An issue I find after the update is on the statement part. -Before the update, I could check the statement and it would show total money-in and money-out on the app itself without having to send it to my email, making it easy to do reconciliation. - As it is now, statement has to be sent to my email and it does not show total money-in and out for the day. Could you please revert to previous way of viewing statements. Otherwise everything else is ok.

Takes the whole day to load transactions, I can’t even download statements.The app keeps saying update to continue using yet there’s no available updates from playstore? Safaricom can do better.

Pasting a 0110xxxx contact usually returns a number validation error Id suggest having a ‘schedule payment’ eithet to phone till or paybill eg incase of loan repayments etc

Way too expensive like a daylight robbery please stop charging 7/- for below 100/- transactions it should cost less than a 1/-

Update not working
Just updated today 11/2/2026 and now can’t open the app. Says I need to update!!!! Tried deleting it and reinstalling, still the same message. This is supposed to be a Business App, if I ran my business this ineptly I’d be bankrupt. Truly an awful service.

Faulty app does not send statements to clients.Poor!!
Straight Forward
I haven’t played with the app much and don’t know any tips and tricks. But it does what it’s supposed to which is allow me to transfer money, make payments. That’s good enough for me.
The slowest app to update
This app need a total revamp it was better when it had just been launched. Does not update you the exact transaction as required. ITS BEEN 6months and still no change since April

- You cannot view the transactions done in real time. Delays in viewing transactions can take weeks to resolve.

Great In Managing and Keeping Track of Payments
Its the best safcom app released.. no bugs no lagging no issues... I struggle with mySafaricom apps and was sceptical when this Business app but have been pleasantly surprised.

Permanently has this error message “error trying to fetch latest transactions” well try smarter
No transaction alerts
There’s a toggle for “Transaction Alerts” but despite all notifications being permitted in iOS settings, no alerts/notifications are received on device. Other than seeing a balance, this is the main purpose of an mpesa app, which instead is full of marketing for a dozen other Safaricom services

Always innovating.
App not working
Safaricom you need to get your service up. Customer services are getting bad with rude agents. They app keeps on saying unable to get your number. I have a dual sim both safaricom tried to disable all but with no luck.

This is a good app but kindly improve the glitches so that you can have real-time statements and also able to download statements
