I mean, it’s a good app and you can watch games, just very laggy a lot, at least on TV
Connection to player/family
When you’re far from home, it is nice to know to your family is still watching and pulling for your team. This is a great moral booster for the players and entertainment for families. Plus it’s a good introduction to baseball.
Ads ruin app.
I get that the ads keep the app free, but ads also break the app. They are intrusive and will start playing in the middle of a game. They will also cause the stream to buffer to the point the phone goes to sleep. And don’t even try to connect to airplay or Chromecast. It’s pointless.
iPhone app is good
The app on iPhone seems to work really well. The app on AppleTV is absolutely useless. It won’t even load a home screen. It has (as of this writing) a rating of 1.3 stars out of 5 with 189 ratings. 1.3 stars is too high for an app that won’t even load.

Watching MiLB is great on the app until lately. They keep interrupting the start of an inning with additional commercials when the game is Live. It is disappointing that we miss part of the game due to additional commercials

When you open the app on an Apple TV, it takes forever to load. Even when I select a matchup, the video lags. This app needs major improvements. 😡

The sports they show are cool, but I think they should show all types of sports. Like college and high school. Maybe the G-league.
No options?
Why on earth can I no longer stream the game I want? This app worked great until the recent update, now I’m apparently stuck watching whatever the default AAA game of the day is. Fix this. And while we’re at it, please update the Apple TV app.

Great Idea for an app that is missing in the app world. Works great on the iPhone and nothing else. Why do people release apps that don’t work on every device? I want to love this app on AppleTv. Sad.

App Issues
I’ve been trying for a couple days to stream the Women’s Baseball World Cup, but when I try to cast the feed to my television, it randomly reverts to MiLB games every time. Help.
Please make this easier to use & fix bugs.
I just got this app. I don’t want it to start playing a random game right when I open it. Additionally, I should be able to click on my team and see everything posted there. Also, It’s extremely hard to scrub through a game. Also, the game randomly goes black when trying to make it fill screen. There are many bugs that need to be fixed. It’s also organized poorly.

Does Not Work
I could not get any MiLB games to work on the phone, and I tried a bunch of them. I noticed other reviews said the same thing. The app just doesn’t work. Blank screen is the only thing that pops up. I had no trouble signing up as other people did. I have no problems chatting or keeping up with scores. It’s just that the video for MiLB games… do not play live (I can replay them after they’re done but what’s the point in that?). Other sports like Poker works fine, but that’s not why I wanted the app. The concept for the app is great, it just does not work to watch live MiLB games.
Routine issues
I routinely have issues with the app streaming the wrong game when I try to send it to AirPlay to Chromecast. It will just send whatever game it defaulted to no matter how many times force close the app or turn my TV on and off.
Bally sports app
I have been using this app now for about a month. And I absolutely love it. 5 stars all the way! I use it primarily to follow my Dayton Dragons. But even after Dayton, I can use it to follow my players on their journey to the Cincinnati Reds. In a world where you have to give everything and sign your life away just to watch a team, this app is a gift and a godsend for Baseball lovers that want to go just a little bit deeper. A little dramatic?….. why not. Haha I absolutely love this app, and I am on it and watching and using it every single day. Thank you for being there and helping fuel the love for the game for a guy like me. And I know there are many more like me and I know they want to tell you the same thing.
Black screen
Like many other users, I can’t get the video to play back, or even audio. No user assistance in the app. I would give zero stars if I could.
Buggy and annoying UI
Assumes I always want to watch something, which I don’t. Class filter doesn’t work on schedule page. Should let me toggle whether I want to watch video.

The games used to actually play when casting to the television, but no longer do. I only cast to the television because the Apple TV app does not work at all.

The definitive way to watch Minor League Baseball
I’ve been very happy with the app so far. Streaming works very well, and the UI is fantastic.
Meh
I don’t get points hardly, for watching for 10 minutes, even if I leave the app running. There is no customer service, so I can’t ask them why. It needs improvement. I cashed in 2,000 points for 2 10 dollar gift cards that I’m still waiting on. This app is garbage
Slow performance
On the iPhone video is quick but the rest of the app tries to catch up. And it does a great job of lagging. The stream to TV does not work. I seriously doubt it ever worked. The TV app is delayed, very slow and booming with content. I got three channels. One MiLB game (can not chose game), poker and another sport that I have never seen before. It’s a free app but it requires your phone number, to continue their content. I tried to read the user consent but I didn’t see anything about data mining collection. Hopefully my phone number isn’t sold to a scam company in India.
I like the app, just a few feature requests.
I like the app. But I just have a few requests, a couple of which are based off the new version, one of which I've noticed missing for a bit now. First, can you please make the MILB zone its own tab again like it used to be and not where it is now where you have to tap to get into it inside the social tab. Second, can you add a toggle inside the account settings section to make VMILB zone only show live games? This would make it a lot easier for me to use. Thank you. I thought of this a day late, but wanted to add this. If you're gonna keep the rewatch feature, please fix the bug that you have in it that it'll sometimes start at random points in the middle of the game. Please, if you're going to keep this make it restart in the same spot every time.
