Easy to file a claim online, pretty straight forward as long as you have your necessary documents.
Uploading images of receipts
It has become a real headache to upload receipt photos. Idk if that is because of the Apple side or you but definitely an app update is required to fix this bug. It takes forever to upload images from mobile app, giving error on 9/10 trials.

Request for a photo does not always come up
This is my 5th submission today for a $13,000.00 hospital bill which keeps being rejected even though I have submitted all paperwork requested. You are consuming my time. At 79 years old I am not good with you electronic methods. Do I have to hire someone who can submit for me or just complain to OPA about lousy service. I have no trouble with dental bills or chiropractor.
Consistent but needs updating.
Having to submit a second provider for every submission is very tedious and uploading pictures 1 at a time is an issue. It’s also very slow to upload. (Comparing to my secondary insurance app) Otherwise the app is very consistent. Ive been using the app for my business since 2014.

Good but not great
Submission is easy but it would be nice to get a notification of payment or rejection. Also would be easier to be able to attach the receipt at the time of submission instead of later on when you find out claim rejected..
Great App
I love how the explanation of benefits is extremely clear. It is so easy to see what my usage and availability is per provider. The process of submitting a claim is very easy and I like it.
Clunky, buggy, horrible interface
Profile will forget your user name and password at random, will not recognize your company id, and will reject claims without cause. Will also reject documents at random.

Coordination of benefits, is time consuming, no direct billing- have to pay for benefits up front when used to direct bill. Takes long to get your funds back.

Not able to attached pdf from my File folder
I was NOT able to successfully attached the benefits files to my claim. I had to take screenshot of my pdfs and attached as photo

Need to fix the PDF upload for iPhone and iPad. I can use camera mode but when save pdf to my phone or iPad will just spin uploading. Has to use camera shot from screen or print paper. I should be able to upload pdf without issue. Computer works fine.

App hardly ever works. When you type forgot password, it won’t let you past the screen. There is hardly any support. Worst company ever.

I love the ease of using the app. I recently had a question regarding coverage and my email was replied to very promptly.
Crashes every time trying to upload photos
HORRIBLE APP. Should be embarrassed. Every time I try and upload photos the app crashes and my claim then disappears and I have to start over only for it to happen again. Have been asking for almost 2 months for this to be fixed. Lazy people here can’t seem to figure out what’s wrong.

I’ve lost count of how many times the app has short circuited and signed me out while I’m in the midst of submitting a lengthy claim. Did the same on the website. Beyond frustrating.
