There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I have been actively renting for two weeks. I created a support ticket in-app dating back to a few days before my first rental. I have created two more tickets and sent four emails to support. I have received NO response after 15 days and 7 messages. Seems like I'm not the only one...

Took my money and got silent
At first they said they confirmed my booking. Right after 30 min, they cancelled my trip!! Not from host but from themselves. And they took my money, didnt share any information why i got cancelled! Tried to call them multiple times and mailed them too, they dont answer to any of these. Dont waste ur money and time here

Poor Host support
Signed up as a host on Upcar and the experience has been extremely frustrating so far. The app calendar dates do not work properly, making availability management difficult. I was also unable to create message templates, and despite sending several messages to support, I never received a response. On top of that, booked trips were cancelled without any explanation or information provided. Payments are extremely delayed — hosts may wait almost a month after the trip ends to receive funds. I also submitted a toll invoice after a month and a half, and it was refunded/rejected without any reason or communication. Overall, poor support, unreliable systems, and lack of transparency make this platform very difficult to recommend for hosts.

I literally am having my information stolen from this company I tried to book a car not realizing my card was locked then I fell asleep woke up and realized the transaction failed I reached out and they said I wasn’t approved to drive for some reason never gave me a reason now I’m seeing they are trying to run the charges to my credit these guys are con artist beware
