It’s all in there you just have to put the time and effort in.
Love this AP. You have to put time into it to learn where everything is but once you use it daily it’s easy. This program rocks!!! The community is so supportive, the recipes are delicious. The workouts are very easy to follow the coaches talk you through it. Seriously this program is a game changer, once again you have to want it and put effort in.
Too much content
Way too difficult for me to navigate. Thought it would be easier to follow.
Pauses
This program is easy and great for someone with an autoimmune disease. My problem is the app pauses often enough that I get frustrated. I work as an IT Consultant, thus I know it is not my internet. Our in home Wi-Fi router handles 5 g and the line coming in the house is fiber optics. I’m also working on a iPad with no other apps open. I even have an app that cleans the cache so I’m not sure what is happening. I need this to work. I have to regain strength for my son’s wedding at the end of May and my vacation in June.
Terrible
Got sucked into their video on social media, filled out my hormonal profile, & paid for the One and Done…(thinking I’d get a detailed hormonal profile and maybe some video exercises to watch) Their app is not user friendly…my hormonal profile was just them telling me cortisol was my problem (after they asked me to fill the profile out again). To get the exercises all I’ve found is a list and written description of how to perform those exercises…no pictures or videos to follow…definitely not worth the money. What a waste. At least it was only 1 payment.
A little clunky
They have you fill in your food preferences- like meat, no meat, pescatarian. I chose pescatarian but still have tons of other meat and a lot of canned tuna. Not realistic long term. App is a little clunky. Will start the exercise every morning and reassess after that.
Succeed with weight goal
This has been so helpful. I’m 48 yrs old and I’ve lost 23 lbs in 2 months. First time in 7 yrs I’ve found anything that actually worked.
Pathetic
Content is lacking, to say the least. App and site are buggy. Cancellation link is not where it says it is. Complete scam. Subscription is not easy to cancel, as others have mentioned.
Unsure
Started the one to one program 14 days ago and so far feeling no change. Feel like I’m also losing muscle on arms. Will give it the 28 days.

Svelte At Home Fitness
Since 3/22/2026 I have greatly enjoyed the workouts. The easy to follow instructions have greatly helped! I am already seeing inches melting away! I love the recipes and meals. Tasty and nutritious! The Svelte Coaches are fantastic to work with! Thank you Meredith Shirk for a Top Notch program!
Difficult
I find this difficult and I don’t understand the menu. In your commercial, you say that you can eat anything. But that’s not the case. Also, I have a bum hip. I can’t move like others. I have to have my hip replaced but have to lose 60 lbs first.
Cannot sign in
Paid for 2 programmes cannot sign in as app needs IOS 17 to update and I can’t get it due to older phones have emailed at least 20 times keep sending me around in circles last contact had reply saying tried to phone you today didn’t no record of missed call very disappointed in this feel like I’ve spent money I could have spent elsewhere
Emails from Svelte
I’ve unsubscribed to emails from the site as I’m just not comfortable with way that are worded. Things like ‘to be honest with you L.., my team said that I shouldn’t extend…..’ and ‘ok L…,you win….’ come across a little passive aggressive. I’m happy with the site and the content that I have signed up for, but when I don’t want to sign up for anything in addition, or to be involved in phone conversations, I don’t expect to receive emails like that. Maybe I’m being too sensitive, but I just don’t like it, or need it. Also, the amount of emails I’ve been receiving is crazy.
Svelte Program
Is a all in one program, I don’t know what is better. the recipes, challenges or coaching is amazing.
An absolute scam
Do not, I repeat, don’t fall for the targeted ads. Worst user experience, and for all the fitness apps out there, this one is not set up for the user to succeed. They were quick to send me emails prompting me to set up, but haven’t replied to my request to cancel. Don’t do it, not worth the headache…
Rip off
All they want you to do is buy questionable supplements every week. Useless as far as I’m concerned
Great app
I love the programs I have overall , I just find it hard to navigate the app it to find what I am actually looking for . The programs and the exercises are positively great , but trying to move around with in the app is difficult for me . Especially when they are doing challenges .

This program has been so helpful to me! The coaches are there for any questions you may have. Their guidance is done in a way that does not make you feel guilty when you eat something that is not on the list. This program is not about perfection, it is about making progress! The step by step meal planning has been so helpful to me. I LOVE the color coded foods list used along with the meal planner. It is so easy to follow. Who really has time for weighing everything? The simple Palm, Fist, Thumb rule that I learned gets my meal prep so easy! If you have a day where you need a little more motivation, there is either a live coaching Call/Zoom or you can go back to watch a previously recorded one. Don’t want to go to the Gym for a workout. You can participate in one from your own home each and every day if you would like. They are short, sweet and get the job done quickly!😁 I am a 71 year old Permanent Substitute Teacher in a High School and this program has allowed me the ability to keep up with them. This program would be great for anyone! It does not matter your age, dietary needs or your physical ability. Svelte has something for everyone ❤️
Deceptive sales techniques
Buyer beware. The one time purchase of this app comes with a “free trial” of a MONTHLY membership for $49.99. I wasn’t even aware of this until after I was charged the 1st time. I immediately cancelled the subscription in the app only to be charged the next month too. The cancellation in the app didn’t work & I had to cancel via a link in the initial invoice I was sent after the first time. Shady business model. Not impressed. Do NOT recommend.
$29 for what exactly?
So I fell for the online infomercial and paid the $29. I’m assuming for access to the app. Only to find out all of the workouts are FREE on YouTube! Very disappointing. I also read on another review. that if you’re not observant they will continue to charge you monthly that better not be the case. What did I actually pay for I’m still not sure. I will be calling to get a refund!! You should really just sell the app on the Apple Store for $29. And call it a day. This online ordering feels sketchy and like a scam. Buyer beware.
Bug?
Every time I Click on an item in the app it closes automatically the app itself. I presume a bug in the system? Hopefully there is a way to fix this. App not really useful now this way.

App doesn’t open
You enter your email address and it sends a code to that email account, which is annoying because if they send it to your text, you could enter it so much easier. After you open the email to get the code and enter it, it asks for your email again. On repeat. I’ve never been able to get in.
Nice workouts… oops just kidding
My app was working fine for about 3weeks. Then nothing. It won’t load past the title page, then crashes my phone. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, problem persists. It’s been down almost a week. How do refunds work?
Love this team
I’ve been working out with Mere, Gaby, Greg, and now Paula, for two years. Everyday, even through a broken leg using seated workouts. And the nutrition has been a massive part of my journey… learning to balance my hormones by eating the right superfoods and lose weight while eating amazing meals. Confusing and Complex
The interface is too busy and confusing. Too many menu options that lead you to different documents to open or different links.

This app is hard to figure out and it runs slow. It charged me again 1 week after I installed and already paid the initial fee. I didn’t even ask or agree to start a premium subscription… cancel my subscription!
