The app is alr for buss travel. A little difficult to navigate but better than the alternatives like google maps that don’t show anything

this website doesn’t allow you to plan journeys and its tracker for when the bus would arrive was really off. We ended up using dubrovnik citybus.com and it saved all the headaches

Completely useless
This is a complete joke. You can’t plan a trip, you can’t see when a line departs at a stop. You can see a timetable for a line, but it’s unclear when it’ll be at the stops you care about. It shows the upcoming departures at a station, but not for a future date. What a complete disgrace. I don’t even understand how this has a 1.x rather than a flat 1.0 rating.
Hilfreiche Bus-App zum Zurechtfinden
Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht zu 100% nachvollziehen. Ja, es ist keine Hightech-App auf der man eine Route von Haltestelle A zu Haltestelle B oder von Ort A zu Ort B eingeben kann. Um zu wissen, wann Busse und welche Busse von einer Haltestelle aus fahren, ist die App absolut ausreichend. Für mich war diese App eine Pflicht, um mit den richtigen Bussen zu meinem Appartment zu gelangen. Besser geht immer, aber ihren Zweck erfüllt sie! 👍🏽
Missing a lot of features
No route planning, I need to learn all lines to navigate around the city, cannot check stop timetable (only from line view or just arrivals). All I want as a user is to know how I can get from place A to B, what is the nearest stop that could help me. Giving 2 stars as I could eventually to access some data about buses.

interconnectedness of things!
After visiting Dubrovnik and Cavtat from the UK last year (2023) we noticed the number 10 bus passing our apartment. This year we are returning armed with this app. This is going to help us on our determination to explore further afield. Already we can see the routes around Dubrovnik and buses pottering around from our home in England. It’s great to see the interconnectedness of things!
Barely functional if it works at all
Times are not accurate. Often says bus in 6 min which then says for the next 20 min while you wait thinking it will be there shortly. Often stops disappear from the app while searching for them only to reappear a few min later. Needs alot of work to make it viable as a reliable app to help you get around.

Clear app with good info, but why can’t we buy a daily pass on it?
Not very userfriendly
It‘s missing an option to type in one‘s location and destination and the app tells you which bus to take from where and when. In general the timing is very inaccurate, I can‘t tell when the bus is going to arrive at my destination. It should somehow connect to google maps because you can‘t see anything about public transport on google maps in Dubrovnik
Aplikacija bi mogla i biti puno bolja
Osim rasporeda autobusa trebali bi u aplikaciju uvesti i e ticket sistem plaćanja prijevoza Za dnevnu , tjednu , mjesečnu kartu na svim relacijama umjesto po zonama ,to govorim kao netko tko često ide javnim prijevozom te bi mi u pravilu trebalo barem tri pokaza za različite zone sto je za mene nepraktično . Tako bi bilo zgodno da ima u autobus i na autobusnoj postaji mogućnost produženja mjesečne beskontaktne karte i izrada pomoću uređaja .

Literally no buses or stations show up on the map for me.

Not recommended for tourists
Poor English translation and nonsensical bus timetabling make this a heinous app. You can’t book tickets or see when the next bus arrives, you can however see when the bus departs its starting location? Still not clear on how to actually use the buses in this country, an in app explanation for tourists would be appreciated

Truly awful app. Train is nowhere near real-time. Accuracy to time table or reality is zero
Only for locals
Not pratical for tourists, can’t switch to english language. Not easy to use (have tried Paris metro app, NY app, Mexico DF app, London App or event Tokyo app) : there is a lot of room for improvement
Extremely Unfriendly for Tourists
Considering that the city’s public transport isn’t integrated with Google Maps, you’re forced to download this awful Libertas app if you want to take a bus. First of all, the app is useless for planning routes — it can’t tell you which bus to take to reach your destination. The timetable only shows the departure times from the starting station, so you have no idea when the bus will arrive at your stop. All you can do is waste time waiting. To make things worse, you can’t even buy tickets through the app! You either have to find an offline store to get them or pay a higher price on the bus. For a city that relies on tourism, this is an incredibly unfriendly experience.

The Airport doesn’t even feature as a stop
How do I find what time the bus will be at a particular stop,it only gives the time at each end.Got this app as a link from airport website , it is totally useless
Bus stops!
Bus stops need marking on the map. As the city has poor signage for stopping locations. The Drivers have been very rude when asking where we should wait.
