Love the live counter
Honestly the live counter and the access thing is awesome. The graph under the counter appears to be unrelated to anything as all gyms use the same graph and so far I haven’t one gym that even remotely matches that estimate. Each gym should have its own it’s pointless in its current form. May as well be a picture of a donkey Would be nice to be able to reach out to certain gyms for cleaning or maintenance requests as some places are amazing and some are never clean, some have broken or worn machines etc.

wasn’t let in so I just pay the fortnight membership again!! Still wasn’t letting me in anyways I was charged 3 times within a week email them about it and no response just know this wouldn’t happen with any other gym and maybe if they didn’t have 15 yr old staff then they actually woulda got back to me by now.
Great app but really troubling issue
All round great app for a great gym and no regrets since joining. One complaint I do have is that this app actually uses more storage on my phone than any other app and I don’t really understand what is taking up 5GB+ storage as someone working in the tech and cyber line. It’s really troubling and confusing me so I wanted to ask the developers why this is and more importantly if there is any way apart from clearing cache (or reinstalling after deleting) to make sure this doesn’t happen
Freezing membership
The app gives you the option to temporarily freeze the membership, but once you freeze it you cannot access your account because it’s for “members only”. It’s so frustrating that they don’t let you unfreeze the membership through the app or access your own account.
Room for improvement
It’s an ok app but can be improved in many ways, such as in the workout section it’s great that you can make up your own workouts but you need a notes section on your sets to track that data better, also adding is supersets would help hugely apart from that, keep up the good work

Unreliable
The app takes so long to open. It’s hella slow compared to other apps that I never want to use it. But the gym really is going for the app and slowly relying people to use it. The user journey from opening the app to being able to scan takes one minute.
Scan for access doesn’t work all the time
I had to delete the app and reinstall and than it’s worked than it’s stop working for access to gym I had to use my physical key to open the small glass door to get in. Now I have to make it work I have to delete the app than switch off the phone than do it all again , it’s so frustrating. App need better programming for iPhone and it’s latest iOS software 26.5 onwards.
Good improvements
Live count and member scan in are working again, love the typical busyness estimates for the days and times too. Nice work
Lacks basic functions
Can’t edit profile details via the member portal in the app as everything is greyed out and the app support page has been unavailable for at least 3+ weeks now. The app pretty much just serves as an emergency access tag and that’s it 🤷♂️
Favourite gym live count please
Love Revo! Can u please add a feature where we can favourite a number of gyms and show the stats and live count? I often pick a location based on my variable commute route and least busy gym. Cheers!
Good app, but...
The app itself is easy to use, has a clean layout and does its job. However, the "Streaks" feature wrecks my mental health. Reminds me of Snapchat and I feel forced into working out just to "maintain" it, rather than working out to improve my health. Would be great if it just tracked the days I've gone and left out the weekly streak.

Apple Wallet?
Hi guys, awesome App in general. One thing I’ve noticed is that it says it supports Apple wallet. I got excited thinking you could issue electronic fobs like Anytime fitness has. But this doesn’t appear to be the case. It would be really sweet if you had Apple wallet support for fob access. If any of your gyms are located in a poor reception zone, you can still get in without having to rely on Internet connectivity.
Slow and painful app but great gym!
Revo fitness app is a completely opposite to using the gym! The app is buggy and slow. From scanning to get the entry, to check the live counter, or raffle tickets, streaks - this tab errors out most of the times. I get a feeling that this is a web based interface. I may be wrong but the overall user experience sucks. I am hoping the makers will take this constructive feedback and fix the app.
new update
i love revo but this new update sucks. its very cutesy but not idealistic, the way the number count has to load is cute but not practical, i’d rather just see the number first up instead of waiting, although i like how you can see the average amount. overall the new update is very laggy, and many others say the same thing. takes a long time to load and even the qr codes dont load, i had to help 3 people with the massage chairs as the qr codes didnt work. cute idea, js not practical and very laggy.

API failure cannot access
Stupid app failed at 9pm and I cannot access the gym, no staff there to fix the problem
Scan workout machine to add to workout plan
Would be great to be able to scan a workout machine and add it to your workout plan. Sometimes when i look up the machine it cannot find it

Fix the app. Most of the things in the studio require an app to use it. What value would you offer is If the app is non functioning.

Worst app
My login never works even though I’ve reset my password so many times. Every time I try to view the live member count it never works - it keeps asking me to log in and when I do log in from that explore section it just doesn’t work and keeps asking me to log in over and over again. I’ve even tried deleting the app and re-downloading - does the same thing.

Gym is great, only issue with the app is I trying to log my workout and even pressing save it doesn’t save the workout

Painful to use
Painful to use, access takes 20+ seconds to load then another 5 to load the camera, just so you can get in the door. Belgium will be a world power before this app works properly
Very useful
I love using the app because I always misplace my swipe card so it’s handy to have it on your phone. I also like viewing how many people are at the gym so I can decide on when I should go in.
wont send me password email
I need to reset my password to log in to my account but everytime i click to send me an email it doesn’t send anything to me.
Terrible tracking
i cant enter the gym half the time because the app decides that im not standing right at the gym door trying to scan and instead i am somewhere else entirely trying to open the app and scan for no reason. This doesnt make much sense when you got two options to enter tag, or app so im just siting at the fromt of the gym like an idiot

Never works first time
I constantly get the error message “return to Home Screen” when I try to scan my access QR code. It can take 4 or 5 restarts of the app to get it to work.
