Worst banking app I have ever used. To hard to pay bills. It shouldn’t take so many clicks and inputs to pay a bill.
No notification features
App is fine for day to day use, but don’t like that it doesn’t have notifications for transactions similar to other banking apps.

Horrible App
This app is terrible. Over half the time, the Face ID doesn’t work. I prefer the old app before they did all these updates. They said they were working out the bugs and were getting it fixed but it’s been like this ever since the newer update. It makes me want to switch banks and the only reason I haven’t is because of how big of a pain in the butt it is to switch banks. Having a functional banking app is important to me, and it shouldn’t be this difficult, yet Carrollton Bank can’t seem to figure it out.

The Face ID hardly ever works. Constantly have to reset my password, only being allowed to do so after calling the bank and jumping through hoops.
Could be better, could be worse
It’s a pretty decent app. However, I wish there were more online features available.

The app is nice to have but the access to make partial payments on a HELOC does not work until you have paid the full amount. Another thing is being able to view your statements would be nice on a HELOC.

Always problems
I have an issue with this app almost every week. It says I’m using the wrong password, always getting locked out, biometrics hasn’t worked for a while. The purpose of an app is for the ease of use but I’m always having to call the bank or go to the website to log in.

It gets tiring when trying to log in and you can’t because your password isn’t working you should be able to log in and get a message to change your password

This is the best bank you can bank with in Missouri !! You get a bank family and very helpful and caring team especially the Saint Charles location.
Not easy to use
Carrollton makes it impossible to use their app to make loan payments and check balances all in same place. Other banks make it easy. This one makes you login to a special website to simply pay bills.
Easy navigation
This app is so easy to use and see what you need to see. There was a log in issues at one time when I had to put in both my log in and password every time. But it seems that they fixed the bug since it is working better now.

Log In
For some reason I am no longer able to log in on my iPad with my thumbprint, very annoying. Talked to the bank and they did not have an answer for me.

Ever since the update the Face ID has said it is temporarily unavailable. It has not worked for around a month now.

Authentication is a nightmare. You should make it easier for people to get into their mobile app and cache Face ID info or KeyPass options.

I love the Carrollton Bank app. I can check my balance as often as I want to, pay bills online and see when interest has been added to my savings account.
