Feeling Great
I’m feeling great and having fun here! Classes are good and I’m excited to do them! Who knew these would make such a 🫢🫢 difference so quickly.
Too expensive
Worth the price for the first month at the 85% discount or whatever they offered to get you in at. Make sure to cancel before you realize that you are paying 4-5x more than if you got a gym membership! Not worth the price at full cost. Borderline scam at $105 a month!
Leason 1
A couple of the exercises are too tough for me. I’m 71 and my muscle tone is not was it use to be. The pushups and pushing up from the chair I’m not able to do.
Nordeletics
Horrible customer service. I downloaded the app and just browsed without accepting only to find a large charge on my credit card. Very unsatisfied!!!!
Literally stole $105
Unreal—I bought ONE 4-week program and they subsequently charged me $105 the next month with no warning nor receipt for the unauthorized purchase! Don’t get involved with them.
great!!
excellent details was easy to follow along with!
Nothing about fascia release. Personal coach is a joke.
I signed up for this program because of its advertisements about foal release. However, there has been nothing in my personal plan exercises that have anything to do with foster release. They are just basic strength and mobility exercises. I paid extra to get a personal coach, and she basically suggested a whole different set of exercise exercises than what I had paid for with the plan. She also knew nothing about the supposed personal plan that I paid for. Very frustrating, and a waste of money. The exercises are no different than what I could’ve gotten off of YouTube.
Really work for lose weight
I love it its work
Off
Too much asking for extra money
Basic workout
Pretty basic calisthenics workout paired with soothing yoga music is strange!
1st Day
Out of breath!
Bait and switch
Beware. This is a classic bait and switch scheme. I purchased access to this app for 30 dollars. I received my “welcome” email on May 9th. There was no mention of a recurring charge. For exactly 3 days I received multiple emails trying to upsell me, then nothing, no reminders, no support. Probably because I didn’t upgrade, which was beyond my budget. Needless to say, life happened, illness happened. I didn’t even use the app beyond setting it up because there was no follow up or support. On August 3, I woke up to a charge of almost $160 dollars. No email or text warning of this. I had to find and reupload the app, and it was difficult to find where to cancel it. I was eventually able to. I sent an email to customer support explaining the situation and received what is probably an automated message with a fake name telling me there was nothing they could do, as “I truly wish I had a different answer, but I’m not able to process a refund for this charge. Under our policy for digital services, subscription renewals are final once processed, and I’m unable to override that.” I asked if there was someone else that this could be escalated to, and I basically received the same message back with a couple words changed. I scoured the app for any mention of their “non-introductory” fee was, no luck. There are many comparable apps that are a fraction of the cost of this one. At $160 for 3 months, that’s approximately $53 a month. Absolutely ridiculous. Almost twice what I pay for a gym membership with machines, pool, sauna, steam room, exercise classes, whirlpool. Furthermore, the company that owns or runs this app is not in the US, so you cannot file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Day 1
It was nice and slow. Had to take it easy due to Achilles.
Anlayamama
Dil farkından dolayı anlayamıyorum hareketleri doğru yapıp yapmadığımı bilemiyorum
I like the movement
It is a little difficult for a 79year old to accomplish.
First workout
I liked it wish there were some more up beat music though
Deceptive practices
Be prepared to be charged 3-4 times your initial investment once the period of time you actually signed up for expires - with no notice that the charge is coming or opportunity to cancel before the charge is taken out of your account. And when you reach out to have it corrected, you basically get a “sorry not sorry” response but “we’ll go ahead and cancel your subscription for you - with no refund.” Pay with a secure source who will fight for your refund for you.
Day 1
Not able to do all of the exercises like full push up and chair dips but showing up is rewarding.
Not accessible, expensive, and hard to cancel
Used for just 2 weeks, but as someone with a disability I found the workouts too difficult with no way to adapt them. Signed up for a 3‑month trial, was automatically renewed for another 3 months and charged £113 — this feels like pure price gouging. You cannot pause or cancel inside the app at all; you’re forced to contact customer service directly. When I cancelled, they offered a lifetime deal for £65.49, which just highlights how unfair their pricing really is. Not recommended for anyone needing flexibility or fair terms.
Helpful
Their support team is very helpful
Great workout
I had no idea what to expect and I have to say, I’m very happy with the first round. I look forward to seeing what’s ahead. It was smooth flowing and gave a nice workout!
Buyer Beware!!!
Purchased the Nordletics app for a reasonable price, not knowing somewhere hidden in the fine print, the company supposedly tells you they will automatically charge your card without warning or notification for a hefty subscription fee of $158.94!! The company’s customer service then proceeds to tell you that they cannot give you a refund even when you cancel your subscription!!! This is fraudulent, dishonest, and extremely poor customer service!!! I am an honest individual and treat others the same honesty and respect!!! I want to WARN everyone thinking about purchasing this app so the same thing does not happen to you!!! Buyer Beware of the hidden subscription scam!!!
Suggestion
Good exercises. Could have a count down at the end of the moves like in the start so you don’t have to keep watching to see when to stop.
Changer la langue
Comment changer pour le francais?
Could be better narrated
It would be better if they said when each activity finished for the 10 second rest. If you’re not watching the screen the whole time you don’t know until the 3 second countdown
Gluts
relaxing and just enough of a challenge
Total Scam
Beware of this app. They tricked me into what was sold as a limited trial and then I found out later they’ve been charging me for 3-month subscriptions (this happened twice). I’ve paid them over $300 without realizing it. They offered no reimbursements and I’m now stuck with a stupid app that’s useless (why I didn’t stick with it after trial).
Newbie
Not having done formal exercises for decades, Day 1 was very tough. But I’m ecstatic that I got through most of each one minute rep without pausing. Blimey10 seconds goes by so quick. Bring on Day 2 🥵
First day
Off to a good start
Scam! Do not join
You sign up for $20 and then they charge you $100. Even though I didn’t use it at all they wouldn’t send me a refund.
Let’s see
I’ve just completed the first one. What I liked : nice gentle music, I can do it at home, achievable exercises, not too long. What I didn’t like: this is nothing new yet……..let’s see how I get on !
Set 1
Too hard for 79 year old to be on the floor
Day 1
A little difficult for an older man like me but I will stick with it
Excellent
I curious after 4 weeks what will happen ;)
Refunds
If I could I would give it less than 1 star. I was charged $105 without being notified and when I contacted the help desk all they could say is sorry and basically telling me I will not get a refund. Thanks for nothing help desk except for taking my money.
Great Workout
Investors only completed day 1 but am impressed and ready to again!
1st session
Hard for 1st timers especially the chair one! Managed the rest tho!
Great App
I only got to use their app for a trial due to some health issues I was experiencing but it provided exercises I could do (even with Rheumatoid Arthritis) and when I had trouble and had to stop using the App the company actually worked with me and allowed me to cancel my plan. Honest and professional. Thank you
Basically a scam
The most rudimentary and limited workouts with a terrible interface and poor design. And of course they make it very difficult, complicated and opaque to monitor your account and cancel. In short, everything that is wrong with these social media driven apps. Everyone involved with this endeavor should feel deep shame or, more likely, has none to begin with.
Just signed up
Feeling excited and nervous at the same time. Starting with the basic 4-week plan and will build on this.
Adaptation inadéquate
Ce n’est pas assez adapté à mon corps Je ne peux pas faire de push up je viens d’avoir une opération à l’épaule et il y avait 3 exercices de push up dans mon programme jour 1
Good exercise
Good
Subscriber beware! $219.99 USD charged to my account after I cancelled the app.
$325 CAD FOR ONE APP?! It’s gotta be able to a lot for that much money (Spoiler Alert: it didn’t do anything for me, aside from upping my cortisol count when I saw the charge). I cancelled my subscription ->with a confirmation email from the company (which uses different names) and was still charged $325, three months later. I will let you know here, if they do the right thing and refund me, or not.
Easy start
Not too bad for 1st day
Glutes and core
Great moves. You can feel muscles being worked!
