Canceling account and removing credit card???
This app doesn’t let you cancel your account. The app tells you to go online to delete it and when you go online , it tells you to do in on the app… AND It doesn’t allow me to remove my credit card at any location. Its not where it should be for payments. They are all blank. Looks like I have to put a stop/hold on my bank account. Never using this app ever again
Terrible
Simply the worst app I’ve ever used. It takes forever to load; it feeezes regularly and a total nightmare to watch sports
Video Quality on all apps
For the price I wish the video quality was better. It's noticeably worse than the MLB app on Apple, Android and Roku.
Terrible Company
Worst company to get their paws on a sports team. Renewed for a 2nd month but can no longer access the games. Their “technical support” line had no idea what to do and said there are issues if you purchase the subscription through 3rd party apps (Apple). I then confirmed with Apple that there were no issues on their side. I simply asked for a refund at this point as I paid for another month and cannot watch the games. Support just said all subscriptions are non refundable. Complete joke of a “sports network”. Back to pirating I go.
Inconsistent
The app truly decides when and when not it wants to work. Often have to reenter my login info. Cannot currently log into app as I write this review.
Broken App, Removal from App Store
This app has been broken for too long, it asks you to “create a profile” so they can “get to know you better” give me a break and give us a break and what we paid for! What do you need to know about us, you offer a few programs for a couple Chicago sports teams.
Quality
If I could deduct $1 for every inning I’m let down by this network I’d be able to get a wrigley suite. Shame on the ricketts for choosing $$ over quality.
Don’t purchase if you are in SE Wisconsin
I purchased it after reviewing if I could watch the games and it told me that I could watch the games but after 1 month it’s telling me that I am in the blackout zone so I’m not eligible to watch the games anymore
TV APP IS BROKEN
The app is working on my phone and tablet, however, I was logged out of the app on my tv beginning yesterday, 6/11/2026. I tried to login, and was told my password is invalid. I tried to change password, didnt work. I tried logging in with my tv provider and marquee account. Didnt work. I entered the code they gave me. Didnt work. Its after 4pm on a Friday, so their customer service is closed until Monday. Two stars instead of one, because 2 out of 3 devices work. Home from work just in time to unwind and watch the game on my big screen tv. Doesnt work. I already wasted 30 minutes of my life feeling like I got the runaround, might as well take a few more to share what a dumpster fire the tv app is in terms of functionality, and the ridiculously complex process just to login.
Used to work
It used to work great but this summer it has literally stopped working and gets stuck on a profile creation screen.
no 60 fps???
i’m getting 60fps on my phone and tablet, but not my roku tv. i was getting it on my tv before so idk what changed. fix this please
Horrible app
Horrible app. Hard to see how it could be much worse. I’ve canceled three times and am still getting billed monthly
Really poor
The app constantly gives me problems 1. It crashes when I try to login. 2. Airplay hardly ever works 3. Voice and picture are usually out of sync

This has to be the worst user experience for streaming ever. Also cancelled after purchasing.
Complete your Profile—DOES NOT WORK!
I pay to watch the Cubs’ games on the Marquee app. Why add a profile page that doesn’t work and then not fix it??? Horrible experience.
The worst app ever don’t waste your money
I have to pay marquee to not have access to cubs game. I’ve never heard of that in my life. I’ve updated my phone, cancelled my subscription and restarted it, and deleted the app and redownloaded it and still does not work! Everytime it tells me I need to subscribe regardless of already having the subscription and doing everything in my power to make it work and still nothing. Called them to ask for help and they can’t do anything for me and tell me to call apple. Don’t waste your time just become a brewers or cardinals fan lol.
Constantly kicked out of app
This app is infuriating. We cannot watch a Cubs game without being kicked out of Marquee multiple times.
