at first i had loved the network speed but after i decided to have it on my 4g router but they blocked me and they blacklist my sim profile from using on routers . don’t waste you money buying from aliexpress for connecting multiple divides via wifi router also doesn’t support countries low internet consumption.internet culture

Very bad app says no balance even i have balance in mpesa account fix it
A good start but could be better
The app worked well initially, but I’ve since encountered a few issues. It tends to crash when I use certain mini apps and, in some cases, leaves me stuck in a deadlock. Additionally, it would be a significant improvement if the home screen displayed an automatically updated balance, rather than requiring a manual pull-to-refresh.

Safaricom is being overrated. Please maintain your company’s reputation by doing what is expected of you. Recently, i bought two hour unlimited internet package. It says i have 2 hour unlimited package but it doesn’t work. And when i buy another package for 5 birr to check if its my network it worked. So please trusting you is becoming hard. Thank you. It’s typically more expensive than Ethio Telecom, yet they have worse restrictions. “Unlimited monthly internet“ is limited to 100 gb, then you can forget about it. App is also unreliable and you can not access account page.
