United Masters Needs to fix its streaming data issues
I’m extremely disappointed with UnitedMasters. My streaming numbers have not updated in 12 days — almost two weeks. I have submitted several support tickets, and nothing is being done to resolve the issue. The issue with my numbers has been addressed, but my streaming data is still not updating, and I have yet to receive a proper explanation or resolution. I’ve been patient and have repeatedly contacted support, but I should not have to keep submitting tickets just to get someone to investigate a serious issue involving my music and streaming data. UnitedMasters needs to fix this immediately and make sure all of my streams are properly accounted for. If this continues to be ignored, I will consider taking the matter further, including making my experience public on social media and exploring my legal options. Artists deserve accurate data, transparency, and responsive customer support.

Easy to upload music but difficult to manage the songs once uploaded some uploads don't go onto social media Facebook/Instagram reels etc which defeats the purpose because that’s where you do marketing etc…

Perfect for independent artists
Such a good music distribution app for independent artists and the payouts are good too. Its not extremely expensive like distrokid and other I highly recommend if you are and independent artist like me. Its easy to use even has guides if you get stuck and the support is absolutely amazing just send an email with your question and they respond rather quick and always help you fix any issues.
DONT COUNT YOUR STREAMS
They took away my streams and no one has been able to tell me why. This is another app that doesn’t provide human support. Just all robot interactions and they have programmed answers to say the same thing no matter what you ask. Worst customer service. Steals ya streams so you make less money. Just completely trash. Wouldn’t recommend for new artist.

A well-organised platform that, in my opinion, outdoes Distrokid in ways you have to experience to understand. Hats off to United Masters
UnitedMasters needs to respond to their artists quicker, theres plenty of other distributors.
The way they release the music and the artist them selves have to go through all the trouble to link accounts get it on there main, honestly it’s fine if they didn’t take 2 - 3 business days to respond. What this app doesnt do the next one will. Theres money to be made and they’re kinda iffy. I also just started using it, they don’t even prioritize its users.

Dolby Glitch
Recently today , I was purchasing Dolby Mastering for a release and was charged 59.99 USD instead of 6.99USD When I phone apple customer support they say 6.99 is recorded. On my bank account it says “united masters” Not “Apple” Which is a major system error or someone really charged me 59.99 for a Dolby Master smh Can’t even get support or customer service from any party involved

Paid for a full year of DEBUT+ and my music was taken down and app issues no help
I’ve been trying to figure out this issue for the past two months. I decided to switch to United Masters for the release of my album. I’m still trying to contact support and I provided evidence of my receipts. They still haven’t even sent me an email or try to fix my issue and I’m still trying to cooperate. They haven’t given me my money back and I need a distributor. I haven’t been able to put music out so this is a bigger issue.
Good app, but bugs
I love the app, and it’s a really cool idea, however I couldn’t quite give it 5 stars because I keep getting kicked out of the app saying 401 error: unauthorized and I have to delete and reinstall the app to actually sign in again. Please fix and I’ll give 5 stars
Unclear
Says my album art has hate speech, extreme violence, or minors participating in illegal activities… my album art absolutely has none of this. Nevertheless, the app insists it does and refuses to let it release. Despite repeated explanations, it keeps giving me the same stupid excuse. I’ve had to push the release date back multiple times due to this apps mistake. It says to verify my age, I should create a trolley account. But then proceeds to give me no instructions on how to do so… no worries I’ll just check YouTube or google… there’s nothing on either. Finally find the trolley website… doesn’t even send a verification email to let me sign in. I just want to release my music with my album art, that’s all that matters to me. Why does it insist on creating problems where there are none.
Good app, having payment issues
Ive been using this app for 2-3 years now and Ive never had an issue. Yesterday, I paid for the SELECT plan and I havent recieved it even though I have the SELECT plan in my Apple ID subscriptions. My money has been taken with no service provided and its not like its a small amount (£29.99). If your looking an artist looking for somewhere to start out and release music, UnitedMasters is the way to go but I cant speak on behalf of SELECT members until I recieve the service.

Unfair/ Treated horribly
I was a UnitedMasters user for approximately 7 years and recently upgraded to a yearly UnitedMasters Select subscription because I planned to continue releasing my music through their platform. Shortly after upgrading, my account was permanently terminated due to alleged “abnormal streaming activity.” I repeatedly asked what specific activity was identified, where it supposedly came from, and what evidence was used to reach this decision. Unfortunately, I never received clear answers—only repeated statements that the decision was final and references to the Terms of Use. What disappointed me the most was the lack of transparency. If there was truly an issue, I wanted to understand it so I could prevent it from ever happening again. Instead, I felt like my questions were never actually addressed. To make matters worse, I paid for a yearly Select subscription that I can no longer use. Apple denied my refund request, and UnitedMasters also refused to issue a refund, even though my account was terminated shortly after I upgraded. Paying for a service that became unavailable almost immediately has been extremely frustrating. I respected UnitedMasters for many years, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I hope they improve communication, transparency, and the way they handle long-time independent artists in situations like mine.
Its cool but dont use it
Dont get me wrong getting my music on Spotify was amazing I felt so cool until i noticed theyve robbed half of my money and i gotta pay them to get MY MONEY (which they wouldn't have without me) back . Just pay the $20 for distrokid and have an easy life kids

Music release unhappy
I downloaded my music. I could receive the date when my music will be released the day right before. Issue some type of a fraud I emailed them. They said somebody’s gonna call me back shortly and nobody. I thought I needed to upgrade in which I did, but that did not help me. I feel it was a waste of time.
