Deposit Limit
The Mobile Deposit Limit should be MUCH higher than $2500. Makes it really hard for someone who travels a lot and for someone who works remotely with NO local branch in the town where they are currently working to make deposits. Have to call an officer every time I want my deposit limit raised to more than $2500.
New app is not as good
I liked the old app so much better. I got a text message every morning with my account balance as well as a message each time I used my debit card or if there was any activity. The messages are not sent anymore and I don’t like that I have to set up alerts just to get them. I don’t even know how to get the daily balance message and it was so helpful.
Sketchy
This app has trouble doing mobile deposits. Many times I need to bring the check in to complete my deposit.

New upgrade of app
Not able to update app due to my phone is in a different lower ISO rating. Not able to deposit checks or anything now without having to drive to bank across town at lunch time if I have an hour time frame. Not happy about this change To leave this review I need a nickname…. Finding something not taken is crazy
Text notifications
The app itself isn’t too bad but the new text notifications are absolutely horrible and annoying 🤦♀️ I wish it were still the simple “card #•••• was used for $… at (place) balance $…” These new text notifications are ridiculous. Idk what card was used or where. I don’t get the balance and it sends the same transaction more than once. It also doesn’t say if it is credit or debit.
Alerts
The alerts on the update are not very user friendly like they were before the update
App Won’t Open Now
app stopped working because it needed an update. I ran the update and now the app won’t even open.
Balance
I like the newest version of the app. I would like to see the balance displayed after each transaction, I have other accounts that do this an it’s easier for me to ensure my account is in good standing.
Great banking app
This app really helps navigate online banking processes without being a hassle, it’s easy to exchange money and manage multiple accounts which isn’t something I’ve seen with much larger banks

fnbct app is terrific i was in florida and with Edith Garcia’s help was able to make a mobile deposit saving time and $$$. John Low Edith Garcia and the Entire fnbct staff is 5 star performers everyday!!!
Visually appealing absolutely buggy and slow.
App looks million times better than the previous app, but it’s a million times less reliable. Always failing to refresh on the first time and takes ages to load other pages.

Not happy with the new system
So far every time I’ve tried to do a deposit a check i have to take 25 pics of the same check before it will accept it. Yes all information was there and I did nothing different. No change between pics. The last time I used it I had to call the bank to get the money to actually get deposited into my account. The old system worked for me and I never had an issue with my money not being in the account or having to take lots of pics before it would accept it.

We are so pleased with the Gatesville location! The people are so knowledgeable and welcoming. It’s rather comforting knowing that one of the officials used to come to our house when he was a kid and hang out with our son! Whatever you need they can assist. This is certainly where everyone should bank..at least we think so!
