App problem
Ever since I purchased the Star jelly 100 in this app at the time when the app was working normally like it should this app started to crash/kicking me out when I tried to clicked into the app. I have just downloaded this app recently, I'm a new user of this app hoping to use the app to support my idol like everyone else but the app won't even stay open when I click on it. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and for some reason the app stayed open once I clicked on it but that was because I wasn't even logged in to my Kakao account since I had just reinstalled the app and it still happened again. The app kicked me out as if I pressed the home button. I have also tried signing into a new different sign-in account but the app still behaves the same way. I'm frustrated just trying to get this app to work and need effective help with this problem.

recently, you updated your app and ever since it’s been automatically turning off the music i’m playing. i’m not sure if you made it do that or not but if you did i would appreciate it if you made it not turn off my music.
[STAR PLANET App Review] App Review Event to Celebrate 5 Million Members
Topic: [STAR PLANET App Review] App Review Event to Celebrate 5 Million Members. Review: I am writing this review to participate in the “[STAR PLANET App Review] App Review Event to Celebrate 5 Million Members”. I enjoy using this app. The app is user-friendly and visually appealing. I use this app to watch Music Programs and vote for my favorite K-pop groups. I would recommend this app to anyone who is interested in K-pop.
Stole my money
I purchased $75 worth of Star Jelly to vote. I should’ve been given 9,625 Star Jelly but I received nothing. I contacted customer support and they claimed they couldn’t see the purchase on their end so I would have to contact the Apple to get my refund. Apple claims that my request isn’t “eligible” for a refund. So I got nothing even though I can prove that I was charged. This app is trash.

Why can’t I open it?
I’ve been using it for about less than a month and I’m experiencing this when it’s comeback season.
Mission issues
Hello. I downloaded the app just over a week ago. I have been able to accessTapjoy missions, but not Buzvill missions. They do not display. Please help. Thank you.
Starpass!
Starpass is probably the best voting app out there! It makes it fun and easy to vote for my favorite artists! The layout is great and easy to understand! Thank you to the developers!
ads
the ads don’t work…
Very easy to use 👍
The homepage is nicely designed and easy to find the thing I want.

watching ads won’t give hearts
i watched 4-5 ads and the hearts didn’t increase at all!
Proud to be 1 of 5 Million subscribers
I really love this app so much it has kept me so entertained and immersed in everything that is relevant with my favorite stars. This is why I’m so happy to be one of 5 million subscribers.
Disappointment
The ads doesn't work. Everytime I log in to the app, they send me like this "Preparing Advertisement : preparation may take some time depending on AD channel.
Let’s fans vote for bias on The Show
But no more earning daily hj from posting pictures and video…please bring it back
STARPASS
The app interface is user friendly enough. Unfortunately it’s difficult to eat jellies to vote. The missions that allow for many jellies are usually offers that have a free trial or something if the sort or they take a really long time to complete. I’ve also had difficulty with having ads to earn jellies. I hope more opportunities can be made available to earn jellies.
Good
It’s good to support kpop idol
Best App.
Great App for Intl. fans for voting purpose. Kudos to the Developers.
Global fans
Thanks for being an app for global fans so we can contribute to pre and live vote on SBS The Show!
Starpass Review
I used the app to support Highlight during their promotion in May and will be using again for Yang YoSeop’s solo comeback this month. However, I realized that the options to watch ads abd make posts are not there anymore. I really hope that those options will be back. Thank you.
The registration was difficult, the app worked fine for a few weeks ands then it stopped
Cant open to post anything, just shows the my star profile.
Hard to get star or heart jelly
It't quite harf to get the star/heart jelly. Besides, the app sometimes auto log out, too
Star Planet is the best
I like Star Planet because I get to interact with other fans and vote for my favorite artists and also support non profit organizations.
Mission Ads
Why do Android users have mission ads? Why do IOS users have to pay to earn heart jellies? Are you serious?
Very good kpop app
The app is very practical and allows you to easily get votes for missions, but I would like them to put the option to see ads to get votes again, it also allows me to support my favorite kpop groups, I love it.
no ads
lol I'm having a problem on this app, I can't watch ads to collect some jellies. it always says no ads to offer etc

Very good app to use to vote for my favorite idol! Thank you Star Planet ^^
Does not give you the jellies promised!!
I spent $19 on one of their missions, waited an hour, and did not get ANY jellies. And what’s worse, I can’t contact customer support because all my missions disappeared from the “reward status tab” after deleting the app in a fit of rage (keeping in mind, however, that I logged back into the same account). I had the same issue of not being compensated for the free missions as well. Just overall janky quality and borderline a scam.
STARPASS REVIEW
Nice app as we can participate in live voting/early voting. But one thing is ads are barely working and heart jelly are difficult to get. One time... I even plan to buy from shop... but shop pop up with nothing to offer. please fix it. Thsnks alot.
Cannot access ads.
There is no other way for me to refill jellies other than posting photos/ uploading videos. Every time I try to access Bzzvill ads/missions, there are no available to try. I tried to uninstall and install the app, still cannot access.
Ncl về như cũ đi
should go back to the way it was 🙏
Convenient voting app for intl fans
Thank you for giving us international fans the chance to participate in voting for our idols on The Show.
Its pay only now
I cant understand why you keep removing the ways to earn jellies. The lie you told about ads when you got rid of them was embarrassing, other apps are not having a problem delivering ads. Now there are no posts anymore so no jellies to earn there either. I will delete this app now because I'm not going to pay for voting tickets, especially because this update news made me realize how you manipulated votes to take a win from the group dreamcatcher, and it seems you are doing it again.. so I won't pay a company for votes who can't be trusted to not cheat and rig the system like this without shame..Its very sad you ruined it like this.. goodbye Starpass 👋
Fun and cute
Pretty good app. Rarely have any problems.
I can’t watch ads for heart jelly
The app was fine at first but in the last few days I cannot watch ads for heart jelly after several time trying.
Needs improvement
Among all the voting apps, this is the worst in terms of collecting. I’ve been waiting the whole day for a mission but couldn’t get even one. Please bring back the old way of collecting jellies like ads and posting photos and url. On the positive side, this app seems to be the fairest among all voting apps which deters mass voting of big fandoms.
Attractive layout and easy to use
This app has a clear and attractive layout which is easy to use. It allows you to login thru varies platforms which is very convenient. You also have different ways to earn hearts. Nice app!
This app doesn’t like poor people
There is always an update to make it harder for people who can’t afford to buy jellies. They literally just removed all the free options, why do y’all hate us poor people?
Does what it’s supposed to
There are some issues, of course, but the app is useable and the voting UI is understandable. Wish they’d bring back the watch ads though.
Password problem
I’ve logging to this app after a long time but i forgot my pictures passwords and there’s no way to reset my password but only trying to guess the pictures over and over. That’s really annoy me
Need more improvement
As voters, we would like the ads and posting pictures function back so we can able to collect jellies easy, thank you! It’s so hard for us to collect jellies if this situation keeps happening 😔
Congrats on 5 MILLION MEMBERS!!
User ID: 5123227137 I love this app it’s very easy to use im so happy 5 million people decided to use it🎉💙
JUSTICE FOR DREAMCATCHER
Every single time Dreamcatcher comes back Starpass either closes for “maintenance” changes their voting system or suspends my content function for NO REASON. Furthermore The Shoe stole Dreamcatcher’s first win during Deja Vu era.
great app
i love that we can post content to gain more jellies it’s way better than sitting though ads
Nothing but unprofessional
I don’t know why they put his name on the chart and deleted him after he reached 1.7M votes, don’t the staff read the news? The explanation is unsatisfying and poorly made. The app still has many dysfunctional features...feel like a scam...
