Worst about decline fees
Sometimes I don’t notice my balance, and they let it go into the negative by charging decline fees. These decline fees are unlimited—if your transaction is declined 100 times, they’ll charge you 100 decline fees. This is the worst part of their service. Even if you freeze your card, they still charge decline fees, pushing your balance further and further into the negative

RedotPay Not Refunding My USD $1000 After Weeks
I have been a RedotPay customer but my recent experience has been extremely frustrating and concerning. On August 11, 2026, I transferred USD 1,000 from my own U.S. bank account to fund my RedotPay account. RedotPay placed the deposit under review and requested extensive verification and source-of-funds documentation. I cooperated with reasonable verification requirements, but ultimately the deposit was not approved. On August 13, RedotPay emailed me confirming that the transfer had been cancelled and the funds would be returned to the original account within 3–7 business days. Approx three weeks have now passed, and I still have not received my $1,000 back. I have contacted customer support repeatedly. My case has been “escalated” multiple times and I have repeatedly been asked to wait, but there has been no actual resolution. To make matters worse, RedotPay directed me to a refund form that does not properly accommodate my original U.S. bank account. It simultaneously asks for details such as an IBAN, UK Sort Code and SWIFT Code. A U.S. account does not have an IBAN or UK Sort Code. I even provided my Wise UK account as an alternative, and that was rejected as well. I have repeatedly offered to provide the complete details of the original U.S. account from which RedotPay received the $1,000, so there should be no reason the funds cannot simply be returned to their source. What concerns me most is not that the original deposit was rejected. A financial institution is entitled to conduct compliance checks. The problem is that RedotPay took possession of my $1,000, cancelled the transaction, explicitly promised in writing to return it within 3–7 business days, and has still not returned it weeks later. I have now issued RedotPay a formal final demand for the return of my funds. If this remains unresolved, I intend to escalate the matter to the Hong Kong Consumer Council, relevant Hong Kong regulatory authorities, and pursue any other available consumer-protection and legal remedies. I will update this review if and when RedotPay returns my $1,000. Until then, based on my experience, I would strongly advise customers to exercise caution when depositing substantial funds with RedotPay.

Scam Billing and Deceptive Decline Fees!
This app is a total fraud. They charge predatory automated decline fees ($0.50 per failure) on my personal card without any explicit warning, forcing my wallet balance into negative values (-6.65 USD) just because a transaction failed! They have no right to steal money like this. Worst support ever, stay away from this app!

Transfer amount can’t write on macbook
When tries to transfer amount by redot another users, the Transfer amount can’t write into number. when click on digit number and key digit goes to hide and not write the number. even macbook keyboard digit also not working, fix the issue
Apple Pay issue
I never had a problem with the card tbh but the only issue is when I switched from my android phone to a new iPhone I couldn’t link the card to my Apple Pay bcuz it’s not supported I hope they fix this soon tho

Do not use redot !!
This people will lock your money for no reason and ask you to provide documents to prove your wealth and money, and after you provide it they will tell you that it’s not accepted and request for another thing and the whole process keeps on going on and on !!! Easy to use
Very continent, and cuts out the use of withdrawing to your bank account. I wish it stated the fee taken in the transaction, instead of having to work it out every time. It puts me off making big transactions

I use redotpay as a bank all my money in redotpay and I use their card everywhere all people asking me what is this card when I pay through apple pay one day I withdraw money from a wallet to redotpay but it failed I contacted the support they just fixed that it was really easy to contact them and they are always helpful it’s just took me 3-4days they work hard I recommend everyone who’s travelling alot to use redotpay even traders they can use their usdt as a payment method to pay anywhere Thank you so much redotpay for that great app.
