My honest thoughts after this recent update
Good evening, please I tried to login my account after this new update but I couldn’t after I’ve updated the app already. I don’t know why it’s so but I logged in through my web browser and it worked so I don’t know if it’s a bug, but please I’ll love if it gets checked. Thank you

I will never Advises someone to deal with Ditto music , because they’re not professional, 3 month work, 3 good album 💿 1 EP and 1 single song, my friend told me about this Ditto music plateforme, he said that I can create an account and subcribe to pro or standard plan, they charge me for pro plan and I have evidence . I chosed to start with standards, I uploaded all my hard work to this plateforme, yesterday friday 31st 2026 around 10pm i was checking my email and I found out the charges of $39.99(pro plan) price . I request to get a refund, the e-mail never got deliver, a couple minuit when I checked the progression of my release, like by magic everything was down. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I don’t understand how royalties work, but why would 6-10K streams pay so less?
Takes forever
I was hopeful about the service, and uploading wasn’t an issue but the amount of time it takes to get paid is ridiculous. I’ve had my music up a half a year and still the money is sitting in pending and it says you get paid 2-4 months but it’s been 6 months and it’s not displaying what I really should’ve earned. The amount is way off. I’d love to give it 3 stars but sadly 2 because the service isn’t as great as it’s displayed.
Latest Ditto App Update (August 1) Appears to Be Faulty
After updating the Ditto Music app today (August 1), I immediately encountered several issues that appear to be related to the latest app update. Here are the problems I experienced: * The app logged me out immediately after updating. * When I tried to sign in using Google, selecting the exact Gmail address associated with my Ditto account, the app opened what appears to be a completely new, blank account with no releases, profile picture, streaming data, or account history. * When I tried signing in using my email address and password, the app repeatedly reported that my login details were incorrect, even though I am entering the correct credentials. * I then used the Forgot Password option multiple times, but after more than an hour I have not received any password reset email. * To verify that my account still exists, I opened Ditto in my Chrome browser, where I am still logged into my original account with all of my releases and data intact. Because my account is accessible through the browser but not through the updated mobile app, I believe the issue is with the latest version of the Ditto app rather than with my account. Could you please investigate this issue and advise on a fix? It may also be affecting other users who updated to the latest version. Thank you.

Updated the app now my songs, analytics and everything are gone. It’s charging me for a whole new plan now even though when I log in online I have an active plan and all of my music is there.

Honestly they the best when it comes to being affordable and releasing your music only downfall is the 10 day wait before your song releases cause you not sure till the 10th day to know if your song drops. But they the best🫶🏽

Como mencioné para mi es la mejor distribuidora, sin embargo tengo un problema con la asistencia a la hora de cobrar mis regalías Paypal no funciona (antes si y de un momento a otro ya no) Al actualizar mi cuenta con transferencia bancaria la página marca *error* La comisión es de 3 - 9 libras esterlinas a través de vía bancaria directa (carísimo) Payoneer fue bloqueado y no me permiten agregar otra cuenta Ya llevo más de 1 semana pidiendo ayuda y no me dan solución, solo cosas repetitivas que no funcionan. Fuera de, todo lo demás Perfecto

Bunch of incompetents
Accusing people of artificially streaming is something that I think would offend anyone. They have the nerve to do it because they don’t want to see anyone succeed. They don’t tell you who these culprits are who are claiming this then they want to threaten you. At this point you don’t have to suspend because I quit and will another platform to promote my music

Hello! The Ditto Music app is a wonderful app, but I do have some recommendations. First and foremost, I would like to have the ability to publish my music from the app. It would save a lot of time, and it would be very quick and easy. Overall, I love the app! Continue to improve!
Nothing is easy
There is a roadblock around every corner with this app. Identity can’t be verified, jpeg size for album art too small. Make it user friendly.

you guys need to stop forcing releases into having the “sentence structure” you guys are forcing on us it’s extremely annoying and ruins the vibe of the release if i want it to be all caps or all lowercase titles. when you copyright things you need to tell the person what it is that got copyrighted so we can change the exact thing because if we just assume and then change the wrong thing and then get our release copyrighted again it messes up everything. also your customer service is so horrible there’s absolutely no reason to be responding 2 days after i sent a chat. please listen!

Bait and Switch
I subscribed to Ditto Music because it was advertised as offering unlimited releases professional distribution and a clear processing window. My experience has not matched what was advertised. Before releasing a single song I scheduled four upcoming releases. All of them were original and professionally produced. Even with only four scheduled releases I received a warning telling me that I was uploading too much and that my account could face issues if I continued. This does not make sense on a plan that is marketed as unlimited. When I asked for clarity the explanations did not line up with the way the service is promoted. The platform advertises a seven to sixteen day processing window but support recommends uploading three to four weeks in advance. They also say uploads are unlimited but uploading too many can trigger restrictions. These two things do not match. What concerns me most is that the only consistent solution they offer is to pay for Priority Distro. The same upload volume that triggers warnings on the standard plan becomes acceptable if you pay extra. That creates the impression that the platform is structured to push users toward paid add ons rather than delivering the service that is advertised. I did not violate any guidelines. I did not upload spam or low quality audio. I simply scheduled four releases and that alone was treated as a problem. In my experience the service does not operate the way it is marketed. The unlimited releases claim feels misleading and the operational limitations are not disclosed upfront. Artists deserve transparency so they can choose a distributor that actually supports their workflow without hidden restrictions or pressure to upgrade.
Logging in
If I don’t use this app for a while, week or so, I have to sign in again, no other app is like that, so it feels more like a website rather than app, I mentioned this to support but never got a reply and issue remains after a year even with the updates

Mobile app does not reflect what I see on tablet
So I have the app actually functioning correctly on my Ipad pro, like the stream numbers data and graph are working, but the mobile app is not showing these at all. I don't see the “Weekly Highlights” either on mobile. These need to get fixed.

I’ve been using it since January, I like what app has to offer! It helps me check my streams, support tickets (if any) and many more on the go. I typically use the website on my pc when I’m home but when I’m not it’s useful. 👍 The DITTO Team has always been extra helpful when I needed their help as well.
