Works great, no issues
No issues for me. I’m on my ipad and my galaxy A15. Not much I can say here,i downloaded the app, plugged in the scope. It was recognized right away and I’ve had no issues.
Disappointed
I downloaded the app and it worked for a total of 20 minutes. It kept telling me that the device was not connected. I uninstalled the app and redownloaded it but that didn’t help. I don’t know what else to try. I’m very disappointed.
Endoscope
All I had to do was restart the phone and it picked it right up. Wish it has a way to focus it, but for the price I won’t complain
Labor intensive
The app does okay taking the images (about 80 each inspection) from the borescope, but I need to send the images to my boss. I can only do that by downloading the images one at a time. Today I realized that it creates new albums in my photo album. Now I have hundreds of photo albums named UseePlus that I have to delete one at a time.

Live camera is no longer working stopped this passed week. A lot of money for something that half works

Doesn’t work with iPhone.
Works just fine
The device and the app couldn’t be simpler to use. It took me less than a two minutes to download the app and connect the camera to both my iPhone and iPad. Worked immediately on both devices. Easy to control brightness and switch between front and side view. This is an extremely inexpensive product that does what it’s meant to do when you need it and without fuss or complexity. I don’t understand the low ratings. Maybe other reviewers expect something I am not?
Freezes after 1 minute on iPhone 17 Pro Max
Every minute I connect my device, works for 5 seconds to 30 seconds. Then it freezes. I close the app and open it and it works. Then it says “Please reseat device.” No problem with my older iPad.
Camera is great, but app keeps crashing
The camera is fantastic. Has a lot of zoom options, video recording, and great lighting But the app keeps crashing It’s a brand new iPhone 17 max pro fully updated, and the app keeps crashing 10 to 25 seconds into imaging it happens on an older iPad too.
Works great with IPhone 16 plus
I just received the endoscope and downloaded the app. So far it’s working great!
App doesn’t work
The camera light works when plugged into the phone. However the app shows the same Home Screen that states nothing is connected.
Simple and easy to use
My greatest concern is security given I have to load it not knowing it’s true level of isolation from my phone. Seems all the endoscope apps present the same issue.
Won’t work with iPhone anymore
It worked fine when I bought it. Now (after iOS update, most likely) my iPhone says it uses too much energy and won’t connect to the device, and the iPad won even detect it.
A bug
The image is left right fliped. There is no option in APP to flip it back. Please add this feature!!

Works ok but needs photo album access
This app works ok but to add photos from the endoscope to your phone’s photo library requires that you grant access to see your photos. It should be able to add photos with limited access.

No support except on app unless you can read Chinese. After installing Usee plus on iphone there should be a page one screen Mine goes directly to device not connected. When I connect the device all I get is the light. One way is to use android or google play neither of which helped. Frustrated, worthless.

Software issues
The camera works decently for the price it costs but half the time the app doesn’t work. It doesn’t connect via Bluetooth or WiFi. I’ve tried updating the app and it still doesn’t connect at times.

The camera is not very clear and I see no way to adjust focus the best part is only the tentacle insertion device
Great product
I’ve just brought one of these for a job on my cooker. I was changing the grill element and the wire shot back into the hole at the back of the oven. I needed to see and get the wire out of the back skin of the oven. With this camera and the hook attachment, it was easily for me to see and hook the wire out of the hole. The software worked on my 12.9” iPad, giving me a bigger screen to work with. It felt like I was doing key hole surgery. I would have no way of doing this job without this kit.
STOPPED WORKING
It was working great, but it stopped working a few days ago after 6 months. I came here to see if an update is needed but no updates for 11 months! The device I got to use this app from Amazon is no longer available so guess the company is out of business or whatever. Oh well.
Works great- 1 thing missing
I love the camera and app … except, I would LOVE to be able to invert the camera image to make it easier for personal use- skin care, plucking hair… being able to invert/ flip the camera to be mirror image would make it so much easier to use!
Won’t connect
Worked a couple times now it says not connected when plugged in, even tho the light is on. Guessing it can’t keep up with apples software

Better than I expected.
I bought this to help me find a water leak in the roof of my motorhome and it’s done the job, I don’t need to take the roof lining down now, I do wish I bought the longer cable as the one meter isn’t long enough really so splash out and get the longer one. I did find that it kept loosing the connection at first but I flipped the plug over and it works fine.

Light comes on immediately upon plug in but camera doesn’t. Sending it back to Amazon.

If it’s not working it’s because your phone Jack isn’t great. Otherwise fits well, solid connection, nice view, camera and video! No other functions! Not too bad
Not working anymore
Since my iPhone 12 has had software updates I get notifications that it doesn’t support this device ( endoscope camera) anymore. The camera is working on a Samsung phone but it won’t work on my iPhone 12.

Doesn’t switch view
The scope I have has two cameras but this app which it’s designed for has no way of switching between views . This is incredibly irritating . If not updated soon i will have to return the scope as defective. Please listen to the feed back and resolve asap !

Mayalatte USB デュアルレンズ内視鏡カメラ というのを購入して、こちらのアプリをインストールしたが、最初はカメラを認識せず。途方に暮れていたが、Androidにつなげたあと、再度iPhone で試したら動作した(iOS 17.5.1) 今からだと確認できないけど、おそらくAndroidは無関係で、ケーブルを接続する順番に注意が必要なのかも？ Lightning アダプターとカメラのケーブルを接続した状態でiPhoneに接続するのではダメで、まずLightning アダプターだけをiPhone に接続してから、その後USB-Cのケーブルを接続するとうまくいくと思う。それでもダメなら、接続した状態でシャッターボタンを10秒ほど長押ししてみて！
Works fine.
Tested on iPhone 15. App is basic, but does what it needs to do. You can save photos and videos. Didn’t have any issues.

This is a terrible device, simply does not work at all.

Free app 12 quid endoscope really cant complain. Gave 4 stars as it really needs the ability to focus like the phones camera does as the resolution is a bit poor. Even if the end of the scope rotated so you could manually adjust the focus
Excellent except for permissions issue
I see this app had issues for others, but the current version is working flawlessly for my new endoscope plugged into this iPhone 16 via USBC. App has a clear and direct and useful interface, it's instant-on, it's basically perfect. I love it. ...until it demands full read access to your entire photo library before you can save any images. I'm assuming that's a technical error. I will come back to update this review when the issue gets fixed. I'm leaving a very low score in the meantime in case this is spyware software.

Connect issues
This app worked great until it didn’t. I can no longer connect the camera to the app via the phone.
Works as expected
Up and running in minutes. My only issue was my iPhone 14 Pro Max case, the lightning connection is large and interferes with the connector. Easy fix, take case off.
Camera stopped working
Hi , the camera worked yesterday, but not today. It was working when I last disconnected the device. I’ve deleted and downloaded the app a couple of times, but still the camera won’t work . I’ve only just received the camera. Please help.
Good but not quite there
This app is nice and works very well. However it’s missing one key feature. With a device like this it is very important that you can flip the video as it makes working with it so much easier. With that this would be a five star app, as it stands, it still leaves something to be desired.
