CRASHES WHEN ITS IMPORTANT
I collected beats to vote for my favorite artist just for the app to crash and close voting. THEY NEED TO FIX THEIR NETWORK SO WE CAN VOTE! there were still 15 minutes left and the app was shutdown.
Frozen ads
I keep getting an ad that freezes and says it’s loading but I can’t exit out of once award is given

What is going on right now with this app?? Update: Problem fixed!
Update: the app developers fixed the ad washing issue and after completing the update they pushed out, the app is back to playing ads and giving beats just like it’s supposed to be. Thank you for your rapid response and getting the problem solved very quickly. It’s back to being the 5 star app that I love! Original review This app was absolutely fantastic until today. I watch ads every day to get heart beats for future voting but all morning I’ve been getting either “Ad stopped, beats not acquired” or “an unknown error has occurred” messages after watching some apps. I know it it’s happened a good 15 times now all after completely watching the ad. I have no problem with watching ads for beats but watching ad after ad only to get a “ad stopped, no beats acquired” or “unknown error occurred” after spending my time doing this, that’s a problem that needs to be fixed. I have never had this issue before. I’ve tried reinstalling and restarting the app multiple times. Please fix this issue.
crashing
the app crashing before the end of voting bffr
One of the best K-pop apps ever but…
I love this app so much but it needs to be a little bit better like maybe add some interviews with the idols and no need to keep BTS on there anymore because they disbanded so… well that’s about all I wanted to inform y’all about.Thank you so much!Have a great day!🫰🏻🫶🏻✌🏻👍🏻🫰🏻
Kpop
vote monsta x !!
Not even worth watching ads anymore
I like to vote for my faves and I don’t mind watching a few ads to do so. But now there’s a one-minute wait between every ad??? What even is the point? You can only watch 15 ads a day to begin with. I have zero patience for an app that just wants to waste my time.
Great, except…
The app would benefit from a way to search individual songs.
MOMFATT
i think this app is nice but your mom
How to waste your time in money just to vote 101
I just wanted to vote but it turns out you have to pay money watch ads, take a hard kpop quiz, or go on sketchy websites JUST TO VOTE what a scam of a voting app 10/10 don't recommend
Expiring beats
I like a lot of things about this app, but there’s one thing that I think could use improvement. I think the app should have an option to see how many beats will expire in all months. The “heart beats expiring this month” should have an option where we can see, if we have any beats that expire on perhaps may, April, June, or sept and etc. I hope you guys can change this…it will make things so much easier for us kpoppies.

Update muluuu kocak
This app is great
This app is great but it would be nice if you could save the videos to your device . I make kpop edits and when I screen record the quality isn’t as good. So it would be really nice if you added a save to device option
Cannot reset devices
With the latest app update, resetting devices for your account no longer works. The app just hangs, only solution is to quit and upon reopening, the devices have not been reset.
It’s more of a 4 and 1/2 star but like ok
I like the app just they won’t let me watch the music videos just the stage performances but I’m fine with that so other than that I like it
Easy to use
Love how its functions are easy to navigate..
Kwikset ad not working
There is an Kwikset ad and everytime it appears, I am unable to exit out as their is no X icon and I click on the ad too and wait but it doesn’t go away and I am unable to obtain heartbeats.
easy to use
it's a very easy and useable
생방투표하려는데 앱이 자꾸 튕겨서 투표를 못해요;;;;
.
i think it could use some adjustments… like for the free hearts you could give us ATLEAST 3 tries because a lot of the questions are hard especially for kpop fans who knows only a few groups. Personally, I do think its a bit unfair to see a group I don’t recognize at all and just guess without second guessing it since the timer goes by quick. Besides that, the app itself does function well and quick.
it’s good! :)
The app’s easy to use, especially for votings!
DELETES ELIGIBLE NOMINEES
purposefully deletes eligible nominees for music bank voting so you spend money and time on heartbeats…be aware kpop fans!!!!!!!
Voting
This is a great app for voting however there’s inconsistency for the voting amounts per account
Wynny
Love this app and specially the quizzes makes me want to learn more and more about all of the kpop groups
Money-grabbing app
Please be advised this is a waste of time and money. Even if a group wins the pre-vote, it doesn’t guarantee live-vote nominations, so you could spend hours watching ads and buying beats but have nothing to show for it. I won’t be using this app ever again, no matter how many times my faves are nominated. What a joke.
App good
Good
can’t see anything
When doing the daily quiz I can’t see the whole question which makes me fail please fix that😭😭😭
its great!
ive been using this app for quite a while now, and besides the fact that we actually need to watch ads or do other things to get the ‘heart beats’, i love it!
Not allowing me to scroll to past quizzes
This was never an issue in the past, but it is an issue now. Mubeat it’s not allowing me to scroll to past quizzes that I’ve missed. What is the problem here? I don’t know if it’s a new bug or a new update, but it needs to get fixed immediately. I re-downloaded it and closed the app many times, it’s not a problem on my end it’s yours
Love you Mubeat!
This is the best voting app.
loading issue
Mubeat is good for its purpose overall but I’ve been having a problem with the loading. When I open the app it stays on the purple loading screen with their logo. I’ve waited up to 10 minutes waiting for it to open, It’s definitely not a wifi problem or my phone because I’ve even tried rebooting and it hasn’t worked.
Functional and Easy to use
Rarely crashes, Easy to gather, Reasonable time limit on votes
0 Stars TBH
This app is supposed to allow fans to vote for their Favs and to have an impact on music shows. Instead, it wastes peoples' time as the nominees are pre-selected but fans have to watch ads so this app and company can sell revenue. It's dishonest and they need to change their ways or at least tell fans their votes and hours watching don't amount to anything.
Good app
Good app for voting for and watched videos of my favorite K-pop stars.
stop with the ads
bro i swear i get an ad every 10 seconds and it’s so annoying
