bad experience
I signed up for the service to rent a scooter in Dubrovnik. The scooters are not bad, but the app and management are terrible. It is done with little transparency and in a clever way it deducts money from your card without you wanting it. For a rental of 7.20 euros I was deducted 14 euros. Because the default app has 'auto top-up' activated. Too bad it is not clearly indicated when activating the service.

Amazing option in Dubrovnik if you need move around. Highly recommend!

Tried to charge me £300 for no reason
Easy, fun and affordable
I found it very easy to register and use the mopeds. It’s very convenient that they are all over the town and you always have some within few minutes walk from you. Be careful on the throttle, they are electric so have a kick at the start.

I used it on holiday in Dubrovnik. When left i removed my account on app but week later i was charged some unrecognisable money. I downloaded the app again, and i logged into my delated account finding that all my card details were still there. I rang them and was told to write an email with explanation. I did so but no one replies. Basically i still cannot remove my details and just waiting for another charge.

Mynt made transportation easy in Dubrovnik! YAAY! I’ve driven scooters before, so this was a delight to have an electric scooter accessibility in getting around the town. Go Mynt Go! Brilliant idea!

Takes your money without giving you a ride!
Was looking forward to this and Wass very disappointed. No way to distinguish between scooters when there are more than one in an area. Lights do flash but only after you've "started" your rental -- you don't know which scooter you're getting before that. Some scooters are badly maintained. The one I got didn't work at all. Still the app charged me over 2€ even though I stopped the rental after a minute and the location of the scooter hadn't changed at all. The app, in short, is lacking at least two obvious features: 1) identify the scooter beforehand -- like show the license plate number perhaps? 2) notice failed rentals and don't charge the user, instead give them a way to report the scooter for attention and servicing.

Cool idea, poor execution
Cool idea, but app does not work so we never got a chance to use the scooters :( Support was also not able to help get the app working.

As soon as I want to touch anything on the map, the app freezes like a dear in headlights, if tried using it now for 15 minutes and it’s unusable… no mater what I do, anger moving for a bit or zooming in, or touching a scooter icon the app is done with its life
