Love this game
I love this game, but there needs to be a way to delete an account.
Awful
The support in this game is awful. I’ve played for years and have recently had several issues to discuss with “support.” The bottom line is: there IS NO support. They don’t offer solutions that help. And it’s near impossible to get to support. It looks easy but it’s not. And the “support” people are merely there to send your problems/issues to the tech people. They are no help. They don’t read and comprehend what you write. And each one that jumps in has no clue about what you have already discussed. My game kept crashing and I kept reporting to NO avail. I finally had no choice but to uninstall and reinstall. And then? My game completely changed! It’s not even the same game I have played for literally YEARS. How does that happen. So, some people still have the old game. But new players (and any old players that have issues) get this stupid new version that we didn’t want. And they won’t do anything about that either. My advice is find a different match game to download.
Glitchy update
One of my favorite games, but the latest update sucks! It literally glitches out of my game in the middle of my game and goes to Home Screen. Ahhhh… so frustrating! Please fix this issue.
Something Changed
I played this game for several years. Recently it started to kick me out of games I was playing. I bought several bundles of the years. I bought a $24.99 bundle 2 days ago. It was ok for a short time but started kicking me out of games again. I am completely deleted this game I enjoyed for several years.
Game freeze
The game is enjoyable when it’s working, but I am finding it freezes more frequently in the past three months, especially when ads are playing.

I really like this game. I do have trouble with the ads….they stay on forever, stubbornly going back and forth, or the screen stays black, really a nuisance, Can u help?

I love but this app sucks I paid to bypass the ads and now it won’t let me restore the purchase on it on my new iPad sucks!11111
Fun until the glitches hit
It is a very fun game that improves brain to finger connection. And then a period of glitches hits with freezes and crashes…this will happen for several days which is frustrating.
Fun at 1st but deleted
I didn’t get very far in this game before I deleted. The graphics are hard to make out, it’s mostly just a clump and I can’t clear the board which doesn’t make for a fun game.
Fun but having issues
Since the update the ads at the bottom pop up incessantly making it nearly impossible to play. I thought paying for ad free would solve this problem but no, they’re still popping up every 15 seconds
Good game
I really enjoy playing the game. Only downside is the adds which I don’t mind. But please make sure the adds actually play. Really annoying you have to keep leaving the game & returning to get rid of the add that isn’t playing. Your having to constantly come out the game because of this add.
What happened??
I’ve been playing this game for years. It started glitching and freezing so much that I was forced to finally delete and reinstall. I lost all my progress, which was bad enough, but now it keeps dumping the exact same items over and over with a little over 1 minute to clear the board, which is impossible. Tried to leave a message for support and even that was glitchy. Please fix this and restore my progress!
Fix!
Please fix/stop the pop-up ad that pops up every 2 seconds. Even if you let the pop up ad play all the way through it still does it every few seconds. It makes playing the game very annoying and not enjoyable anymore and I am on level 8701.

Love this game but it drops you out and glitches way too much! Need to fix problems
Not rewarded
I enjoy playing the game so much but after playing 10 to 15 games and only awarded 2 coins and IF the bonus award works, you get 7 coins. This sometimes take days to get 100 coins! Then because of insufficient time to complete a game, it takes at least 200 coins to get 2 more minutes to find the items. Frustrated!
Blank screen
The frequency of adverts is just about tolerable until the jigsaw advert blanks the screen permanently. Surely the idiocy of this is apparent - blank screen = delete the app and lose the income from the adverts = leave a bad review and lose players. FIX it
What’s going on with this?
It’s my favorite game. When I watch the ads to get the points to finish my game it goes to a white screen or just freezes. I bought packages to help when I was out of time or didn’t realize I had used all the boxes. and lost the games bc of the above. It starts my games over every time so I lose what I had earned. It’s really frustrating. I really hope you will check this out.
Great game, ads issues
Love the app, but having problems this week with ads not ever giving the “X” to continue. I’m having to close the app and restart after every game.

Can’t get it to work since last update. Will not pop up and when I try to update it just sits there.

I really like the game but I have ads pop up in the middle of playing the game 😡If I swipe them out the may stay gone for 10 seconds and come right back. It is totally uncalled for! There are ads between games but in the middle of trying to play the game 😡😡😡😡😡

Love this game I’m totally addicted and have to keep downloading the updates for more levels 🙄. Did pay to have ads removed as they were just annoying.
Use to love
I used to love this game, but I don’t know they changed something and it’s almost impossible I was at level 17,000 and I couldn’t get past it so I deleted the game and reinstalled it and now I’m at level 50 and I still can’t get past that I don’t know what they did.
Fun game but not challenging
Game would be more fun if each level didn’t allow for 15-20 minutes to finish. I have never lost a life. Seems pointless to even have lives if each level has unlimited time. Previous version had varying levels of challenge and time. That was better.
So Glitchy
I had to uninstall because the game froze every few seconds. This really ruined it for me.

I love this game but mine has frozen on an advert with a black screen. I can’t get out of it with the cross at the top. It has been like this for 24 hours now. Please can you rectify or I will not be playing again. It is a crap situation
Add and glitches
Just like everyone else is saying, the ads are ridiculous! This is the first app I've seen that shows you an ad if you pause the game and then unpause it. Also, just today they started showing pop-up ads in the middle of gameplay. Four pop-up ads in a three minute game! What a joke. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to get rid of the ads. There is only a $10 pass. Not a permanent pay version. The gameplay was fun, a little different. Mostly just much much harder than the average game. You will often spend 30 seconds looking for a single match. It was different and I liked the gameplay but the ads and glitches are too much.
Awesome Game!
Very relaxing and enjoy playing the game. Only problem is I’m on level 2025 and the game is getting easier rather than more challenging. Would be nice if we could select Challenge Levels.

Now it’s impossible to beat if you don’t have any help items. Too bad, we had a good run.
Confused
I played this game to a really high level and loved it. Unfortunately I accidentally deleted it and it’s nowhere near as good now. I get bored when the levels become almost impossible and reinstall. The confusing thing is that it doesn’t always load the same. Sometimes it loads targeted items only and others it downloads clearing the board. Then without warning it changes from one mode to another. Maybe it’s me but I wish you could just play previous levels or without time limits. How can anyone call a game relaxing and then impose a time limit?

Royal Match and other ads freeze and you cannot get points. Frustrating when you clear a level and then get ripped off.

Love/Hate
Love the game but it’s the worst with bugs in system, constantly reporting and nothing getting fixed.
No longer fun
This used to be quite a good game in spite of all the adverts. It is no longer challenging due to the absurd timings for the levels. When I try for a next level it gives me less than a minute to complete it so I obviously fail and have to re try. After 5 or 6 attempts the next time it gives me over 20 minutes to complete it which is no problem at all but no fun as you know you will succeed. The timings need to be put back to the original levels.

Too many ads
I LOVE this game but the ads are too much. It’s one thing to have an ad between each level or to watch an ad to get bonuses or be saved, etc. But it’s to the point where if I pause, there’s an ad before resuming. To see my rewards, another ad. I put my phone in airplane mode and there’s less, but still banner ads and between levels (fine). BUT ON TOP OF ALL THAT, some of the ads you have to interact with to make them go away, even in airplane mode. Other times it will say like 20 second ad, but it will actually be longer than that because you have to wait for the exit to pop up. It’s ridiculous!!!!!! This has been going on for a couple months it didn’t use to be this many ads. Also, when I click not interested in an ad it continues to show it to me.
Please stop loading Ads
Please stop using companies whose Ads just hang and you lose the points you have gained. There is one for a slimming drug and another for the game with the king in it. If they want to show their Ads then fine but don’t load ones that don’t work
changed the format
Have enjoyed this games for years, but that game is gone. Replacing it is a 5 min erosion. Why?
Way too many ads and additional costs
Although I enjoyed playing this game I ended up deleting it from my phone for two BIG reasons - the sheer number of ads and the additional costs involved with pretty much everything. My piggy bank was ‘full’ after level 15 and it would have cost £2.49 to open it and buy more coins. As for the ads - after every game is understandable to a point, but it got to the stage where some wouldn’t go away. They simply kept playing over and over on a loop. The only way to get rid of them was to close the game then reopen it. So frustrating!! Great concept but the developers need to realise that not everyone has a bunch of spare cash hanging around to spend on ‘extras’ that could just as easily be obtained by making the games longer and more difficult.

Don’t Bother
I purchased the Match Pass as it was advertised to give me perks for the purchase. It appeared I would receive 1600 coins, and a number of hints/scrambles in addition to 8 lives instead of 5. Plus no ads. Well, despite what’s advertised, there are some arbitrary goals you have to meet to obtain what you paid for. Customer Service could care less. Waste of time and money. There will probably be some bot response saying how sorry they are I am disappointed with the game. They could care less.
Love this game BUT….
I live playing it and then I get to where I have nearly completed a level and I need another minute of time but only have 86 points so I watch an ad and get 10 points then I watch another ad and …. It freezes and I end up losing my game Thai happens so often I am on the verge of scrapping the App
No SUPPORT
This game has no support. You explain the problem with pictures but no answer back. Their algorithms do not do what they are supposed to do. Like holding the object and spreading the item. I like to give them a one star but the game is fun.
Adverts🤬
I like the game but the adverts are just crazy! Come on, I get adverts after every time I match 3…ridiculous!!! Not sure how long I will continue as there are better versions out there with less adverts.

Bugs
The game was fun, till the bugs came out. Many of us experience pop up ads while in play. I counted 19 during one level. Others on teams suffer game crashes, and not able to play a level at all. Fix it or lose many of us. We’ve been playing for years. Maybe developers should check the fb page for all of those with problems.
Frustrating
I love the concept of this app and had enjoyed going up the levels but I am so frustrated by the ads which constantly pop up throughout the games. Obviously the apps have to make money but this is ridiculous. I match a few items then up pops an ad. It is constant and frustrating. I would accept maybe one halfway through the level and one or two at the end but the frequency of them throughout each level is maddening.
