Terrible Service Through KFC App
I placed an order on the KFC app on 11 January 2026, paid in full, but never received my order. No refund was issued either. This is unacceptable and shows poor reliability. Customers deserve better accountability — I cannot recommend using this app until KFC fixes these issues.

Stay away! Most horrible people in the industry!
The order I received was wrong and bad quality. They made us wait for 4 hours for a replacement (the branch is preparing a new batch they said) only to find out in that they will not send a replacement after all and will not return our money. Horrible people.nightmare.

شكراً KFC BH
تطبيق سهل وفيه خيارات حلوه وجميل في خيارات الدفع
Food is tasty but delivery package is horrible
Sorry to say that being a world wide famous brand, ur home delivery packaging is really horrible, by the time it reaches home it will become super soft family French fries & it is better to throw in dustbin than eating it, samething with crispy family chicken strips it will become soo soft with the vapour of the hot chicken that becomes horrible to eat. Please find a way to deliver things in crispy way. Even in take away also we have to tell u not to close the box of family fries & not to cover chicken bucket. Please find a solution. (I’m a regular KFC fan from years only mistake I did I ordered online without going to take delivery )
KFC lover
As a kfc lover .. I prefer to do my order through your app.. you can add more favorable sections like point or rewards.. more easy choice options.. Thank you
Useless
Always problem with this app whenever trying to order. First time the app showing the order as delivered before reaching the same to me. The second time I paid for the order but was not showing in my order list. You should fix this issues ASAP.
