Me gusta que todo está organizado por tipo de prendas y puedo ver cómo se ven estas con las modelos, se especifican medidas de las prendas para asegurarte que compres la que te va quedar. Lo que no me encanta es que las modelos son súper delgadas y altas, y sus senos son pues de muy pequeñísimo tamaño, nada que ver con la realidad del estándar en la mujer mexicana.

Love the clothes, but…
I love MD elavated looks, but trying to place an order online is way too hard!!! Got my cart loaded and filled in all information. When clicked continue kept getting a weird pop up message. had to go back and use Apple Pay. Fine, but then it kept telling me I had to enter a Tax ID number that I don’t have. I kept trying and finally after 40 minutes my payment went through! I almost gave up. Please fix these annoying problems. I’m sure you are losing sales!!!

Does not save items in the basket
Been trying to make a capsule adding items to my basket. got distracted, opened up the app later that day and the basket was cleared.

Useless app and the worst service
Every part of the app and website works except for the “initiate a return” and the “help” section. I go to select the return and then it gives me a blank page and I couldn’t make the return or contact them

Why aren’t the app options less cumbersome? Filters need colour, size, fabric, sleeve/neck design etc. Less of beautiful models, more of great clothes!

I love the clothes and come here and buy often (for me, it’s often) The app navigation is very frustrating. I’ve often felt it’s made me leave without purchase bc a back button will take you somewhere you don’t want to go +++ there are too many fashion and movement shots, so may times I just want clean, no movement ways to look at the clothes - from the start, and not have to wade thru lookbooks and fashion-y pictures. Oooof. It’s too much. Also - compliment first. I do love the clothes. However - why so many gigantic shirts - I mean huge huge shirting with way too much fabric or length. Maybe I don’t want to hide a big butt or thighs or whatever. Is this for women to hide things? That’s fine but also - Geesch it seems some years that’s all you are offering is - huge. I’m a high end goldsmith and your clothing style hits right for me. Very nice silk blouses or cardigans, great cut jeans and fantastic shoes. Casual but professional. Thank you for that. CM

Wishlist doesn’t sync between app and web properly?!
I only have one gripe with the shopping experience, but it’s very frustrating and makes me not want to shop with this brand at this point. The wishlist does not sync properly between app and web. This has happened to me multiple times and it’s a giant waste of time. I’m logged in with the same account with an existing wishlist on both app and web. When I add new items on web, they don’t show up in the app. So I just wasted all this time saving items I’m considering. Then I log back in on web, and start re-adding the items, and my whole original wishlist is completely wiped out with just the last added item available on both platforms. I had around 20+ items saved. What.is.happening.

This is the 3rd time I have tried to buy from this site over 6 months. In the past it hasn’t accepted my address details or payment. So I couldn’t buy a gift card or this item in the Black Friday sales. Now having to pay full price. It is very flakey and temperamental.

Whenever I tried to buy something I have always had issues with the payment. I never have this problem with any other company. Apple payment has always been quick and straightforward. With Massimo Dutti it’s always in issue. This will deter customers to buy your products as it’s time consuming and exhausting when the process isn’t smooth.
