Very Satisfied
I have put the device on my teenage son’s car and get alerts if he drives away from his usual route of school, library, taekwondo studio and my mother’s home from the app on my phone. I joined the places on his regular route on a map and I did not even care to make a circle. Yet the app alerts me when my son leaves the zone or enters it. I can see his speeding zones. All of it just with an annual subscription fee.

Immediately upon logging in the app crashes then wont re open
Great, but I got locked out
This app, it’s great. Haven’t had a problem with it, works great Only issue is that I recently had to delete the app, due to space on my phone, but when I reinstalled the app, it doesn’t recognize my credentials. Help
Could be better
It’s great when it works. I have only been able to use it half the time I have had it because the app has so much trouble not working. I’ve had it for 4 months and honestly the app has worked half the time. When they get the app together it would be worth it. And is almost impossible to reach customer service when the app is like this.
Very unreliable
The app is non-functional again this year. Last time in April it was down for a couple of weeks. Was able to fix it by deleting it and reloading it.

The app is easy to use and I appreciate how it keeps track of where I’ve been

Zones not working
Zone notification entry and exit did not return after the hack. They worked for one day then stopped. Tech support said unplug the unit then plug it back in. That didn’t work. This is beyond frustrating and clearly an issue on Vyncs end that has not been fixed
Slow app
The app keeps locking up. It’s not logging trips or speed or curfew notifications.

Some how I was logged out and now can’t log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app, nothing. I’ve called numerous times and a recording answers then just hangs up after making selection. I’ve tried online tech support and of course, error! I’m stuck with a system you can’t use.

No support
I have been having trouble with the device. It constantly shows buffering and the page and trips don’t open. Only buffering. I’ve turned my phone or tablet off, uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that doesn’t work. I only purchased this device less than 30 days ago. When I purchased from you previously I didn’t have a problem. I can’t find a phone number for real world tech support. Please assist. Sincerely, Sherard C.

Stopped working after 4 Mo
My app has been completely bugged for the last 3 weeks straight. What’s the point of paying for fleet services when I have no idea where my fleet is?

Good overall, but seems to be offline frequently, mostly between 10:00pm and 2:00am.
Vyncs 2.0 is very slow
D/L the Vyncs 2.00. Two into it, and I didn’t like because it is very slow to give out information like location, etc.
App has not worked for 4 weeks!
The app has not worked for 4 weeks. There has not been any communication from the company or details on how we will be compensated for this outage. Very disappointing!

Maybe it’s the new version, but I’ve noticed that it gets stuck on the same place on the map. I have to either log out and log back in again or turn my phone off or something, but doesn’t seem to be real time locating anymore.
Failed during a very important time
This app failed for several days. Unfortunately it was a very critical time for my family and you need to was during a trip. We received no explanation as to the failure. I was very disappointed.
Difficult installation process and cumbersome app
