Quiero hacer un pedido y me sale que el envío es gratuito tanto en tienda, como en un punto de recogida y envío a domicilio. Sin embargo, cuando doy a cualquiera de las tres opciones , si me cobran el envío.
Necesita mejoras
En general la app no funciona muy bien, pero creo que lo peor es que me diga que solo puedo guardar 100 artículos, no me deja guardar más, y solo tengo 12 en mis favoritos, obviamente tiene algún error, quizás guarda artículos que ya no existen. Aunque elimine la app igual aparece lo mismo. Lo otro que podría mejorar es que se puedan seleccionar los artículos en el carrito para la compra sin eliminarlos.

Calidad desconocida hasta ahora solo accesible a grandes marcas, no accesibles para todo el mundo… cuidado de cada detalle que vas descubriendo a medida que lo vas usando.. en plan.. ahivá! Un bolsillo! Ahivá! una cremallera, una abertura para respirar la piel, esto otro para regular la rtemperatura… y así hasta el punto, en mi caso, de mirar hacia abajo a ver si mev he salido de casa sin ponerme la falda… jajaja. Es todo tan cómodo que incluso para tus ‘peques’.. SABES que vas genial. Abrigados o refrescados, to bien. Por eso un pro max. Hay muchos que lo están haciendo genial, como lega entre otros que no he explorado aún.. ynlo haré, pero OYSHO os lleváis La Palma. Gracias porque yo diseño y estudio todo a 360grados… en alimentación, viajes salud economia etc.. y compro productos a veces solo porque está bien hecho. Y nada más. Gracias. El día de hoy me llegó una notificación diciendo que por mi cumpleaños tenía un 15% de descuento, le pulsé y me abrió la app, pero jamás pude encontrar de nuevo el código de promoción. En otras ocasiones igual me ha sucedido que es difícil encontrar o incluso no se puede, información acerca de las prendas.

Sometimes doesn’t load the page and change very quick, the product availability

First time using the app for a return and we don’t have a OYSHO store in Scotland so only option was to return online. Very fast and easy to follow. Ten out of ten.
Slow and misleading sale
When I removed the sixth item from my bag all the other items appeared as ‘out of stock’. When I added it back in the items were all magically available.

It would be nice to be able to get a personal QR code even if there are no shops in my country. We can still order online. I signed up but don’t have one.

Customer services are so bad and the phone line is been bad sort it out . Disappointed not received any emails for my returns i made and refund is taking ages when i bought something before xmas and had a defect on the item i bought for gifts madw such a fuse about the return and dont even asked for a change . Disgusting
