On IOS the app isn’t opening for months now. anytime i try to launch it, i see logo and then it crashes. Please do something about it, your brand is really lovely!

Address Batumi
Good afternoon. Great idea and hopefully you will become a good marketplace. I am writing for developers: please add Batumi to the address. Select a city or region. The support told me that it is possible to place an order in Batumi, but it is almost impossible to do so. When adding an address in your personal account, it gives an error: “the selected address is not available for delivery.” This is both in the application and in the web version. When placing an order in the app, it is also impossible to add an address in Batumi to the cart, the same error. The only option is to manually move the map in the web version (its distance is also adjusted, which makes it very inconvenient to immediately find Batumi) and indicate the point. After this you will no longer want to place an order, it is very inconvenient and takes a lot of time. I sincerely hope that this error will be corrected and users from Batumi will be able to place orders quickly and conveniently.
if there were similar services, I would gladly not use this application
the app does not work correctly if you disable notifications. it gives two blocking pop-up banners in a row with a requirement to enable notifications, and after canceling it does not respond to clicks and does not allow you to perform any actions. in addition, the search for products is completely unpredictable, the best way to find a product is to manually scroll through all the items in the category.

1. Counter of items in the shopping cart (in the lower menu) resets to zero sometimes, though my shopping cart is not empty. 2. Buttons “pay” and “Apple Pay” at checkout don’t work for me. Had to order via website in the end.

annoying pop-up
so i’ve turned off notifications on the app as I do with most of my apps, and every single time I open Veli app it asks me up to 4-5 times (at least 2) to turn on notifications. so I have to tap “cancel” at least two times before I can start shopping, which is super annoying and angering. please fix it!! other than that, great service, delivery is always on time and customer service is friendly, however I’m rating an app, not a service, so two stars until you fix the pop-up. thank you very much.
Not a bad app, but can’t track my order
I have not yet met more convenient analogues in Georgia. But there are still many shortcomings in the application. Searching for products is not very convenient, there is no convenient sorting and not many products are presented. The biggest disadvantage for me is the lack of ability to properly track delivery. Delivery to my city is approximately 3 days. But I don't see the order status, the status is not updated. They just call one day and say that I need to go out and pick it up, it’s good that I was at home at that moment. Please add the ability to track the status of your order.

Fastest delivery i have ever seen i ordered my stuff yesterday the package was supposed to arrive today from 12-3 pm and they delivered at 12:22 everythibg was sealed perfectly loved it

Every delivery couriers cancel it because they "don't know the number of apartments", but everything is written in the order and profile!! 2 orders of 3 contained damaged items!!! You won't see my 5 stars as well as European Union!!!!!

Постоянно вылетает, во время поиска или добавления товаров в корзину - просто закрывается самостоятельно. Часто просто зависает. При нажатии кнопки «назад» вы возвращаетесь не в категорию, в которой были а в главную страницу каталога. Категории сделаны тоже не удобно, невозможно найти нужные товары, тк заходя в каждую категорию и возвращаясь назад - вы попадаете не назад, а на главную. Ещё постоянно сбрасывается логин и приложение просит войти. Хотя я не выходил из учетной записи

დიდიხანია ვიყენებ ველის ძალიან კმაყოფილი ვიყავი დღევანდელ დღემდე , ატვირთული იყო ფოტო ჩოგნის გადასაკრავის 3 ცალიანი შეფუთვა ხოლო მოვიდა 1 ცალიანი შეფუთვა რომ გავხსენი არდავაკვირდი და რომ მივწერე თურმე წერია რომ 1 ცალიანი შეფუთვააო და ეგ უნდა წაგეკითხათო . ფოტოზე კი 3 ცალიანი შეფუთვაა .

არასოდეს ვწერ შეფასებებს, მაგრამ აი, ისე შემაწუხა უკვე აპლიკაციის ყოველ გახსნაზე გაბაგვამ რომ here I am. ანუ ერთხელ თუ მოვნიშნე, რომ შეტყობინებები არ მომივიდეს, ყოველ ჯერზე რატომ უნდა დავადასტურო რომ ნამდვილად არ მსურს შეტყობინებების მიღება. თუ ოდესმე მომინდა, მარტივად შესაძლებელია სეთინგის შეცვლა, რა აუცილებელია ეს 2წთიანი რიტუალი????😑😑😑

როგორ ახერხებენ თქვენი კურიერები აბსოლუტურად სხვა მისამართზე მისვლას, აი როგორ ახერხებენ, მართლა მაინტერესებს, როცა მისამართი არის უზუსტესად მითითებული. აგენტთან დაკავშირებას ხო საერთოდ აზრი არ აქვს არასდროს. ყოველ წარუმატებელ შეკვეთაზე მარწმუნებთ რომ პინი არასწორად იყო დასმული. სტრატეგია გაქვთ ეგეთი როგორც ჩანს.
