem. Also the app somehow “disconnects”. I have been charged for 5 months and when I logged back again a few months, I saw that I needed to “regain” access… It is ok to charge for programs purchased much later but the change in fees shouldn’t impact programs bought much much earlier …

Bait and switch app
I’m really disappointed in Good Fitness. I purchased this app a few years ago with a one time fee, and now I can’t access it unless I pay $9.99 a month plus tax. I recommended this app to many friends because I trusted it. Changing to a subscription model is one thing, but removing access from customers who already paid feels dishonest. This feels like nickel and diming loyal users. Very disappointing.
Love BBP1!
I love this app! I am follow this program already for 3 years. It is a heavy program but if you are consistent you will see the results. The app is simple and clean and I love that you can track the weight you have used. It would be nice if you can also track the amount of sets and reps since you get stronger with time. Accessing Programs
The app was good until the developers randomly added mandatory monthly subscriptions and revoked access to programs you paid for prior to December 2024 when it was supposed to be lifetime access. It would’ve been nice if they had honoured those who had bought programs before this change by allowing them to keep their access without paying a heavy membership fee. I was a long time user of the app, but unfortunately now it’s useless unless I put in my credit card details. Update: They provided a response that a refund is available. Please not it is only offered to those who bought memberships in a short period of time. I am part of the group that are unable to get a refund for a program that’s supposed to be lifetime access
Great Fitness app and resource
Started off with BB1 for the gym and have recently moved on to BB2. Results speak for themselves, but also great to have a simple yet effective programme to follow! App could use a few small improvements but otherwise, works perfectly and gets the job done!! @misformelanin

Die App ist bis jetz ganz gut, aber der Meal Plan ist ein Witz, da stehen seit zwei Wochen die selben Rezepte und für 100€ kannst du dir deinen eigenen Plan erstellen lassen.. ich verstehe nicht, wieso man sowas wie einen Meal Plan dann überhaupt „kostenlos“anbietet wenn man es dann so macht.
Life Changing and sustainable
Ive been using this booty plan for 2-3 years have lost track! I love it! There different versions for different skill types and honestly your booty will be juicy. I even using it now that I'm pregnant just making adjustments! Both home and gym types as well as one for mommas to. I truly love it. The app itself is cool! Unable to “Cancel Subscription”
If I can only give them zero stars for this app— Anyways, I cancelled my membership last year (possibly around October/November) and up until today I am still paying the $10 fee. I am quite disappointed that they did not consider and take the “Cancel Subscription” seriously and as something I do not want to pay for anymore and now I am stuck with paying the constant $10. I am now in the hopes of gaining the refunds as I truly do not accept them taking my money out of my bank account monthly when I have cancelled the program already.

Sto riscontrando una problematica post acquisto di un allenamento Avevo già acquistato BBP1 home un anno fa quindi già sono presente nell’applicazione. Paid for Lifetime Access, Now Locked Behind a Subscription!!!!
I purchased multiple workout programs (Better Booty 1, 2, 3, and 4) with the clear representation that they included lifetime access. I paid in full for these programs years ago. I recently went to the gym, opened the app to start my workout, and was met with a surprise. I could not even access the app or the programs I already purchased unless I paid $9.99 per month. No warning and no prior notice, just locked out of content I fully own. Requiring an ongoing subscription to access previously paid for lifetime content fundamentally changes the terms of the original purchase. This is misleading and unacceptable. The company claims an email was sent notifying users of this change, but I, and many others, never received any such communication. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would not have purchased the programs in the first place. It is unfortunate, because I would have otherwise continued supporting the brand. You cannot sell something as lifetime access and later redefine what lifetime means. This feels like a bait and switch and a breach of trust with long term customers. The programs themselves were good. The decision to lock purchased content behind a subscription is not. Also, I don’t need your reply to this comment it is repetitive and still out of line…don’t need or want a response to this review. Your reply does not address the core issue. At the time I purchased this program, it was explicitly marketed and sold as a one time purchase with lifetime access. That is the sole reason I bought it. You do not get to retroactively change the deal after the fact and then charge users to access content they already paid for. I don’t care about internal business decisions, “platform transitions,” or terms you chose to update later. Changing your Terms of Service after money has been taken does not override the conditions under which the original sale was made. Offering a temporary grace period or an optional refund does not make this acceptable it confirms that you knew lifetime access was part of the original agreement. This is a classic bait and switch. Rebranding it as an “app access fee” doesn’t change the reality: you are now charging users to access previously purchased content that was sold as lifetime access. That is misleading, unethical, and unacceptable. This is a classless, low ball act of corporate greed that exposes a complete lack of integrity, and it’s genuinely shameful to think this is the kind of unethical behavior your kids will grow up watching and learning from as “business.”

Es gibt kaum Abwechslung und jede Übung geht sehr auf die Knie. Des Weiteren dachte ich, dass es Videos gäbe. Es gibt zu jeder video ein 5 Sekunden video und die Pläne und Übungen wiederholen sich alle. Für das Geld sehe schlechter Service

This is honestly one of the best workout programs I’ve ever used. I’ve seen the most results with this app compared to anything else I’ve tried. The workouts are extremely well structured, focus heavily on building strong glutes while still training the whole body, and they’ve boosted my confidence so much. Suddenly lost access
I have had a program through this app for several years and today found myself locked out without warning and forced to resubscribe at a monthly fee instead of the flat rate I originally paid. EXTREMELY shady to change that and not to give any warning or options for prior users. Very unhappy.

Heb de bbp 1 gedaan vond deze erg leuk om te doen. Wel miste ik dat er verder geen tips waren in de app over de oefening. Ook over het eten vind ik weinig te vinden ook qua recepten. Ook vond ik het jammer dat je je voortgang van gewichten niet kan tracken. Je ziet alleen welke je de vorige keer hebt gebruikt maar niet je voortgang dat is misschien ook iets om te veranderen. Awesome workouts
Love the home options. Love the explanations and cues for proper form. It is great how accessible it is , from beginner to advanced, you can really tailor it to your needs. Plus it takes away the mental load of deciding what kind of workout to do, how many reps etc. 10/10 recommend.
The greed got them - locked out of to programs
I have tried to access the programs I purchased for a lifetime access and to my surprise I have to now pay a monthly fee. This is unacceptable to make me pay a subscription to something I paid a lifetime access to. I would have never purchased it in the first place had it been a subscription back then. This is really bad for the image of the company and sad to see that Good Fitness fell victim to greedy mindset of subscriptions. If the company wants to go this way, at least keep access to those who have already purchased the bundles. This is so wrong and so disappointing. Please let me know what are the options (decent one) being offered, because I will not be signing up for any subscription. I have purchased BB1, BB2, BB3 & Busy Woman. I feel stolen and mocked by this action.
