Card game collection
We have 10 days to go and I still need 9 gold cards. These cannot be requested, so why aren’t you giving them out. I play this game A LOT and will be VERY disappointed to not finish all the work I have put in but cannot complete when I have no control over getting gold cards. Is there some way to earn them that I am not aware of?
Used to be great
This game used to be really fun. Now there is a long ad after every level. More ad time than playing time. Very frustrating.

I absolutely hate the new “puffy” tiles. I really don’t like them. I did really enjoy the game before these fat, metallic, tonal-colored shapes showed up. Make them go away!

Card game not working
The game is good, except when it glitches. Now when we request a card from teammate it says Less than 24 hrs to cool down! What is that all about?
Problem
Did the update over the weekend it fixed til the next day. I can’t see team comments, make comments or ask for lives
Zero Support
Great game, but it’s been a week and I’ve been completely ghosted by support. My Music Tour event glitched, causing me to lose purchased credits, event progress, and unclaimed rewards. I’ve now submitted five support requests and haven’t received a single response—not even an acknowledgment. I enjoy the game and would happily give it 5 stars if there were a responsive customer support team. If you’re going to sell in-app purchases, players should be able to get help when something goes wrong.
Fix the game!!!!
It’s going on three days now that the game is not working as it should. Repairs were made with the latest update. Added new items too. Some like and some people don’t. We shall see.
Too difficult
It used to be a very fun game. It’s changed recently so it’s extremely difficult to beat a level without spending money. I won’t spend money so I guess I won’t be playing.

So Disappointed Developers
It’s like the developers are playing whack a mole. I gave this game two stars because I’ve been playing for several years and I have enjoyed it for many reasons. However, every time the developers launch an update, something goes horribly wrong. Gamers are left at a huge loss. The lack of foresight and testing ahead of launching is irresponsible and negligent. Many of my team are in the top 500 and at the very top of the leaderboard. People who play like this have devoted time, energy and are devoted to their teams. Occasionally, the developers doll out a generous sum for their neglect however, most of the time they are either not responding at all or when they do it is many days later. Do better developers - before you lose all of your patrons. We are disappointed to say the least.

Ever since they did the update, you can’t beat any of the levels you waste your time on the same level levels over and over and over again I used to play this all the time

I have loved playing this game for a long time. I’m done with it now. Since the last update, there are so many ads that I spend more time waiting for the ads to be over than playing the game! No thank you!
It’s a matching game
I guess it’s better than most as it doesn’t force you to pay to win on levels, but there’s nothing unique about it.
Sold out to Match Factory?
I have no problem with spending a few dollars on a game. However, I have noticed recently that Tile Match has gone Match Factory style. Not only do they now sport the same cartoon images, but it’s now pay to win. The level I am on has 90 items to be found in 90 seconds. I understand that they need to earn a living. But, I will not pay my hard earned money for every third or fourth level of 90 seconds of entertainment. I am looking for a new match game. Now read the company’s cookie cutter response.
Stopping at Level 7535–TOO MANY ADS
The game is fun and challenging, but there are WAY TOO MANY ADS, and they’re long. One after every level?!?!? Crazy!

Updated to 5.0.5 and now it doesn’t work
I updated to the 5.0.5 version and the game loads but doesn’t open beyond the loading page. I uninstalled ( kept data) and reinstalled no change. Updated my IOS thinking that might be the issue and still no change. Next attempt will be to completely remove game and data. I hate restarting at the beginning.
Wayyyyy to many ads
The game itself is really enjoyable but when you reach a certain level ads keeps popping up even when you pause the game. Unfortunately, they offer the players to remove add by paying?? They should offer players more bonuses to not go play another game
Aggravating
Obviously from the same developer as Royal Match, which I love and have been playing for years now. That’s a 5-star game, but this falls well short. 1) the phone screen is to small for this game. You’re constantly fat-fingering the wrong items. 2) Levels are impossibly difficult without purchases (unlike Royal Match). Even early on. 3) Little to no opportunities to earn more time (again, unlike Royal Match). I could be stuck on one level for a couple weeks. Want to like this game. However it just becomes more aggravating than enjoyable.

I’ve played this game forever & now will not open!
Dissapointed
Wrote the company because of some problems I had with the add-on booster icons nor working. They replied in a timely manner & told me updates had been applied. They gave me back the booster items that had not worked and some added coinage. All of the items (xtra time, rocket thing, and another item) disappeared a couple of days later without being used! Now, it's happening again. Xtra time that I tried to use has been deducted, but no xtra time was ever added to the game. The coinage is all gone, even though I never used it. I wrote again and have not heard back in days. I am on level 239 and it seems my only option is to delete the game. NOT a happy customer!!
Tile match
Love this game but would not let me continue playing until I updated it. I did this and now the game won’t load at all. I have also paid so I don’t keep getting adverts in the game. Very annoying!!

I Don not like the new cartoon characters. They are hard to tell what is what
Fun but extremely frustrating
This game is super fun and addictive; however, some levels are impossible unless you buy your way out of it. The developer can say what he wants but when you literally spend an hour of free lives plus all your regular lives several times over and still can’t get past it, it’s too hard. I cant’t afford to keep buying my way thru the super hard levels.

Don't click on ads!!
Used to be a good game but the recent update RUINED the game! I'm done. New icons are terrible. Yuck. Don't even get me started how it now cheats you out of either the daily prize (starting you over at day 1) by not having enough room for that icon, or even if you get the daily prize, there are no ad prize boxes. Just gone. No room for the icon. The home page is now so noisy I can't even look at it. And the game icons are all different now, blown up ultra-cartooney versions of their former selves. Just ugh. What's your target audience, 4-year-olds? THEY DON'T HAVE MONEY!! Haha good luck.

Great game , when it will let you play and not have to delete and upload it again. Losing all the levels you have gained
Updates STINK
Played this game every day for over three years. For some unknown reason, the creators felt the need to attract toddlers to this app. This app requires far too much finesse and dexterity for a toddler, yet they insist on using exaggerated, cartoonish objects. MANY of my team members have quit. This WAS a great game, not sure why don’t admit it was a bad idea and revert the app to its former glory.
Big Issues
Although the game is more fun than other more popular 3d tile match games. It’s got some real issues in the later levels. Icons that are asked for are not able to be found in the game because there is no match. Also there is a bonus ball that stopped working, causing me to lose 9,000 points quickly. They since have fixed it but they didn’t give me my points back but only offered me 50 points.
The issues with the game have been fixed and it is once again a great game!

Was fun until I got to a high level and it does t let you proceed since it has a blank item to remove that doesn’t exist.., frustrating

Just played after the new update and wow what a disappointment! The graphics and items look horrible. I used to really enjoy this game but I don’t think I’ll continue.
Suddenly full of glitches
I have been playing this game for years, and I am on a great team. We are number 10 in the world. Lately the game has become so full of glitches that there’s really no joy in playing. Everyone on the team has notified support of the problems and yet they persist. We are all talking about jumping ship and finding another game we can play together that doesn’t have all these problems. The developers really need to get their stuff in gear and listen to their players who are screaming from the hilltops about the problems, glitches, lost coins, etc.

This games has a glitch after almost every update. They don’t do much testing before they put new versions out. Support is almost non-existent. If they even bother to respond, it is usually days later and not very helpful or apologetic.

For four days now I have been faced with a blank screen and my review of two days ago has disappeared. I thought that it would have at least alerted the developer of a problem but I guess not because the blank screen remains. I did enjoy this game when it worked.
