Did not change
After this recent update, these few times, nothing much has changed. Still crashing
black screen and crashing
i deleted and reinstalled, but still the screen stays black for a bit and it sends me back to homescreen.
Edit works now
I finally got hold of customer support and was able to fix my account issue. It works now finally.
fine but
1. SLOW i need to spend much time to open it. 2. SUBSCRIPTION actually i want to ask how can i open the automatic renewal. i always forget to renewal 3. ARTISTS they are very nice, so i give one more star.
❤️🔥
Such a great app. And the management team is very helpful and considerate.
Works until it doesn’t
Was working fine and now I can’t see any of my new messages. They pop up in notification bar but when I click on them no new messages appear
I need help with translation
Is there a way to make it so when you set the chat to be translated, it automatically translates every message instead of manually clicking each message to translate? It’s a hassle.
So cute!
I love having the opportunity to be able to communicate with my favorite idols!!
App stopped working
My app completely stopped working after this update. Please tell me how to fix it. I tried deleting and redownloading. I want to be able to use the app
Send photo ?
Can we send photo or no ? It looks like you can but there’s no option for you to actually send.
The loading time is tooooooooo long when I want to click in the app! Sometimes it would stay at the first page or black page, and then into 못해… This really makes me 짜증나🥲 제발 꼭 fix it!🙏 감사합니다~ 화이팅~ 응원 하겠습니다~
A bit laggy
Still new to the app, but so far so good.
i should be able to say celebrate without it getting flagged for the word bra
dumb
Lacking basic features
Competitor apps like Bubble do it better. Where’s the auto-translate? Live streams, message saving, backgrounds, stickers, etc. Fromm has less features but they charge more money, doesn’t make sense as a consumer.
Love!
This app lets me communicate with my favorite person in a way I couldn’t do otherwise. So thankful!
Fromm
Good but
The app is good and all and of course it has options for what country you are in.. It doesn’t have the option to click America. There is no America option,so then when it asked to put my number in to confirm it was me I can’t because my country isn’t there???
Great, however….
….i loved this app until it logged me out. I registered through apple, and now can no longer access my messages because the option to log in with apple is now gone. Super sad because I really enjoyed the app before.
good but could be better
It’s amazing to get to speak to your artist. It’s really fun to have the app and interact with your idols. However I wish that people comments and the artist would be separated sometimes it hard to tell if the artist is the one speaking or if they reposted the question made by someone. I think it would be good if the artist could reply and the original question would show.
So far
The app is wonderful so far! I’m excited to connect with my artist!
Customer Support Needed
I’ve been a dedicated user of FROMM and genuinely love the idea of connecting with the artists I support. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been frustrating. I’ve reached out via email regarding an issue with my account and have yet to receive a single response. As fans, we invest our time, money, and emotions into this platform, so the lack of communication feels really disappointing. Please prioritize customer support — it’s the bridge between fans and artists, and it deserves the same care and attention. I really hope this gets resolved soon, because I want to continue enjoying the platform without unnecessary stress
good so far!!
i just got the app and it has been easy to use and very fun. just kind of expensive, but other than that i love it.
Why can't I update it on Apple?
It's too cheat people to keep reminding that the account has been stopped on Apple, and it can't be used just after the renewal. I can't update it anywayWhy is this? Why is there such a setting?Too speechless
good app, but..
the app is great! very user friendly. however before purchasing a subscription be aware that Fromm may randomly sign you out and you won’t be able to get back in :( i read reviews of this happening to other people and had hoped that they fixed this issue, but unfortunately they still haven’t. also even if it locks you out of your account they still keep your subscription, so make sure to cancel it separately. it’s really frustrating. please fix this issue soon!!!
