Headache
This company has been taken two different payment for one service for at least three months been trying to cancel at least one of the service are all and they make it so difficult to cancel through PayPal that I still unable to cancel it. I would not advise anyone to get cloud service through this company, they’re just a thief and no matter how you send an email to them. You get no response.

Keeps losing my device
All of a sudden after a year of use on same exact iPhone I’m logged out and have to start all Over again w account etc I did that and we also purchased another birdfeeder for our second home Today think Gina bird alert I’m logged out again and don’t see either devices in the app. Ugh you guys have to get your act together
Financial fraud on app
180 day paid data plans and cameras get deactivated while app is pushing monthly data payments on top of paid limitless 180 day data plan -to push for double payment for data and ignoring what was paid for. Customer service responds with smilies and tells to pay more for already paid 4G services also claiming they can’t help because they did not even go to work today: very strange. Must be normal for Chinese company. Meanwhile by now they turned off two cameras out of 18 with with claims need to pay more for data as soon as i requested to redund illegal charge of monthly payment given my 180 day 4G limitless data I paid for expire in October and November for cameras they turned off. Update: after few days I was contacted by tech support, cameras back to working and purchased plans were honored.

Pretty good unit , software is difficult until you get familiar with navigating it also would like longer active motion recording, good customer response with questions or issues
Cannot access online services
I cannot access online services at all. When I try to click on the activate my subscription, it tries to load and fails. I have changed my Wi-Fi to 2.4 GHz. I rebooted my phone, router, and the birdfeeder. I have started over several times and get the same result. Very disappointed in this app and the feeder since I cannot connect it.

Great Bird Feeder Annoying App
so I got this app because of my birdfeeder and the birdfeeder works great and the camera works great and I get some great clips of the birds. However, I do not give the app full permission to have access to all of my photos and every single time I download a video it asked me to give them access to all of my photos and there’s no need for me to give you access solve my photos, so the fact that it asked me multiple times a day is really annoying. If I was going to give full access to the photos, I would’ve done it by now. Also, the AI keeps marking chickadees as hummingbirds.

Bird identifying not working
The app stopped identifying birds. I tried all the recommended fixes and get error code 12501.

Can’t share with family
I tried to share the bird cam with my family and it is not possible. I wasted an hour trying to figure it out and became so annoyed that I gave up.

Latest update made it worst
The last update made my setup more unstable. I normally keep live view on 24/7. The last update now pops up a time to take a rest with option to confirm or continue viewing. Recycling the app load up to 99% but never handshake. I had to power off/on the camera to reset and continue to 100% handshake.

Help with storage
I’m having some difficulty logging onto the storage site the cloud app for this app. Every time I try to click on the settings to get the storage cloud it keeps saying failed to retry retry and it doesn’t give me any options to retry. Is there anyway? That you can assist me with getting the storage

I absolutely love this app. It has given me great joy to be able to experience the process of the birth of a bird. It’s amazing!
Awful
This app is INCREDIBLY hard to navigate. Nothing is where you think it would be. I get notified every time a bird even moves on the feeder. I wish there was a way to silence specific bird notifications. Maybe there’s a way to fix these things but I just can’t find it because it’s hidden in some random spot.

Changing control mode
I have to manually change the control mode even if I have it in automatic mode. If I fall asleep before the time comes to change it, it won’t detect anything until next day that I manually do it.

Awesome birdfeeder camera
This feeder was so easy to set up and it works awesome .. I have had no issues so far. And I have chatted on the app and the representatives that have chatted have been very good. I would recommend this bird feeder and service. Definitely 5 stars
Piece of junk
Can’t get this to connect to WiFi. It says it does not support 5G. Why!!!just why given most devices are moving to 5G

At first I was happy even though it caught too much motion of other things. But not my credit card says fraud. Pay pal say this an unusual request. Not going to use my debit card. Not happy.
Works, but confusing
The app works well enough, but the interface is really confusing. Hard to navigate and understand the settings. Simple actions like saving, sharing, or deleting a photo or video are not intuitive or obvious.

Easy set up and link to my WiFi. I love that the bird house identifies the birds when they land. I live in the Northwoods of WI and get a variety of species. I really enjoy the pictures that I can view directly from my phone e.

Disappointed the bird detection is very generic. For example, it tells me the bird photo is a finch, but I want to know what type of finch.
Works Great
The app works great with the subscription. Totally worth it! I get messages all day with the kinds of birds it’s picking up and I haven’t had an incorrect id yet.
Ripoff
You have to purchase cloud storage to get this to work. Without it nothing happens. No pictures, no bird identification, nothing. Garbage

Great bird feeder!
I have really enjoyed this bird feeder. I’ve been using it for a year and it’s worked great. The bird videos are great quality and it’s super easy to use.
Purchased cloud, stopped working
In January 2026 I paid $39.99 for a year of cloud service for EACH of my 3 feeders. Now two of them will not record to the cloud and it’s telling me to renew - this is April 2026 so only 3 months into subscription. I emailed customer service and they told me to use the online chat. NO ONE REPLIES on the online chat. There is literally no way to receive support or get a refund. Don’t bother with this scam product.
Disappointing
Worked well first time around… now connecting to same WiFi, same location and an iPhone…. It’s not working. Like a broken record. All passwords are correct
Updates required please
Please update the following. - add a tutorial - one place for all settings example motion detection, sensitivity ect - why call it daemon time/point? Change it please, even google doesn’t know what it means. - fix the sd to uhd option, it keeps changing Back to sd. Also on recording. - option for faster stream bandwith? Thank you
