Great app!
I absolutely love this app! It’s super easy to use, fast, and always reliable. The cashback program is one of my favorite features! Highly recommend it to anyone in bahrain looking for a convenient and rewarding delivery experience!
The worst delivery app to order from
Takes so long to deliver and the food always comes so cold, the only good thing about this app is ahlan credit.
Always disappointed
The worst service! Always disappointed when I order ,hope they improve it or close it better for them .
Comments
Hi I have realised that if I go to a restaurant I cannot add my points unless I order from it I hope that change and to be apply to all restaurants here that u add purchase points if u order online or walk in

Poor delivery service
Been a customer for over two years and have noticed a significant drop in Delivery service. Drivers taking wrong routes and saying it’s the most efficient when he took a detour across the entire city. Customer support totally unhelpful. Big drop in service from when the drivers actually delivered on time and customer service was actually helpful. It’s better now to just order food and pick up myself given their current performance
Stole my money
I have been using this app for almost everyday, last week I ordered from a restaurant and it was cancelled due to a problem in the restaurant and they promised a refund but still they haven't refunded my money yet although I called them 3 times! Always lying about the refund and blaming the bank when obviously they are the problem!
Excellent now
They improved a lot since last time I wrote a review. Now it’s the best Bahraini Food App Others are not Bahraini. These guys have a lot of offers sometimes 1 BD off and sometimes 1 BD cash back No app does this
Credit can’t be used
I haven’t been able to use the credit balance because every time I try, there’s either an offer or free delivery that prevents it from being applied. As a result, the credit expires unused. This is honestly the worst reward program I’ve encountered
Need some improvements.
Order tracking feature is not available. Credit card payment option is not working.
Love this app
A great food delivery app in Bahrain with the option of delivery, pick up, and dine-in discounts and cash back. Highly recommend it!
شهل حركات؟
تقولون ايداع في حسابي مبلغ و بعدها ادخل حسابي صفر! لذي درجه تبون الناس؟؟!
Amazing !
Amazing app we love it 😍
👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
افشل تطبيق توصيل في العالم العربي والعالم الأول والثاني والثالث افشل تطبيق. The worst food delivery in the whole world ever.
Best delivery app
I use Ahlan in a daily basis. It gives me the perfect customer satisfaction from variety of cuisine, offers and great delivery time.
So slow feels like it was made in 2005

I love it !
It’s a very good app and you can get lots of points the more you order ! واييد حلو
extremely disappointed
After ordering a waffle that took an hour to prepare, once I complained via live chat, they just ignored me. I won't use this app again.
Best application
This is the best and the most friendly application . Well done an keep it up 👌
Delivery is horrible
Very slow delivery. Half hour or more is spent on instructing drivers the location. The concept of receiving credit is nice. Will only recommend for pick up and dine in.
👍
Excellent application, friendly support and better than talabat
Can’t even register
I have a US number and it doesn’t even allow me to register my phone number without it being a digit too short
Unintuitive interface, no option to cancel order, horrible customer service
So I made my first order, my credit card was charged, and the item I ordered was unavailable. No way to cancel the order online so I tried WhatsApp, no reply. I called and had to explain the problem to three different people. My refund will take two weeks. Deleting this stupid app.
