Soon you make purchase they lock the games. And you only have chance to lose and not win. Can’t say to much positive things about I will recommend do not get addicted plenty other game apps out there if you are stuck depressed or bored in hospital or so on. Not good overall. Customer service
Customer service is terrible. No matter if you have proof of something they will always come me up with some BS to prevent you from getting anything. Then if you message them about the same issue you will not win much for awhile. Had 1 customer service agent tell me after I showed my bank records to prove the purchase went through ( GOOD LUCK Winning again) and I went through about 240 bucks and about 20 trillion coins. Been playing 7 years here and would not recommend anyone to play here. Sad to say. This site use to be a lot of fun.
Good when it works!
I have been playing this game for many many years and it’s always been great. But for some reason, I’m fast spins it just keeps spinning and spinning and I have met one of the challenges, but for some reason I cannot collect. So something is definitely wrong with this app.

There is no fun anymore. The spins wins are predetermined by an algorithm. I’ve gone THOUSANDS of spins without a bonus, and then I get one and it is a pathetic win. They do not award real coins which is what makes this even more mind-numbingly stupid. I used to purchase coins all the time and regularly because it was fun. But it has gotten so awful that spending money on something that offers absolutely no value whatsoever is silly. I wish I had never downloaded this. Do crosswords or something better with your time because this doesn’t even scratch an itch for gambling. Absolute trash.
Long time Ceasars player
There are more and more pop ups in the game which I don’t enjoy. I have deleted all other games because of it a long time back. Hoping Caesar’s can cut back on this. I know where to find the deals if I want one. Otherwise I would have given a 5 star review.
Just keeps getting worse and worse
Lots of nice games on offer, BUT many glitches resulting in lost play time and lost rewards. I have noticed spins not being credited and other relatively minor malfunctions, but, most recently, Reel Travelers malfunctioned and restarted the app on the last game of the most challenging level, then would not reload that one game for the last 40 minutes, preventing me from getting my last few spins in to win the big prize. Funny, all the other games, including earlier levels of Reel Travelers, opened just fine. I find that a bit suspicious. I was able to get screenshots of the game not opening and reported the problem, but will have to wait to see if I get a satisfactory response (which would be, at the least, the ace chest and 8 billion coins I would have gotten had the app not frozen the game) or get told too bad, so sad. If I get a satisfactory response, I will come back and upgrade my rating.
Once fun now it’s all about the $$
Most of the older games are gone. The coin packages are ridiculously overpriced for an online game. The payouts are few and far between and before a new game is launched the dead spins increase. It’s all about the almighty buck.

I have played this game for at least 10 years maybe more. Once in a while it would ask me to log in to Facebook . Now it is at least once a week. I have checked on Facebook and they are noted as an app. Please stop this it is annoying So now even if you have purchased chips in the past, you are not allowed in the game unless you buy chips. If you think you have been frustrated before….you really need to try this game. You will reach new heights of disappointment. I get it, games need players to spend money but the level of terrible rewards and epic bad luck streaks on this game are unbelievable. Try participating in an event where 5 times you get a wheel that has coins and useless chests for rewards. Now imagine all 5 times getting the useless chests. This game literally acts as if they are giving you money out of their own pocket by letting you get a descent reward. When a player is spending money….your mission is complete….it won’t break the game to squeeze out a few descent rewards so a player can get just a few spins that don’t cost 10-20 dollars. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t have more than 2 minutes of spin time unless I buy 500-1 trillion coins. What really irks ya are the insane missions like win 700 billion coins when if you bet higher than a billion coins you will get zeroed in seconds so you need to take literally 6 hours to complete by betting at pathetic amounts. If you are going to zero players out every day no matter what then getting compensation should not be this impossible…Unbelievable guys. I left this game three times in the last 5 years…this will be my 4th time. Maybe next year new owners might pick it up and bring the game back to the good old days when it first came out and you could have some fun.

Easily my favorite daily game, I play it at least once a day. My only complaint is that lately I can’t seem to win at all, which means I’d need to spend money that I don’t have to refill my play balance. Maybe let players win a bit more? Other than that it’s a fun game
Money grab
I have been playing this game for years, now it’s all about buying coins and if you want to play you have to. It’s like they weren’t making enough and someone flipped the money grab switch today to super power. They had already decreased the ways and amount to earn coins plus significantly increased cost of coins. Today they changed the binge bar which did give great level prizes with around 7 levels to get the highest prize items, now it’s 20 levels. What the heck? Each level with premium $ was 4-6 prizes, now it’s two prizes and some levels aren’t even coins. They also removed the “pet sweet” x2 which was your only chance of moving up in the pet level. I’m very disappointed, I always bought the unlock for binge and pet, not anymore!! Money grab all the way and fyi, the mega wins didn’t increase!

The average win rate is 1 per 10 spins. (That’s a horrible spin to win rate) You can not complete a challenge at those odds. Certain games (big foot) are even worse. I will not play any day that the challenge is “win 150 spins”. That computes to over 1500 spins which is an automatic token loser. Your games are set up to lose even more than an average play for fun game as you advertise but yet your pop up menus beg for purchases. Fair warning to anyone reading this. Never pay them a penny. You will lose your money.

I only play with the free coins. There were a few nice wins. I found the overall graphics too busy, bigger font and bold straight lines would be better in the lobby.

If I have learnt 1 thing from this game it’s never ever buy credits. Your credits fly out of the game faster than a fired bullet. Absolutely ridiculous. Good games too much clutter
Fun to play but very annoying pop ups from secondary games . Challenges pop into the screen from the right. Often telling you mega win while the reels are still spinning. Annoying dragon pops down from the top blocking the top of the first 2 reels. The the side game ,which is always changing ,pops in from the left and actually forces you to leave the game your playing , mid spin, to play that game instead. Also had “vault is full” pop up block part of screen for free spin feature. Very annoying. Programmers are ruining this game.

I have only had this game a couple of weeks but got hooked straight away. A number of bonus screens stop without reason whilst on WiFi occasionally they return but it’s very hit and miss. What’s has happened ?
I liked this game, would recommend it and its a god stress reliever. I have now deleted it as after becoming a platinum member and getting close to level 4000 (not a mean feat), i was also happy for the in app purchases which improved my enjoyment. However, on Wednesday for some reason (and i guess its data privacy or whatever) i found myself set back to Zero as a bronze member . Thanks for that but ill go somewhere else. Very poor and no way will i be coming back.
