What people like
- Facilities are incredibly clean and well maintained
- Customer support is fast and very helpful
- App interface is easy to use overall
What they complain about
- Terms only in Spanish, confusing for English users
- App feels buggy and outdated on some devices
- Pitch sizes are too tight for larger vans
Amateur Software
Awful, feels like a college project. Only works on Safari, not Chrome
Ideal para dormir
Funcional.
Great location, but pitches are far too narrow
The location is great and, once you’ve installed the app, the whole experience is very smooth and easy. Unfortunately, the pitches are extremely narrow. Our campervan is 6 metres long and 2.20 metres wide, and on a pitch for vehicles under 8 metres it only just works. It wasn’t busy during our stay, so everyone left the pitch next to them empty. Had someone parked next to us, however, we would barely have been able to get out of the camper. There is only about a couple of cm between campers when the pitches are fully occupied. That means you can’t use a step or properly open the cab door. Even getting through the sliding door would be very tight for anyone slightly larger than average. It’s a shame, because the concept, location and app work really well. But with these pitch dimensions, we wouldn’t use this site when it’s busy.
Genial

Merci.
Term and conditions!
Terms and conditions are only in Spanish yet the language set to English so unreadable! It not stated that overstaying appears to be a police matter. And are unable to stay longer than planned without pre booking. It’s disappointing the police were called it felt as if I was being treated as a criminal. Perhaps it’s time to update the user system to show that if someone has not left they should be asked for payment rather than involving the police in such a trivial matter.
Under Construcion?
No funciona Apple Pay
Fabulous!
Excellent stopover. Has very clean facilities. Next to a park and pool. Really impressed.
Tutto perfetto tranne….
Tranne un numero inimmaginabile di mosche! Troppe e difficile gestirle!
Helpful and Responsive
I needed to change my booking. I contacted them via Instagram and received a reply almost immediately. They changed my original booking without hesitation. Excellent service. Very happy !!

Excepcional
Muchas gracias🙃 volveremos
So far okay
New app for motorhome aires and sites and so far it’s okay. Info appears up to date and filters work well.

Fehlerbeseitigung
