Sleeping Activity which recorded in the phone not updating properly in the app. Due to this, losting the score. Even contacted the customer care no use.

The customer service agent ‘Sahera’ has been very helpful throughout the day trying to ensure that the appointment is scheduled and solved the issue that the insurance does not cover Internal Medicine online consultation is not covered. She scheduled me two more appointments that suited my schedule. Kindly convey her my gratitude. She is a hero, representing Purehealth in the best way possible.

Failed to log in.
It is a five Star App but it is not working and the moment on my phone. It was running before my UAE Emirates Visa but I cannot log in through UAE Pass. I am seeking for a quick solution. Thank You

WHOOP Connection, Ultrahuman Integration & iOS 26 Support
I’ve noticed a few issues and limitations that I’d like to share as feedback: • The app doesn’t connect to my WHOOP device. I contacted support over two weeks ago, but there hasn’t been any update or fix yet. • Ultrahuman integration is not currently available to add to the Pura app. • It would be great to see support for iOS 26 and the new Glass design software, along with its performance and design advantages. I hope these points can be considered in future updates to improve the overall user experience.

Many people complaining about login issues, and now i couldn’t login now 🙄 and some features are different from person to person 🫣 its happening this issue is more than 1 yr but still its happening 😟 hope the team gonna fix it

Worst application ever
Worst application ever. They introduce different challenges and offer prizes, but once you become the winner, they change their words. Not trustworthy anymore. It’s better to rely on other applications and save your time and effort.
Online apoinment
This online consultation was incredibly convenient. Its perfect for handling smaller health concerns without the need to travel to a hospital. The doctor was quick but very thorough and attentive to detail.

Formal Complaint and Serious Dissatisfaction with Service
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction and frustration with the level of service provided by your organization. Appointments have been postponed repeatedly without any clear or acceptable justification. This ongoing rescheduling reflects a lack of professionalism and poor management. In addition, the staff members have been uncooperative and appear to lack sufficient understanding of their responsibilities, which has only added to the inconvenience and wasted time. Furthermore, the mobile application is unnecessarily complicated and extremely difficult to use. Even completing simple tasks requires excessive effort, which is unacceptable in today’s modern and technology-driven era. We are living in an age where efficiency, clarity, and customer-centric systems are essential. Your current working policies and procedures are overly complex and outdated. I strongly urge you to review and change your operational policies, simplify your processes, improve staff competency, and upgrade your digital platforms to meet acceptable standards. This level of service is not what customers should be expected to tolerate, and I hope immediate corrective actions will be taken.

التطبيق بالكامل باللغة الإنجليزية، ونحن في دولة الإمارات لغتنا الرسمية هي العربية. هذا يسبب صعوبة حقيقية لكبار السن وللأشخاص الذين لا يجيدون اللغة الإنجليزية، ويجعل استخدام التطبيق معقدًا بدل أن يكون سهلًا. السؤال المطروح: هل التطبيق موجه للأجانب فقط أم لجميع فئات المجتمع؟ كما أنني عند التواصل هاتفيًا اخترت خيار التحدث مع موظف باللغة العربية، لكن تم تحويل المكالمة إلى موظف لا يتحدث العربية ويتحدث الإنجليزية فقط، مما يجعل التواصل غير فعال ويزيد من الإرباك. لا يوجد ما يمنع من توظيف كفاءات محلية أو موظفين يتقنون اللغة العربية لمساعدة المستخدمين وفهم احتياجاتهم بشكل صحيح. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قمت بحجز موعد طبي عبر التطبيق لعدم قدرتي على زيارة الطبيب العام حضوريًا، ومع ذلك تأخرت الطبيبة لمدة نصف ساعة. وعند الاستفسار تم إبلاغي بوجود حالات طارئة وأن مدة الانتظار ستكون عشر دقائق، لكن الواقع كان مختلفًا. هذا يتعارض مع فكرة الحجز المسبق وتنظيم المواعيد المفترض أن يخفف الازدحام لا أن يزيده. بصراحة، الهدف الظاهر من التطبيق هو تسهيل الخدمات وتقليل الضغط، لكن التجربة الحالية تعكس العكس تمامًا، مما يتطلب إعادة نظر جادة في آلية العمل، ودعم اللغة العربية، والالتزام بالمواعيد احترامًا لوقت المستخدمين.

Poor operations
I wanted to have first tele-consultation with Pura. I booked a doctor (GP) and after some time I got call that Dr. is not available and they will accommodate me with another doctor. I joined the scheduled call with this second Dr. And after waiting nearly 25mins, I got a call that Dr. isn’t available and had to cancel the appointment. After wasting 4 hours due to mismanagement of appointments , I had to goto nearby clinic
