This app sucks
It’s like a toddler designed this thing. It hardly works no matter the Internet strength and when I’m ALWAYS in the service location, it says I’m not. And yes, VPN is turned off. What a scam and waste of money.

Can yall fix the volume fluctuation please! It’s annoying. For any reason you mess with the app the volume goes down, even when you try to turn the volume up it goes down. The hell? How does that even work??!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely love Space City Home Network! The app is easy to use, reliable, and makes it incredibly convenient to keep up with the Astros and Rockets. The streaming quality has been great, navigation is simple, and I love being able to watch wherever I am. Huge improvement for Houston sports fans—highly recommend!
Astros fan
This app usually fails around the 7th inning. Then I haft to restart it if I want to see the end of the game. There have been times where the broadcast will cut to a chain of advertisement in the middle of an at bat. This need some work on it. Doesn’t appear to professional work.
Works well
Simple layout, Picture in Picture mode works well, but I think it goes out of you want to turn off the phone and just listen.
Mediocre
App seems to run okay. However, if you are using a login other than buying a subscription, such as using you Uverse subscription, you have to login every time you use the app. One would thing they would fix this

They say you can watch from anywhere, what they don’t tell you is you have to be in their territory to watch from anywhere.
Why I like SCHN+
Why because I love the Astros, of course. Am I happy that SCHN+ is not carried by many outlets, definitely not. I hate having to do business with AT&T in order to watch the Astros but I guess I’m willing to be a helpless hostage for that. I do wish it wasn’t necessary to reauthenticate so often though.
Apple TV platform not user friendly
When starting a live game late you are able to rewind to the beginning, sort of. The scrolling on apple tv is very touchy and there is no option to rewind or fast forward in a specific interval like on every other streaming platform (ie 10 or 30 second increments) in fact most of the time if you try to scroll forward or back it’ll just randomly jump to wherever it feels like going usually 20 or so minutes forward. It is amazingly frustrating and shouldn’t be a hard fix. I can easily fast forward 10-15 seconds at a time in every other app (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Fubo, Paramount, Peacock…). This one fix would make this a 5 star app!

Worst App Ever?
I will just not watch the Astros, I suppose. The app on the iPhone and Apple TV for SCHN+ is completely unbeatable. There is no way to rewind to watch a play you missed! If you hit the back button (on every other app, it rewinds 15-30 seconds), the game goes back 15 minutes. Scrolling back doesn’t work either. Just an all around horrible app. That’s okay tho, Robert Ford is great to listen to on the radio. He does a good job calling the games.
Good app needs Apple TV support
The app overall is of very good quality, it’s just not optimized for Apple TV. It’s built with touch gestures first so pressing rewind on the remote doesn’t work very well. If you have an Apple Remote with touch gestures it works but can be a bit annoying with how fast or slow it goes, it doesn’t seem consistent. Looking forward to an update to fix this.
Too many bugs
I’ve been very frustrated with SCHN+. I’d love to be able to rate it highly, but I consistently experience poor connections - either the screen “pausing”, requiring me to do a refresh, or 2-10 second lapses, causing me to miss game action. I’ve missed far two many leveraging plays.

I would like a refund
Subscribed 6 days ago after ending my Fubo subscription. Compared to normal streaming apps, this app is very clunky when it comes to catching up during a live stream. I keep having scores ruined for me because the app randomly fast-forwards you to the live feed when trying to cast from your phone to a smart TV. The SCHN channel itself is wonderful on the Fubo app, but it is subpar on the SCHN+ app. I would like at least a partial refund, seeing as I’ve given your app a week to grow on me and have thoroughly not enjoyed the experience.

Rookie
The app still needs some work. UI is kind of odd. But I’m just happy the Astros finally have their own streaming service separate from any cable package. One nitpicky thing; don’t understand why it has the word home in the title. Why wouldn’t they just call it space city network.

This app let’s me have happiness when I can watch My favorite awesome players everyday they play. The broadcast Crew do an incredible work and in depth analysis of players and the game . Thank you for smiles and happiness your bring to an old time player and the romantic love of baseball.
No support for LG
The app is buggy but the fact that I have to stream from my phone to watch on my tv makes it worse. An app for LG tvs would fix it
