Ease of use
CPFCU’s app is convenient for checking my balance and making deposits and transfers. I appreciate the strong security features, including the password change prompts, and overall it feels reliable and secure.

Frustrating
Of all the apps I use, I prefer using Cedar Point the least. I routinely cannot log in on first attempt and it’s constantly requiring that I change my password. I’ve enrolled in Face ID numerous time and it requires me to re-enroll. It’s the most frustrating app that I use.
Good start, but needs improvement
Being unable to link digital banking and financial tools to the Mastercard portal adds challenge to financial management. Customers need to be able to link banking tools to our CPFCU Mastercard transactions.

Hate that I have to keep on changing my password every other week. It’s going to a point where I’m just listing animals as my password.
Review of online banking
I like most of the online banking capabilities. The only real concern I have are the naming conventions used for transferring funds. I made a significant error when I had thought that I’d made a payment to my CPFCU Mastercard and I had actually transferred funds to my LOC account. I hadn’t realized the error until I received a letter from MC indicating my payment was late. And everything was made right the moment we called and discovered what (I) had done incorrectly. Living in Georgia makes it imperative that our online banking capabilities be as clear and concise as possible. So, CPFCU could help in this by making the TX Funds page be exceedingly clear. Thanks for the opportunity to vent (sort of). We’ve been customers since 1993/4 (31 years) and have no plan to move, it’s a good thing knowing CPFCU will be there (as always) when we need financial support and assistance. It's pretty good app over all, but like anything there a few minor issues. The app can be very slow other then that I can't say there's much more. Thanks for everything:)

Like the ease of use, I love the fraud departments quick response. The employees at the Leonardtown branch are the best⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Unnecessary steps
There are way too many steps to pay my auto loan. Having to get a verification code for each step of the process is time consuming and annoying.
Personal experience
My experiences with CPCU has for the most part been great,the Leonardtown ATM keeps having issues all three locations I use during business hours are awesome.The one complaint I have and we all do is are cards don’t offer the tap feature.

This app is terrible. It won’t remember my password for anything and have to put it in every single time. It’s not efficient what so ever.
