Many bugs
Soooooo many bugs recently and wasted me sooo many coins
Set a budget
Be careful of filling up the spaces. I’ve spent quite a lot of my coins, 100 at time, cleaning off the matching bar.
No Mather how much you play
No Mather how much I play it’s very hard to collect coins. I have notice the prizes are small. And for every time you get out of time, space they charge those hard earning coins. Is more than 100 coins to try to keep up with the level. Is so far my complaint about this game.
Fun, but HARD
The levels are fun, I love the character designs, but the reason that I sorta’ don’t like this game is because the levels are EXTREME when you get to levels past 270+
Obsessively Fun!
A great little game you can pick up quickly & easily. It’s tough to put down though! Pretty addictive & they don’t show the clock, so you gotta mind the time. But cute graphics, smooth gameplay & no ads. I’m a fan!
Have enjoyed playing this game for quite a few months now… but…
Have really enjoyed the game play of this game until I got a new device and decided to delete my profile and start all over. Now I’ve gotten to level 20 and a bubble pops up saying here is my free Mickey Mouse. Then it never goes away and I can no longer play 4r game. Tried deleting my profile again and starting over and the same thing happens. Guess I can no longer play this game. Contacted support and they say they know about the issue and so far no way to fix it.
Variety
Love the game and enjoy playing but would like to see more variety, it seems it’s the same set of games repeating.
Game cheats
This game was really fun at first and quickly became my favorite game. After some time I started to realize that the game is rigged. I’d select matches and the items would blink as if selected but not move to the bottom row. The time on some of them is impossible without buying extra time and coins. This game will try to get you to buy at every opportunity and if you win coins, will suddenly become harder. I know it sounds like sour grapes. I rarely ever review apps. I play another match game that also takes skill and does not have rigging issues this one does. I’ve noticed if you can’t get past a level and don’t play the game in a few days the level will suddenly have less objects the next time you log in. I don’t mind a challenge that requires skill, but when the game is designed to not let the player win I am no longer interested. At level 603, deleting the game.
Continues to Crash
I recently updated the app; I do greatly enjoy this game - the items and themes make me happy. I’m a 1980s Disney-Kid. No ads is _beautiful_. Yet the game keeps crashing. I lose my progress, I lose my boosters because the game shuts down with no warning in the middle of a level. Not cool, Jam City. This is utterly unfortunate.

My game went from level 5600 to level 1 . Broken but started to play again from level one but at level 33 it froze at here’s your free Mickey Mouse. Ughhhh waiting and waiting for help .
Fun, but glitchy!
Fun to play but the never ending pin rewards cause my game to glitch at least once a week.
Will not close
I’m trying to play the game but when I go to close the harmonic rush page it keeps coming on every other second after I close it and will not open the game so I can play it.
Fun but..
Fun game BUT, some levels do not begin to have enough time to win. Also please STOP with the stupid trading cards! Every game does it and I doubt ANY of your players like it at all!
The Best Disney Match 3 Game
This match 3 game is the best one in the App Store. The challenges are very colorful, cool and interesting. The Disney characters are very cute. Lastly, the wishing star power is a great idea!! Keep up the great work!!
Gets stuck
Loved this game but after the last update it keeps getting stuck!!! After the second time of deleting the game and reinstalling I gave up.
starting over
i had to start over then when i got to level 32 it got stuck

Having beaten level 1227, it won’t let me claim the finished harmonic level prize, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it in the hope it would fix the problem but sadly it hasn’t, please get this fixed
Fun .but…
The game is great but the hardest levels are impossible to pass without purchasing extras . Disney already gets enough of my $. I guess my time is done .
I would rate this six stars if I could!
First off, always loved this game ( just found it somewhat annoying the glitches that made it look like I lost power ups I never even used) Second, the new addition of having that star system which gives you continuous power ups and even helps clear harder boards is GENIUS! One thing: I wish there was a friends mode where you could play either against your friends through Facebook, messenger what have you. All in all though absolute time killer in the best way.
Crashing and lost progress
List everything after update and crash on level 473. I have spent a fortune on our purchases, I am not happy one bit about this. We’ll see if Support actually contacts me back.
A little irritated
Please fix. I can’t get into the game. It keeps popping up with the harmonic that is finished. I hit claim, but it keeps coming back. I just wanna play the game. Please fix so I don’t have to delete it
Your Game
Yes I too Iove seeing all the Disney characters but not to happy about the game... three try's and your done. You hit on and object and on purpose another object comes down. Too many objects to get down in too short of time. You never get a chance to see after the game how many objects where left to go and where they were hidden. Some times I wonder if the object was even there? Maybe you should show all objects you have to get rid of before the game begins, and add a little more time or less objects to throw down to win and not only give less objects to win??
Too easy to cont game
I love the game. Graphics were well made. But they made it too easy to continue game with coins. It made it so hard to save coins for the things I actually want to spend. Gave them feedback before but they didn’t do anything about it. Makes me feel so frustrated and wonder if I should continue on.

Love it, BUT
I love this game and in fact it’s quite addictive. However, I refuse to spend any money buying the extra stuff. The really hard levels (Mega, Very) are very challenging, almost too challenging. The app developers obviously make them this way so that you will spend money which, again, I refuse to do. Eventually, with enough out of lives etc, they make the really hard levels a bit easier so you can get through them, but lots of frustrating moments in between will ultimately, likely, result in my deleting this game.

Fun, but algorithms get greedy.
This is very fun and has good challenges- BUT, I think you can back off the difficulty just a bit. It almost seems after I spent money on the game it almost got greedy and now has made me continuing on I have to spend more. And I am just not doing that. Maybe make getting some rewards a little easier? I noticed a change, and now it is a little too frustrating, so I only play occasionally (not to get rewards - which became almost impossible) and since I don’t play that often, less money for developers! Find maybe a nicer balance and I may be willing to play more again and spend a little more often. Less frustrating for me, developers get a little more money. Win win!! ****NOTE TO DEVELOPER: Thanks for the reply, Denis, but you missed my point. I know buying items is optional. My issue is that the difficulty dramatically spiked right after I made a purchase, making challenges feel impossibly frustrating unless I pay more. It kills the fun, which means I play less and spend less. I'm asking for better game balance, not a reminder of how free-to-play works.

It’d be nice if there was the ability to watch ads for perks instead of winning or buying them. The further into the game it becomes almost impossible to pass without help and not everyone wants to spend real money on mobile games.

Move the pop-up Purchase button off of DIRECTLY ATOP the Play button, I swear to god. I am tired of just trying to play the next round and winding up accidentally wasting coins on stupid card packs.

Beautiful graphics! Ton of fun. My only one complaint is some levels get so hard they are almost impossible to win. I have tried like 40 times on a few levels! Then it’s followed by easy ones.

BEST kind of game
I love this kind of game, and this is my fourth 3D match game. I love the Disney pics the best of all four, and I am looking forward to the upgrade that will include teams and gift giving. Hiwever, I sm currently stuck and can’t play!!!! I tried rebooting my iphone.
Unplayable. Keeps blocking my inputs!
Major bug: Slow reward animations create an invisible barrier that blocks all clicks inside the levels. I'm forced to restart the app every time this happens, which causes me to lose my Win Streaks and Multipliers. It happens way too often. The support buttons (FAQ/Connect Us) are broken and don't work at all. Fix your game!
Great
I love anything Disney so had to try this game out. It’s very addictive. You don’t have to pay money to play it plus no videos so it’s better than other similar games.
Lost my progress
Good game but one day I went on to find out all my progress had been lost. Sadly lost interest now I'm forced to restart.
Good mental break
It’s a mindless game, which I like. Good mental break. I don’t like how it makes a level easier if you can’t beat it in 3-4 tries.

This game is so fun. It has its hard games and easy ones. The graphics are awesome and I like collecting the characters.
Paid for add on it disappeared
I paid £39.99 for 6 hours unlimited lives, coins etc. played for one hour. Left and came back. Everything I paid for was gone. I’d logged in to save progress so why did it go.

Loving this game at level 400 something, I’d just love some new items to collect. Just to mix it up a bit and keep it fresh!
Glitching game
Game has been great and I’ve been enjoying it, up until today when it keeps glitching when asking me to save progress and I have to do the same levels over and over. Which then results in me loosing all my boosters.
ASMR/wait time
The ASMR was nice when I collected all the stuff the only problem is the wait time between different levels whilst I was testing the game in other words if you got patience and you really enjoy the game go ahead for it especially if you love Disney I’ve been back if I would not recommend it due to the wait time but other than that, it’s alright
