Great app
Never connects properly
App Refuses to connect to camera. Sometimes it will then it totally stops. Inconsistent and there is no customer support for assistance in trouble shooting
Very limited
Problem with this app/camera is you have to be close to the camera to see so you can't record say wildlife and then try to check on it from your home or your office because you're not close to the camera to connect to its internal Wi-Fi so the only way you can do it is if you pull the card or be close to it I want a trail cam that I can have it set up in the woods and be able to just randomly see what's going on without having to go to it. The camera Company (MAXDONE solar) itself has had amazing support and assistance
Newest Changes to App
Where is help section? I’ve had this camera for over a year and all of a sudden, only watch can view videos via after opening downloads…they’re not appearing in gallery… then, there’s no way to download the video ….. …WHAT IS GOING ON? IF THESE ARE APP CHANGES, they’re AWFUL…!
No WIFI
A little confused by these / did not know o need to basically be present at all times for them to work . Does not connect to home WiFi!
Perfect match for my needs
I’m using this app/camera to monitor activity at a remote location. It’s working great. The latest update to track live view time is very helpful. The scrolling frames in the latest update doesn’t help, actually it’s annoying when I turn phone landscape to better see my video. It would be great to have an on/off option from the app to suspend recording like when we are mowing. For now I just change the active time to be later in the day and change it back when we finish mowing. I’m very happy with the app giving me a view of my property and notifying me when there is action.

Started off great but can’t seem to get it to work.
Annoying Go Go Go bounces on all pictures
The trail cam has started to show the word “Go” bouncing up and down three times in every photo. I set my camera in a place where I get literally hundreds of pictures. This is the most ANNOYING and non-sensical thing I have ever seen. If they do to stop it I am going to petition for a refund. I want to see my pictures. I do NOT want to see the word GO bouncing up and down over and over again.
Awkward
The app is not intuitive and the instructions are incomplete. They don’t clearly explain operation of the camera.
Needs upgrading
We need the ability to select multiple videos for deletion also… automatically move to landscape. We need the ability to set a zoom on the camera and have this preserved- it is basic and needs an update

Ugh
Maybe I misunderstood what this trail camera is supposed to do . It’s in our backyard- we are trying to catch what is under our shed - thought while in our house we can pull up the camera but found out we have to be NEAR the camera to get the WiFi signal 🤦🏻♀️. Maybe it’s me not understanding but this was not what we wanted 🤷🏻♀️.
Works smooth!
All together a very cool app to access your trail cam. I’m only missing the Apple-style selection of many images, e.g., for download, by swiping over the images and selecting them.
Broke with fix again
Heads up these last couple updates broke everything again. First, it stopped recording all together around 5-7 days ago. Now, I can’t access the app at all. iOS

This is a great app. I’m able to share the images with my hunting partners. A fantastic feature. Still some icons on the app that I can’t figure out and there is no documentation to explain them.
Screw logins
This used to be a great app. Now you can’t use it without some stupid login. Now the cams I bought before that only use this app are useless to me. Screw this app.

It works great, but the only downside is that you have to be close to the camera but we should’ve looked into it more. But overall it worked great
Struggling to get it hooked up to wifi
Simple instructions. Looks like its made by one who already have total knowledge. Must be the one most difficult to activate.

Made a mistake buying this you have to be close by with Wi-Fi to even look at the pictures. I bought it for my backyard and I cannot see it from the front of my house. Unless I am in the back of resident…Takes great pictures.,As stated you need to be close to the device to look at them disappointment.

An sich eine tolle Kamera mit einer funktionalen Unterstützung durch die App. Leider ist seit dem letzten Update kein Verbindungsaufbau zwischen iPhone und der Kamera mehr möglich. Damit können weder Bilder abgerufen noch Änderungen an den Einstellungen vorgenommen werden. Bitte schnell wieder reparieren!
Doesn’t work well at night
Cannot get pics at night time. Get them all day long but after sunset nothing

This app works good enough
This is an entry level camera and app. For the price point and features, this app is just fine.
Would not recommend
Nothing but connection issues. The app worked on day one. After that I am unable to connect to the camera no matter what I do. I removed the app and restored it. Now on the rescan for new device, it recognizes the camera but will not connect. In addition, it is not really WiFi it is a hotspot.i would not recommend this product at all.
Easy setup
The setup was super easy. connecting to each camera also simple and intuitive. The only knock is when seeing cams on home page it shows location (backyard) instead of camera name. now I see four ‘backyard’ cams on the home page.

I have issues with WiFi connection and even though I’m a few feet away from the camera

When connected to camera and loading more videos it keeps going back to videos already viewed. Not ones that you are trying to load. Deleting videos and they still appear
Great App
I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now. It has had its iOS and downs, but they’ve upgraded it a few times as necessary and it’s running great now. The issues I’ve had, recently not connecting with my phone, have all pretty much been on me. I’ve contacted app support, and every time they walked me right through and in no time, I’m back up and running. Almost every time you can backtrack and I’ve been the problem. Thank you support. I give you 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Crashes and Won’t Recod
Been trying to get this camera to function. The App is AWFUL and non responsive. I give up!
Works well
This software works unlike one I tried last year which rarely connected to my phone. This software is pretty much foolproof.
Logs out way to often
Just got it and setting it up playing around on the app. And it logs you out every few mins. Was hoping to find a fix in the settings. Nope.

Wonderful security!
I have a wonderful view of a little critter throwing itself at my front door, trying to break in. I have wonderful views of my horse trying to get in the house, but of course that’s why I got it. I enjoy watching the livestock and the wildlife. But the best part of it is watching things that I never expected to happen. Wonderful piece of equipment and I have purchased four at this point, and I may end up with more of them. Thanks for a great piece of equipment. Great definition.
Latest update terrible
With the last update, I cannot go live with it and it has no sound when it finally goes live. Please fix.
Not bad; room for some improvement
The app does a pretty good job of connecting to and managing my camera, but could be improved: 1) Add auto time sync on each connection instead of providing a manual function. 2) On selecting all media for download they are processed newest first, with the result that they get saved to my photo album in reverse chronological order; it should be the other way around. 3) When deleting the media to free up space, the newest ones get deleted, a day at a time. It would be preferable for the oldest ones to be deleted first.

It works fine so far but the connection to see what been recorded is not that good wifi connection at best would be 25 ft if you ask a question for help you have to delete the app then reload to clear your chat
Problems
Lots of photos snapped even tho there’s no movement on camera. Lots of times if you’re going thru the thumbnails taken and you get the page to refresh to send your screen more thumbnails - the thumbnails it sends are all duplicates of what it just sent you. And it’ll do that over and over. The batteries last a good amount of time but having all these duplicates sent over and over make this camera not worth it. We wouldn’t buy it again.

Will no longer connect
Annoying camera and app. Trying to reconnect the camera to the app. I’ve already connected it all and now two days later when I try to reconnect nothing happens. Why has the camera disappeared from my connected cameras on my phone?
Not liking the new format
I liked the other format much better than this one. It seems to take longer, and the images are smaller unless I turn my phone sideways. I easily get disconnected if my screen goes dormant. I just liked the other one much better that has smaller thumbnails. on this one once I open it. Every picture I look at has to be downloaded and then once I get the video going I’m like two seconds in and it has to download again. very frustrating
