They want you to spend all of your money. The hard levels are insanely hard and impossible to beat unless you keep spending money.
Stopped playing
I love the game but at level 3200 have been waiting for new areas to open for over a year, without new areas frequently opening you can’t expect people to keep playing, it just gets boring. Deleting soon
Well I’ve reached the end
I’ve been playing this game for some years now. I am on level 1768. I have ran out of game. I’ve been waiting for months for them to add new additions so I can keep building, but I have built everything. I want to keep playing. I have 400 stars saved up. But there’s no sense in it if there’s nowhere to go in the game anymore. I love the graphics. The levels are very hard sometimes and that keeps me on my toes. I have had it on every phone I’ve ever had. I am really going to miss it. Hopefully one day you’ll add more land to decorate.
Annoying
I’m not buying your stupid surprise bundle. Quit throwing it up after EVERY level. Opening the game for the first time of the day is highly annoying with every “event” or “reward” screen coming up. We know they’re there and how to click them. Calm down.

Healthy distraction
When the stressors of life just get to you, I sit down and play this because it takes all my concentration to have fun and find the things I need to find in the puzzle my stress level goes down and I’m able to just enjoy a minute of distraction.
Would have given 5 stars before this
Lost over 2 years of progress (100,000+ stars) after connecting Facebook, which loaded an older account and overwrote my current one. Support initially responded but has not replied in over a week despite multiple follow-ups and requests for escalation. They even said that it is possible to fix…but that they basically just didn’t feel like it. (In so many words). I’m hoping this can be reviewed and resolved, as this was a significant amount of progress.

I could really enjoy this game. However, you don’t get enough medium difficulty levels in between the hard and super hard levels to play long enough to enjoy it. Then I walk away saying every time that I’m going to delete the game altogether because I will spend the next several days trying to get past those levels. And you have to use coins and special items just to do that only to have maybe 2 medium difficulty levels and you’re right back to the impossible.
Good game disgusting ads
This is a fun app but the ads with skin infections are disgusting. I don’t understand what the attraction would be to this and wish I didn’t have to see it while playing.

Not fun anymore
I used to love this game! But not anymore. Unless you want to spend money you’re stuck in the same game for weeks and months! It’s not fun anymore. And spending money doesn’t help either. They just take it and the game still can’t be beat. At least give the players ways to add more time to the game to win especially after months in the same game. It’s about fun playing the game! But greed takes over for the creators of these games and then it’s over! There’s no more fun! I will be removing the app for this game. It’s a fun game but not if you can’t win a game and move on.

I love this game play on my phone and kindle but on my kindle the game freezes at a power boost to buy and won’t let me into the game I’ve spent a lot of money on both games but have to delete it from my kindle I’ve tried uninstalling then reinstalling and still same problem just so disappointed u can’t play it on my kindle thank you

Almost impossible
I have played this game almost 3 years, I am on level 447 because this is the hardest game I’ve ever played.Every other level is difficult-extremely hard-too many obstacles and not enough time.As for the daily tasks, I would love to meet someone who is able to obtain the coins or win 5 games in a row because it takes me almost 2 weeks to win one.
More levels needed
I’ve been playing this game for a while and have completed all the repair levels, I need some more. It would be nice also if the super hard levels weren’t so often. It gets frustrating having super hard levels every two or three rounds.
Big difference in the device you play on
I can remember exactly when this game went downhill. It was the update they did in the beginning of December. All of the super hard levels now are impossible to beat without using either extra coins or all of your gadgets at the bottom of the screen. I play on my phone and my iPad and I’ve just been able to put my finger on what the real problem is. It may take you 10 to 15 tries to win on your phone but for every super hard level, I play on the iPad I am using upwards to 150 to 800 coins plus many of my powers at the bottom of the screen. Money grab

So I’ve recorded myself playing and once you get close, the seconds come off in 10s. Also, they take lives randomly and you rarely get the next day prize. Also add in the middle of a timed game????? Nah
Christmas package
I purchased the Christmas package and ever since the level of difficulty has increased exponentially. I regret buying it. The event will be over by the time I pass the current level. Never again.

WAY too many ads!
Do you game makers even care that in each and every stage of play, you kill the flow and feel of the game by making us close no less than 5 pop up windows wanting us to buy something? And you also have to watch videos of other games in order to move along. Who in the heck do you think has time for that? Most of us get these games in hopes of a bit of distraction from our busy and hectic lives, but the way you have this set up it is simply ANNOYING and NERVE WRACKING. You people are smart enough to make these games, but not smart enough to realize that you LOOSE potential customers by killing the flow of the game with constant, never ending ads? Surely you are smart enough to figure out how 1) to make the game actually the way you advertise it, 2) To be mindful and respectful of the customers time and let us finish several rounds before you ‘remind us’ that you want to sell us something? Jeeze Louise guys. A game that might be fun is ruined by constant begging for money! And I thought the political money begging texts had gotten out of hand. You guys make them look like saints!
What happened?
I’ve been playing this game for a while and have found it to be really relaxing and enjoyable (addictive, in fact). I have got to the point where I can even pass the super hard levels, but out of the blue, the game has changed and it has become incredibly difficult. Even the easy levels are now like the hard levels and getting through the super hard levels is now impossible without buying more time or using all my magnets. I’ve spent quite a lot on this game, and would continue to do so if it had not been for these miserable changes. Is this a glitch or have you intentionally made the game so much harder to force people to buy coins?
Idea to improve
The pop up at end of game comes so fast that if your making matches you select a booster on accident. This wastes 100 points. Try adding an interstitial page to confirm you want to do that.
Update needed!
The game is fun BUT there have been no significant updates. When are new areas coming? Where did the fun ASMR feature disappear to?

Unauthorised charge
I deleted this app and 2 weeks later my account was charged for a purchase I didn’t initiate or authorise.
Love playing it
So I got to a very high level nearly to 1,000, I had to get phone repaired due to screen and in order to do that I had to wipe phone, I’ve redownloaded it but I can’t access save progress so I’m very disappointed as I was in a good team and had spent money on the game 💁🏻that is the only downside.
Disappointed
I used to be addicted to this game. Due to the holidays I had been unable to play it bc I’ve been so busy. I’ve come back to play it and the Super Hard levels are absolutely impossible to complete. The time has been cut in half and the only way to beat the level is to spend money. Kind’ve suspicious if you ask me. I hope this is a glitch in the game and not intentional.
Wasting power-ups!
Gave this game 3 stars. Took fourth star away because when I play the same level 40 or 50 times over several days, the game should reward me with help, but it doesn’t. Took fifth star away because developers NEED to change game and ADD A CONFIRM BUTTON when using earned coins. I find myself playing and time expires while I’m still tapping the screen, which uses 100 coins (that I’ve worked so long to save up) to continue game or clear the row when I did not intend or want to do! The message and button pops up immediately on the screen in the middle where I’m often tapping matches. And it comes with no delay and no warning. Therefore I am inadvertently spending my saved coins. It has happened MANY times and makes me so mad! The game is fun, but game developer should fix these issues to maintain the loyal players such as myself. Thank you
Nice way to waste time
Currently on level 1977. Great game to pass the time. Not that I’m complaining but at 7pm I won 2 hours and since then won an additional 45 minutes but the game is still stuck at 2 hours and the clock doesn’t go down. It’s almost 9:45 so I should be going into my “lives” but it still states 2 hours. Also wondering when I can start building new cafes. I have over 1000 stars and there’s been no updates to build/remodel new things.

Good Game but …
This is a great game and I really enjoy it. However, it is spoiled by the SUPER hard levels, although I don’t mind the hard levels. Whilst I enjoy a challenge some of the super hard levels are so difficult that they are not fun and make me feel angry and stressed. Even with extra coins and items, some of these levels are still too difficult. Therefore, I suggest that you should make such levels optional for extra special rewards. I play this game to relax and I enjoy creating the town, but the super hard levels ruin it all. I thought games were supposed to be fun.
Update is too hard
I play this game every day and since the update the hard levels are too hard. They feel impossible to pass without coins. I’ve spent my fair share of money on this game but I can’t afford to play anymore. I’m going to uninstall and hope they change it back to the way it was before the update some day
Frustrating but fun
The game is fun, but utterly frustrating. I have lost at least 5,000 in coins because I accidentally hit button for extra time for 100 coins when time runs out. Time runs out and I am trying to grab item and accidentally hit button! It is infuriating! It is a fun game and a lot of levels are really difficult. Some levels take 100-200 trials to win. In the end, I have to use extra time and also buttons that help your game. However, you have limited buttons to help. The nice thing is that the game gets a little easier after 10-15 tries.
Obsessively good
I am obsessed with this game! I have never written a review before but this one has taken over my evenings! Simple concept but addictive!

I’m addicted to this game! It’s currently my favourite. A good challenge, great for increasing your attention, memory and speed. My only gripe is that pretty much all the bonuses you can buy are a lot more than in other games. This is particularly the case with the season events, where the purchasable package is £19.99 which is almost double the cost in other games!
Not enough skin care
Edited: what the heck happens to the skin care know it’s coffee and ramen I like the game but I need more skin care. I can do no more it says coming soon. It’s only the first level it says 96% why don’t you have more at level 1 don’t get it.

Scam
I paid the $14.83 for the 1000 coins and I never received the coins. The support in the app only has 2 options and doesn’t help you with anything else. I need my money back or the 1000 coins immediately

Great game but ads after every level is a real put off and the town has been waiting for new levels upgrade for over 3 months I’ve noticed.got 1897 stars and nothing to do with them yet
Pay to play
Several timesI have purchased for extra time and extra coins however, the extra time is immediately used when you only have a few seconds on the clock and the coins are used as well. The player should be able to choose when to use the extra time. I personally will never buy any more time it’s a waste of money.
Short term fun
Pretty fun and addicting until the high levels are reached. I’ve been at 900 for awhile (months) and there’s no way to beat it without purchasing an expensive support package which I’m not willing to do. It’s not even close to being beatable and if it was, I’d happily drop a few bucks to keep going but that’s not the case. I’d likely need. $20 pack to win. Read other reviews- it gets to the point where you basically quit the game. I’m bummed bc this helped me pass alot of time but 900 is the nail in the coffin for me.
