What people like
- Feels fairer than other music show apps
- Ads do not interrupt the viewing experience
- Easy to watch favorite idols on phone
What they complain about
- Updates too often and breaks access
- App is laggy and slow to load
- Video quality stays blurry even with paid membership
- Ads are stuck or require jumping to websites
Medit
tiap buka app perasaan minta update terus
Sad 😞
Great to know no videos are available in my country……. don’t recommend this app
.
还好
its alright but not good
im having a lovehate relationship with it. it doesnt let me make an account, doesnt let me do really anything properly and isnt very good
age restrictions
When I downloaded this app it was great for voting and had my age in the range but now the age rating has changed and the app isn’t letting me vote. If it is possible to change the age rating for younger fans to vote (teens) that would be appreciated. Overall great app when I had the eligibility to use it.
top
kasi bintang 5 karna ada CORTISNYA
Bad
For such a big company, I don’t understand how the app can be this bad. I’m guessing they’re just working on the monetization the app can do and not how it actually works for users. So many bugs. For some reason, the videos don’t even have controls anymore. There’s an ad that never loads and just gets tuck and never plays.
아이패다

Add Suga to March Birthday Vote
SUGA of BTS is the ONLY member who was removed from the birthday vote for their respective month, and this will not be tolerated. MNET has refused to answer the thousands of demands and inquiries from fans, and is ignoring our requests to include him into the 2026 March Birthday Vote, despite him being present in this voting category for every other year and winning in 2025. Add SUGA back into the vote immediately.
…
I don’t like that when you don’t go on the app for a while it logs you out of your account. While I was logged out my points expired as well which I didn’t know was a thing. I don’t understand why they would expire and why users can’t keep their points. It’s very irritating.
하..
오늘 처음 깔아봤는데 왜자꾸 화면이 지 멋대로에요? 누워있으면 자꾸 화면 돌아가고 앉아서 봐도 돌아가고 서서보라는거에요?
It was great for me!
So I got this app today because I wanted to see all the kpop idols because we usually watch it on TV but we usually don’t anymore, so, I got this app on my phone, and as I opened the app it was pretty good in my opinion! They really don’t have long ads and we could watch our favorite idols on our phone how great! For me there were no glitches and like nothing wrong! But! It is all my opinion in here so if you disagree, then sorry🫶🏻

Not Global Friendly
Trying to participate in voting for a “global” survival show for Produce101Japan. Voting is only available outside of Japan through this app.. yet the app is terrible to use. Everything is in Japanese and Translation / Caption button isn’t turning on. Its quite buggy. This is creating unfair voting disadvantage for votes outside of Japan.

So hard to use
Not only are they a hard app to use, constantly glitching and giving problems. They're biased towards Suga of BTS, for a small non incident. However the weird thing is they keep PDF's and Abusers on the app no problem. Do better
