I can’t believe the bad reviews. This app is great!
I must be on a newer version than the 1 star reviewers are on because my app works flawlessly. It’s super simple and easy to use. I lost my credit card once and it was just a few steps to deactivate it and send me a new one! I was going to go through a whole complicated thing calling my card company and trying to figure something out but this app came in clutch. 5 stars well deserved 🫡
Absolute garbage
The worst experience I have ever had with a financial app. The login password reset routine is broken… getting rid of card that makes me use this
Nothing makes sense
No estatements or ability to download transactions. No added ability to the web site, better to use the web login in fact.
No payment info
App works well but does not show payment info.. It would be better if all transactions showed up!

Not sure why all the bad reviews. This app work great. No issues ever. See everything easily. Easy to set up notifications.
Don’t go with this company
This visa company is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is rude and ignorant, apps is a piece of garbage. They approved a transaction after I cancel the card, then waited 3-4 months before calling to me to tell me that owe money with interests. I ask them, why didn’t they email the statement so that I know that there is still a balance. They then told me that’s my fault for deleting the apps. What a bunches of clowns
Doesnt update
Paying off cards takes a long time. Due dates dont update, bare minimum app for important financial needs. Getting paid a good salary by a financial institution to make an app for what?
Fine but needs some work
I like how easy it is to keep track of my credit payments on here, but something needs to be done about how when you go to make a payment on your card it just loads for a minute until saying the request took too long to process and has timed out. Makes it kind of hard to pay off my card if the app used to pay it off doesn’t even work
Works fine for me
I read all the other reviews before downloading but honestly I haven’t had any issues with the app. It shows my balance in CAD, holds all my card details, shows my point balance. Downloaded easily, hasn’t bugged out 🤷♀️
Makes Everything Difficult
Terrible user experience. Won’t allow you to paste or use password managers. Doesn’t make anything user friendly. Super frustrating. Look for a more progressive app like Wealthsimple.
Could be better
It sometimes doesn’t allow me to go into the make payment it just loads a long time and then says it timed out even though i have decent internet

Forced password change
FORCED me to change my password when I didn’t want to! Screw you guys

Almost everything on the app won’t load when you try to use it, I’m stuck paying off my card with auto pay, you have to change your password once a month and it can’t be any of your past 15 passwords, I will be switching banks because of how much of a pain using this app is
No Balance For Additional Cards
People with additional cards can’t see the balance or the limit. Only their transactions. Ridiculous and useless to monitor spending.
doesn’t work
the app is terrible, i highly recommend getting a card that is not used by this app, it takes forever to pay, you don’t get statement till after so you don’t know exactly how much to pay and it is a pain to use, i will be getting a different card because of this.
bug report - iPhone 15 iOS 26.5.2 Apple Password App
Car wise Needs to double fill password during change password in settings. Does not play well with Apple Passwords App. Apple passwords does not include special characters and I have to type in and copy paste to Cardwise There is no “change password” feature in Apple passwords for CardWise I can not even send you a screenshot. Where is your bug reporting feature? Customer service needs a new SOP for verification - why are you telling me my address and not ASKING me for my address, name on the card should not be a verification step Where is the CEO get him on the phone right now. This is the reason I will be leaving Collabria. If you can not receive feedback from your users then you are a sinking ship.
Under performs!!
This app has become frustrating to use. Payments made from my bank account now take up to 5 business days to post to my credit card, a delay that only started recently and seemed closely tied to the push to use the app. On top of that, payments made through the CardWise app can take up to 3 business days to clear, despite the app suggesting they may post the same day—which has never happened in my experience. What makes this even more frustrating is that I make credit card payments from the very same bank account to a competing credit union, and those payments are often posted within hours. That makes these delays feel unnecessary and unacceptable. To make matters worse, CardWise doesn’t deduct the payment from the available balance until it clears, making it feel like writing a cheque in the 1990s instead of using a modern financial app. The combination of slow processing, inaccurate available balance, and inconsistent expectations makes it much harder to manage my finances. Until these issues are addressed, I can’t recommend this app.
Clunky
Remember User Name is Enabled yet my user name keeps disappearing and the process to recover your credentials is as painful as it can be. This card is closing before the first year happens.
