Great application
Great application, dont understand, work perfectly. In Canada

This device won’t work in the city and mountain areas. We found that the Apple iPhone “Find My”app was more effective than this device. My daughter went to Madagascar several times over the past year and a half and we have been very disappointed with the performance. She is currently in a remote area and her iPhone provides an accurate location down to the building that she is in. The Tracki device is still not connected after three days offline. You’re better off buying an iPhone and using the “Find My”app. We contacted Customer Support the first time round and they were unable to assist. They confirmed that it won’t work in city areas. I wouldn’t recommend buying the device and paying the subscription. It’s not worth the money.

I don’t understand the negative ratings on this app/tracker is the most accurate, cost effective and reliable tracker out there! I own 2. One for my car and the other for my bike I would buy another for my drone if I could combine more than 1 tracker on one account is the only thing I would change. I would still rate it 5 stars !!! My sister and I also share the account so when I go on vacation solo she knows my location at all times and there’s even a panic/sos button on it if ever I’m in danger. I truly think those who didn’t give 5 stars didn’t install it properly.

Am Anfang hat es gut funktioniert, jetzt wo ich den Tracker wieder benötige kann ich ihn nicht mehr mit meinem Konto verknüpfen. Der Support war zwar stehts bemüht konnte allerdings das Problem auch nicht beheben.

I’m amazed how great Tracki is. There are lots of helpful settings that you can adjust to get the best out of Tracki. I once had a problem with the device, got in contact with customer service and didn’t have to wait in a line for someone to answer me. They put in so much work and time to help me and they solved my problem. The app hasn’t crashed a single time on my phone (I’m using an iPhone 13 pro). The magnet is so strong. The battery is descent but you can order a longer-lasting one too! Just perfect!
Location is often inaccurate
Happened a few times- just bought in August 2024, it is now November. When you go ti ‘report a problem’, fill out the issue, disallow as he submit tab doesn’t work. Showing a weird location where vehicle was not there at all. Monthly subscription is $20USD, far too expensive for something unreliable. I am considering a refund, money back on monthly fees. Not happy at all.
Helped me to bring my dad home!
I purchased Tracki to put on my dads keys. He has the onset of dementia, it has helped me track him down a few times! Tracki has given my family so much peace of mind! I highly recommend Tracki!!
Disappointing Experience with GPS Trackie and Poor Customer Service
I purchased a GPS Trackie with a two-year subscription last year. However, I soon discovered it wasn't suitable for me due to inaccurate time and location tracking, and unclear instructions. After four months, I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription and request a refund of $336CAD. They promptly replied, confirming cancellation and refund to my original payment method. Unfortunately, I never received the refund. Despite multiple follow-up emails, customer service continued to apologize and promise refunds without action. Six months later, they claimed PayPal restrictions prevented the refund. I'm frustrated and disappointed by GPS Trackie's dishonest customer service. They wasted my time, failing to provide a valid reason for the refund delay. It seems they intentionally delayed until the six-month mark to use PayPal restrictions as an excuse. I'm sharing my experience to warn others about this company's deceitful practices and subpar customer service. I cant buy a month service on iOS app because it crashes every time I try. I can’t buy service on your website because I login, pick the plan then it goes to “Something went wrong” page. What is the deal? Why is everything so shoddy? This company could be making millions of more dollars in revenue but I see second-rate web design/hosting and even worse app development. There could be a few more products you could offer but - big surprise - not offered. Again - I CAN NOT BUY A MONTH’S WORTH OF SERVICE because NOTHING works. App crashes. Website goes to error page. Thanks for $50 paperweight. When I go to send an email to Tracki, can ya guess? It DOES NOT SUBMIT! I’m trying to give my money to this company and they have found every way to deny it. Absolute dreck.
