Coffee lover
Love the app, its simple and easy to use. I love the free drink that I get when a new branch is opened , of course love the coffee!
Apply Pay doesn’t work, birthday can’t be updated, dud app
Saw that an app was available at the counter so I downloaded it, upon registration I saw that there are birthday perks, but you cannot change your birthday, the drop down doesn’t work, it’s stuck on 01 Jan 1, 0001. Today I tried to pay for a pickup order using Apple Pay and it kept on giving me “Oops, an error occurred processing your order”, it also shows the map of Kulwait for some reason.
Helpful
The app is good and its easy to place an order, but need to fix some problems, I was gold member the app close and when I opened again I saw that I’m bronze member!
アイコンをタッチして日本に変更
東京と京都が別れていて、どちらも行くのにいちいち変更するのは面倒だと思った。混雑していたから試しにアプリでオーダーしようと思ったけれど先にレジに辿り着いた。

Apple Pay Oops!
Created an account, signed in, cannot load money using Apple Pay. Used wi-fi and 5G but keep getting “Oops. Something went wrong. Try again.” Relaunched the app and tried many times. Hard to buy anything with no funds.
Arabica app/ M
As a user of the app, I rate it as very helpful, useful, and overall excellent. I definitely recommend it. 👌🏻
わかりづらい
注文ができたのかできないのか、店頭でどうやって受け取るのか等、オシャレな細い文字でしか表示されてなくて、店舗でどこで待ってたらいいのかもわからないし、客側のフローがわかりづらい。
Top up
For the top up section, they need to allow the user to choose the amount they would like to top up their account with.
Noorii
My fav. ❤️
Useless
Useless app, you order on the app, you arrive at store expecting they already start making the coffee, they never check their system
No Canada Support
Recently just created an account and I notice in the country/language selection that appears to be no Canada option. So I am stuck between the middle east or Japan. I am confused ☹️

My fav. Coffee house 🫶🏻🫶🏻
Note section
It would be very helpful if you add a note section to the order instead of calling the store every time to let them know about our order example ,extra ice etc.
Does the app work in Canada?
After I have completed the account sign up process, it logged me out and says Arabica is not available for your mobile phone region. But it already took my email and password which makes me feel very unsafe.
Shamma
I like your APP. But the navigation feature is not accurate, needs updating. And I would to have the option to add sugar to my drink. Thank you.
