Great app but conversion rates could be better
False claim on their website
They falsely claimed on their website calculator that the transaction above 500 USD is rewarded with 2 USD. But I didn’t get any 👎👎👎

The app keeps logging me out and I can’t turn on biometrics login.

They claimed they are offering fixed fee, now they’re giving rates lesser than google plus fixed fee.
Post disaster with Bangor
I am yet to get my virtual card after the incident with Bangor. Now the rates are no longer competitive in comparison with wise and other. Definitely beating payoneer scammers

USD Account Not Recognized by Envato
I recently opened a USD account with Elevate Pay to receive by payout from Envato. However, when I entered the bank details, it couldn’t found the bank provided by Elevate Pay. Upon contacting their support, the worst experience ever! They couldn’t fix my issue. Such a waste of time & a worthless USD back account details that even don’t work on a major platform like Envato.
Great overall!
The experience is great overall. I am getting a 2.5% incentive here in Bangladesh for each withdrawal. A small adjustment I’d suggest is adding the option to send a payment request from within the app. Also, it would be perfect if the debit card were available in my region.

Less dollar to pkr rate than market
They pay much lesser dollar to pkr conversion rate per dollar as compared to the price in market which leads to deduction of a good amount :(

Awesome for freelancer
It’a very usefull to use elevate if you are working as freelancer, real quick and comprehensive The only downside is that , cards are never issued, it has been almost 3 months now and there is no timeline when i will be receiving my card details

bad news for Indian freelancer
As a Indian freelancer i saw this app video on youtube but when i download this app then its showing that it is not support india. But in Bangladesh it is supported. I really don’t understand why elevate is not supported in India.
