Software should be compatible with older iphones
I have an older iphone, I cannot update the system, and your app requirements won’t work anymore with my phone. The Texell app worked fine until the new version. You should design your apps so older iphone software can still run your app.
Why can’t I see my pending funds
The update is trash I used to see my money coming before it hit my account I’ve ask time after time there’s no answer they always say they see there’s which is the problem I’m asking about mine
Updated app issues
First, the new pin pad is way too large on screen. But more importantly, I updated my app and once signed in will not update my account summaries nor can I look at transactions. I get an error code/try later. Frustrating.
Manual payments
Trying to find the manual payment option is too difficult. There should be an easier way to submit a payment without having to click around different tabs to find the right option.

Thanks for not holding this check for so long. It’s from my 401k and I’m trying to take care of some important things

Longevity
Been with Texell for 25 years and counting. Would change my bank for no one else. They have been good to us in every way you could imagine. 🫶🏾
Poorly layout
Hard to navigate especially making external transfers.
Transfer to Member feature doesn’t work
I’ve been enjoying the app up until a few weeks ago. Suddenly, the transfer to member feature doesn’t work. I tap on it and it goes back to the dashboard or whatever previous screen I was viewing, so I have to log in on my computer to be able to use this feature. Other than that, everything seems to work fine.

Don’t like new upgrade
I have multiple accounts and my kids are on here. It used to show you the account number you were depositing into. Now you have to guess and most times it is wrong. So I then have to go back in and transfer out of the incorrect account. Then it gets hung up and won’t let you go back and start over again never had this problem until the upgrade.
Not for iPhone 7
I can only update my phone to iOS 15.8. This app needs iOS 16. In order to use it to get to my bank account I have to buy a new phone. Thanks a lot Texell!!! not everyone can afford the latest phone. you have shut me out of my account.
Outdated
The newest update will not work on my phone. Have to upgrade my phone to have the ease of app banking. Not cool. Preferred the previous app.

Data Security Suspect
Doesn’t work over VPN. Account information is often days old.

The new app lacks features that I actually used in the old add and seems more difficult to use overall.

Why add an artificial limitation preventing users from using the app with an older iPhone… I can download it but it keeps saying update and the update is locked to iOS 16 🤦♂️

Too chaotic to be useful
The app is pretty terrible after the change. You have to constantly log back in if you want to do anything with the information from the app. You can’t copy and paste the account/routing numbers and **you have to log back in** every time you try to toggle between the app and something else. Not intuitive and too many clicks. It doesn’t list the important details with the accounts. What’s the APY/interest rate? What are the restrictions on the account: can you remove all the money or is their a cap on a debit transaction? How often can you move money in and out of Money Market. Basic questions should be easily accessible in the account information section. When you go to transfer in different places, it doesn’t actually let you add an outside account. You have to find the specific “transfer” section that lets you add an outside account first. Dumb.

Why?
Why did they replace an app that worked with this broken app that never updates? I can’t make transfers or even see how much money I have to pay bills. I never had this issue with the old app.
