Wow
I’ve taken my meditation practice to a new level with the mat. It translates sound into vibration that I feel throughout my entire body. It’s incredibly calming and aids with anchoring my mind to the present. A phenomenal product.
Vest 4 issues
Vest 4 has problems right out of the box. Requires update to charge, can’t charge without being updated.
Doesn’t work for multiple devices well
If you want to use this with a iPhone and iPad and download app for both it still makes you forget and re-pair each time so terrible

Let me start with the product is BEYOND GREAT! App Problems: -Random devices connect for BT output. -Crashes wherever trying to edit BT outputs -General issues with IOS on terms of audio tuning. - Why is it more constant to use your hardware pairing than your app?
Woojer Mat
I just got the Woojer mat and it is kind of a disappointment. Our family has been exposed to vibroacoustic therapy through our child's occupational therapist and we had high hopes for this mat. The vibration is not strong enough and the selection of modules on the app are lacking. We figured all of this out after my husband and I spent an hour trying to devices connected to even use the mat.

App is moderately straightforward and easy to navigate, though sometimes has some troubles calibrating or syncing sound and shake module. Otherwise, very solid and good app overall
Update the app please!
Every time apple get an update! You guys who owns woojer needs to update the app. This don’t make any sense to pay 500 bucks and you. Ain’t even enjoy the full immersive of this gadget. I guess when you buy things over seas you don’t get quality stuff
Disappointed
I got this for Christmas and was very disappointed when I couldn’t use my AirPods with it plus anytime I use it I have to use a bunch of wires because the app is so difficult to connect wireless headphones/ speakers with . I will say that when it does work it is a really cool and I just wish it would work more often.
Woojer
The best thing ever invented. Is an out of this universe experience. I use the vest mainly to listen to music but also to see movies.
App won’t Connect
The app will not connect to my Woojer haptic strap 3. I downloaded the app and it says no Woojer in range.
Frustrating setup but then… WOW!!!!
I was sooo close to returning this thing (Woojer Mat) but after my tech issues were resolved I was immediately sold. Love this thing. The confusing part in the setup is that in your Bluetooth settings (iPhone) the Mar appears twice. I’m going to turn on all my friends to this device. I do wish the setup tutorial was clearer.
Disappointing Tech
After waiting for months, I finally got my Woojer and got it properly paired. About 10 seconds into the experience the sound cut out. I went back and forth with customer service for many weeks. Finally I was informed that a software patch would be released fixing my issue. I got frustrated and asked for a refund, they agreed, but said the woojer would have to come in the original packaging… I had already been in possession of the Woojer for well over a month so the packaging was long gone. I still have the Woojer, but this supposed software update has yet to be released. The technology is neat enough, but this product should not have gone to market because it is clearly not working properly.
Nice UI, but experiencing crashes
The app seems to crash often; I'm currently setting up my headphones via Bluetooth connection. Nice UI! Also, thanks for the Firmware upgrade.

Not worth until hotfix Heres my honest review First i connected bluetooth AirPods Then i connected bluetooth to woojer NO SOUND GOING INTO AIRPODS THATS A FAIL WHY DO YOU CALL IT WIRELESS WHEN YOU HAVE TO PLUG IT IN TO WORK... total bs... Version 3 needs improvement
I do enjoy the vest, but the straps could be positioned better and made with stronger materials. I did get the V3 while it was on sale. Then a couple months go by and they invent the V4, WTH. The App has completely changed, the bright white background is annoying and irritating, boring not eye appealing, actually hurts the eyes if you stare at it too long. I miss the Red and Black background, bring it back! Let us choose are own background color. And stop with the pop up every time I go passed 80% volume.

Love the concept, the battery gets warm and the battery life goes quick when you are having a good time, the power button location is weird, I always turn it off on accident.

App is half cut off. I put in a support ticket waiting on a response. I’ll update here once I have it.

This thing is amazing. It just arrived. My torso really feels like I am in a deep bass night club. This is surreal. My arms and legs are not in said “club” but as I turn the volume of the headphones up (not Woojer - it’s still thumping on 1/2 of its volume)… ooO, Squee! *I forget about the feeling in my arms and legs and I am dead center in front of the speaker on the dance floor. Oh man! Let’s dance!!! The controls are well planned… 🤷 I can’t stop giggling!
Why i cant update firmware
I had my woojer vest turned off for about a year well i recently opened the app and now it wont fully open until the firmware updates but everytime i attempt to update it fails i want the old app to work my vest for 500 dollars i think i should have the option to skip am update

This is perfect for deaf individuals like me who can feel the beat. Yes, deaf people love music too - we don’t have to hear it to experience it. We feel the rhythm and can read the lyrics, which makes it just as enjoyable. I wear mine every single day. It has completely changed how I experience music. Very worth the money!

Although I love my Woojer strap I do not like that I have to constantly hard reset due to no connection or if I’m playing music and bass past 7 Needs better flow for longer playing an update But for what it’s worth I’ll buy another one and the best

Great Vest, Terrible App
I recently purchased the Woojer Vest 4, and I absolutely love the device itself — the quality and performance are amazing. However, the Woojer Device Manager app is a huge disappointment. It fails to detect my Bluetooth Sony headphones and AirPods Max/Pro. The LED control doesn’t work at all. I can’t even tap on breathing or any other effects at the bottom. Please fix these issues. The vest deserves better software support. I’ll gladly update my review once the app is working properly.

Went to update my woojer vest 3. The update says ensure not connected to Bluetooth. Ok, updates gets 100% complete then says update failed try again. Tried 6 times with same result, now the app is unless and can’t be used with vest.
Total Immersion!
Bought the Woojer Vest S3 during Black Friday and so far, it’s been an awesome experience! It totally transforms gaming and listening to music. The app has been pretty good so far, though I have experienced occasionally connectivity issues from the Bluetooth when listening to music. Usually the connectivity issues happen when initially connecting or switching songs and consists of a brief period of the audio cutting in and out for a few seconds. Otherwise, I have not experienced any other issues yet. I am excited to see where Woojer takes and evolves this tech and experience.

Integrate On and Off Controls for Woojer App
Could you please consider adding the functionality to turn on the Woojer Strap 3 through the App? This would greatly enhance accessibility as currently it can only be turned on via the belt at all times. Since the product is connected through Wi-Fi, having this option would be highly beneficial. Additionally, it would be appreciated if there was an option to set a specific time duration before the Woojer 3 automatically turns off when inactive, instead of it always turning off on its own. Thank you for your attention to these suggestions!
