Food prices manipulated
Items are more expensive for delivery vs pickup (3.5 kd pickup vs 3.85 for delivery option) How is this legal. I avoid such business that do not respect customers. I hope they fix it and care about their customers more. I prefer other mexican food options

Technical Issue Report: Item Addition Error on Chipotle Middle East App
Dear chipotle Customer Care Team, I’m reaching out to report a persistent glitch on the Chipotle Middle East app. I was thrilled to hear about Chipotle opening its first location in Saudi Arabia, but I’m currently unable to place an order due to errors when adding items to my basket. Whenever I attempt to add an item to an empty cart, the app displays the following sequence of error messages: 1- "Error adding to bag" 2- "Some items are no longer available and have been removed from your basket" Despite these messages, my basket remains completely empty, preventing me from completing any selection or order. Could you please look into this technical issue or advise if a resolution is in progress? Thank you for your assistance. Best regards.

Download the wrong app, I don’t live here, didn’t realize it was the wrong app til just now, had this app on my phone for like a year, anyway 3 stars cuz they weren’t stingy with the quac 👍

Disappointed about the Delivery Feature
They outsource delivery to Talabat. Only order for pickup in this app, otherwise order through Talabat. My location was miles away from my correct location, due to their poor geographical development.

The rice and the beans, i cant adjust them. As before i checkout, under the rice and beans it says normal, it means that i can adjust the portions, also when i start building the buritto, there are tree dots next to rice and beans, but app wont let me click on them. Thats the reason i havent had a delivery order from chipotle yet.

Major Fixes Needed
The app needs a major refresh. As someone who has frequented Chipotle in the US, I am disappointed in the rollout and effectiveness in almost every aspect of the Middle East’s version. The app is buggy, payment errors are frequent, pages are frozen and most importantly the order was incorrectly input. For the BOGO event I placed an order and after payment was confirmed, I got a notification and called the store because the order disappeared! The order number then linked to someone else’s order. Please make improvements that will meet the quality of Chipotle’s food, North American App and overall the business.
Keep Chipotle Independent!
I hope Chipotle stays a stand-alone app and avoids platforms like Deliveroo, Talabat Hunger Station, Jahez etc. Their fresh ingredients deserve better than third-party handling. Stand-alone apps offer better quality control and faster delivery! Keep it independent, Chipotle!
No delivery options in Kuwait.
It will always lead me to pick up and never delivery? You should not advertise on your TikTok if you aren’t willing to do what was advertised.
Issues with delivery
As many other reviews stated, there are issues with delivery. Each time i write my adress, which i have tried several different locations, it mentions there are none available. This is my only option to eat at chipotle because i love very far away, and not being able to deliver makes me very upset. Please fix this soon. Thanks.
Delivery is the main issue
I typically visit the US for three reasons: tourism, shopping, and Chipotle. My friends introduced me to Chipotle during my 2016 trip, and since then, I’ve made it a point to visit different Chipotle locations in various states every year. I absolutely love the Chipotle bowl. I’ve wanted to share it with my family and other friends, but the main issue is delivery—it's not available in their location. I hope this issue gets resolved soon!
App not working
The app is not working for me every time I open it I get a message that says “oops! Something’s gone wrong. Invalid token response” it’s honestly annoying especially since I’m pregnant and i’ve been craving it so bad and sometimes it’s hard for me to leave the house to get food. Please fix this issue asap and help me satisfy my cravings.
Needs an update
Please add “order instructions” for customizations. And also the veggie option includes guacamole, but no way to remove guacamole or get it on the side.

It is only giving pick up as an option even though we are in the delivery zone (arjan — we are close to Dubai hills mall). So disappointing! Wish chipotle was on the other reliable delivery apps.

Horrible app
There is no customer service, they mess up the orders all the time and there isn’t customizable instructions. You’re better off seeing them make it for you than ordering it.
