Hijacking my iPads audio sucks
What’s with hijacking’s my sound so I can’t play my music while playing the game? That’s a pretty rotten thing to do.
Far too easy & repetitive
This game kills time pretty well, but never escalates in difficulty. The words are easy, repetitive and simple. As someone else pointed out, the last word you enter can’t be looked up by the dictionary. A game for keeping your grandma entertained.

I can’t listen to music while playing
Its an entertaining game but I can’t play while wearing headphones and listening to music, its annoying cause I have the sound off from the settings but the silence takes over the song I’m listening to, if you fix it I will change my review.

This game has more pop ups than an unsavoury site from the ‘90s. Don’t waste your time.
They Only Give You One Day to Finish.
This takes up a lot of time. I normally love word games, but to get through all the squares, there are at least 1000 words a day. As of today, I have decided I need to spend time on real life. If the creators would let you finish, that would be nice. However, the game starts over every day, usually when I'm almost done. I hate that, and I don't have that much time to commit to this.

Fix the Scoring System
There is a top-score LIMIT? Why? That is a sure-fire way to take the fun out of the game... Once you hit the limit, there is sort of no reason to continue playing, right?

Avoid Avoid Avoid
Simply put, avoid this game. Have been playing for a long time, and had put in a long streak of well over 950 days played straight. Was very happy, then without even missing a day, all of a sudden my progress and streak was simply reset back to 0 days played. Have contacted the so called support team on 3 occasions now to find out why, and if my progress can be restored. Simply put, not a single response or reply, apart from an automated response saying someone will look into it and get back to me in 2 days. So basically play if you are happy to randomly lose your hard work and dedication or find a game house/developer who provides better.

The game is great, but the lightning bolt button needs to be moved away from the scramble button. I keep accidentally hitting it, wasting 120 coins.

Subliminal Christian Messages
It’s a good addicting game, I can’t disagree with that, but I wish there was less subliminal Christianity. There is a lot of repetition with words like “sin” and “pray” which really pushes me the wrong way. A game like this should be for all people and shouldn’t be targeted towards a specific demographic.

Good game which could be great
Good game, lots of fun! If only it accepted more words which are actually included in the dictionary, though I’m fully aware of dialects. Somewhat frustrating when you’ve got a streak on the go!
Started off okay
The game started off okay, played no issues, but then all of a sudden started bugging, so that every round I finished, the line I had drawn to create the last word on the grid, the lie would remain there and the game would bug out and not let me do anything else. I have to keep shutting down the game and heading back in to head to the next round/grid, which is really annoying, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to fix this. My patience isn’t long enough to keep playing this way.
Almost perfect
This is a great game. However, there are two really glaring problems. You are not given an opportunity to click on the last word you enter to see it in the dictionary. This is often a word that you want to look up the most. Also, when you click on a word to see in dictionary and it is an alternative spelling for another word, you cannot then go to that definition. If those two things were addressed, I’d say it’s perfect.

I like this game, I do. But your definitions, your spellings, the lack of actual words that ARE THERE but are censored or just straight up censored out takes away a lot of the enjoyment.
Currently experiencing a bug that freezes the game upon completing a crossword
Great fun game. Shame now that this bug has made the game experience almost unplayable. Can’t wait for them to fix
Work to be done
The game play is fair. A good idea and some interesting side games/tasks. But the dictionary is really poor. Some words are valid but not their plurals, others have their plurals recognized but not their singular form and yet others are totally obscure words that are perfectly acceptable. The whole dictionary should be expanded to capture fairly daily words that are omitted (‘ante’ as in poker is ok, but I can’t have ‘anted’ yesterday!)
Fun but not challenging enough
It’s a fun game, but the levels are honestly too easy and not challenging enough. But it gives you plenty of coins and there are no ads so I’d give it a 4 star review overall. By the way, there are too many notifications. Once, I got 493 notifications in the same day from this app

Recent Glitch
I have been happily playing this at bedtime for a while now and it was great. Recently it glitches after you complete a round and I need to restart the app to get to the next round. What’s going on? Sorry for not reviewing until now but you’ll get a star back when you fix it.

Problem with resetting
Please sort this. When trying to reset the game to the start, I just keep getting the message that there’s been a problem and to retry. This is very annoying and there seems to be no way to complain about this.
Awesome but now broken
My favourite game on iPhone and have enjoyed it everyday for well over a year! However, it’s now broken after ios26.0.1 update and hangs at the end of a round - daily challenge still works but not the main game. Hope it’s fixed soon I had a run of well over 400 days in a row!
Needs work
It’s great having one of these games that’s not loaded with ads, but it doesn’t recognize a lot of words. It’s very annoying.
