Started out great but then…
Have been playing this one many years, at first was great and fair. Now noticing billions played with no wins, the card collection is a joke never giving anything new and will input fake accounts on bonus games and pay that fake account their jackpots while making it look legit. Very sad. Used to be my favorite now not so much. Many other slots out there perform better.
More in game option purchases with accumulated reward tokens
It’s fun, but it would be a nice option if we could use our accumulated reward tokens to purchase chips or spins for the game itself.
Popslots has wasted a lot of my money. Used to be fun used to be able to play and enjoy it nope.
I would’ve rated a five been with POP! Slots since day one used to be fun and enjoyable now it takes your money and knows you’ll buy more logs you out all the time makes you log back in. Takes your money when the spins don’t count it’s unbelievable. Hope they fix this real fast cause it’s getting a bit annoying faithful customer here since day one and sad about the last couple years.

The variety of games are fun. Bummer you can’t chat with other “real” people. With this big rock we are flying around on and this game is mostly BOTS 5am or 5pm. Most group games are won by BOTS. Maybe 1 out of 5 games are won by “real” players.

Glitchy gaming platform
This started out as a fun source of entertainment. Over time I have experienced glitches during play that add up to millions in lost points. Between the endless spins that error out and the disconnects it’s easy to lose millions in points quickly . The only fix seems to be exiting and returning and hoping that it doesn’t happen again. The platform encourages users to buy chips and products to bet more. Over time it seems like the algorithm sets you up to lose so that you might purchase additional items. Since my intent was for entertainment I don’t really care to get hooked into the constant need to have more chips. It’s fun for a while, but easy to lose interest after experiencing enough platform issues.
More rewards for consecutive days
It would be nice if the free rewards got higher the more consecutive days logging in go up. I am at 77 straight days and i get the same amount every day except on spin the wheel days which doesn’t increase much either and still have yet to hit the highest value on that too.
What happened to this game? 😩
This has been one of my favorite games to play for many years. Fair wins, expected losses and great bonuses. But the last year or so, it has gone downhill. Billions played with no wins (seriously 300 spins and not even a big win?), bonuses that don’t have a decent payout. This goes beyond “bad luck” and house odds. And don’t get me started on the quests. A complete waste of your coins for the amount of payoff. So sad to see this game go downhill.

Waste of time
I’ve had a few conflicts with this app. The normal everyday spinning can be fun, but I promise you when something goes wrong. They will not have your back. They do not care that you’ve spent money with them. I have played this game for years my first problem. Their amp was acting up and down. I lost my 500 day login streak they told me to screw off. And here recently, I tried to change the bet and because it is right next to the max bet I pressed it. Spun $120 billion lost every bit of it. Why the max bet button is right next to the bed button makes no sense to me. Once again, they pretty much told me to screw off.
Fine game but offensive IAPs
This is a great game and the ability to redeem points for real world discounts is great. The fact that the in-app purchases are in USD is extremely offensive. It is really scammy to say some made-up token purchase is $1.99 then add USD instead of having the price in CAD like their other games. The only reason I play this one is that you need to play at least 2 of their games each day to stay at level 4.

I have spent at least $100 on this app, very addictive and annoying cause no matter how much u spend u still don’t win!!! Would like to win more!!
Love to hate
I love this game and hate it . DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME . Don’t be an idiot like me and spend real cash , I’ve done nothing but lost lost lost . I’m sure the adjust the slots , you’ll win for a day then a few days lose . I’ve never once completed the sticker album and I’ve played this for years , don’t expect to actually complete anything unless you spend your own money .

Not so good anymore
Obviously the programming has been changed more recently to reduce the chance of people winning with coins that were given to them for free. Been playing for years and suddenly the gameplay is quite different.

I’ve been playing this game for years and it used to be great until an update a couple of years ago made everything go down hill. I stopped playing for a long time and today got back on and they’re worse. Playing cleopatra slot in Luxor and bet 25 mil only to get 625k in the pyramid? I can’t even spend the rewards I’ve earned in my country because there’s no way I can see where they are located like I had before.

I’ve been playing this game for quite a few years but lately it seems to cater to only those who will pay for credits or their promotions. Today for example I used over 3.5 billion credits on a game at 25 million per bet, with virtually no return except bonus points for a bonus that passed me over twice. I have wasted enough time on it to have accumulated over 5 million loyalty points that are literally useless unless I want to fly to Vegas for a one night stay. Time to try something else.
Review
There is no update in this game. I have not seen one and I’ve checked the whole damn thing so if there’s an update, put it in I agree with the amount of cheating going on in this game. They say only 10 minutes 20 minutes per bonus round. I’ve played sometimes an hour had tons of bonus points and the other team who plays maybe two grand instead of 60 million they win not nice.

Suddenly not working
I went to play this afternoon and the app won’t load any game I have deleted it and reinstalled and rebooted. Still not working. Thinking the app needs an update.

I have been playing this game for years and finally I remembered to get a daily streak and i got it to a year (365 days) well apparently that meant nothing? Because i got nothing for it! I thought you get rewarded loyalty, apparently not because i feel like I've wasted my time now. Ive also noticed i bet over 10 million and always get lower stickers and lower amounts of spins on mini pops, it seems really unfair.

Now that I’ve levelled up a bit I can NOT believe the prices for premium and “deals” I’ll always buy premium as it was 1.99 or something HOW DOES IT GO UP TOO 19.99!!!??!? I am level 428 and just recently somehow it went up just like that? I have actually noticed the difference in prices for “deals” and stuff. There is NO WAY I’m paying nearly £40 for fake money. That isn’t a deal. Please change this. I always bought premium as it was not expensive at all and now you put it up to a pathetic amount? Please change this! It isn’t fair.

I have finally given up on this game. Not only does the site try to sell you something constantly, but there is a more insidious way the game tries to separate you from your credits. The game is constantly trying to move you to a room where there are more players. When you do move, your bet is reset to the maximum and the hope you don’t notice it for a while. Also, when you play one of their multi-game tournaments, your bet gets reset to the maximum. After having played for years,and having amassed a “fortune “ in credits of over 7 trillion, one night I was playing a multi-game tournament, I got moved to a new game and they (unbeknownst to me) reset my bet from 2.5 billion to 250 billion. By the time I noticed, I had lost over 5 trillion credits! Customer Service won’t do anything to rectify it. All they want is your money. BEWARE!
Can’t collect daily bonus! Day 218
Just updated and can’t collect my day 219 daily bonus!!? Collected in end. Server must have updated or something, on day 335! Enjoy playing the slots still and building up my bonuses for a big win!
Not able to connect
After years of playing I am now not able to connect. I get a pop up saying there are too many redirects.
One thing letting this game down…….
One thing really letting this game down is that you cant join the tournaments without losing all your money. The set bets to choose from are far too high in the tournaments and players should be able to select a lower bet so they can get to keep some of their money, or else its a very short time spent playing your game. I had a heap of coins and also spent real money today, but the tournament almost took it all, so I wont be paying real money anymore and will have to avoid the tournament from now on if I have won a lot of coins in the other slot games. It’s a shame because the tournaments were also very entertaining. The social part of the game is good, but in some games the emojis need to be fixed so they always work. Love the slot games, very entertaining, but the wins can be very low unless you are lucky enough to get some free spins. The group bonus features are fantastic and sometimes a good amount of coins can be won in them. The graphics are awesome. Difficult to win new costumes.

Decent game, but for the love of god! Could you please change the default orientation when the game starts? Your app is the only app that opens the opposite way when in landscape mode! Sure I can flip the phone to get it to change, but I shouldn’t have to. Thanks
CAN’T GET HELP
I have been playing POP! Slots for many years probably since the beginning when the game first came out. I have never missed a day and now I’m unable to log into my POP! Slots. I’ve tried everything I’ve been told to do in the app. I’ve even tried deleting and reloading the game and still I can’t get in. It tells me I can do it with a code. It keeps giving me the same code over and over again and when I enter it, it does absolutely nothing. I have been looking for any place where I can get help. I do not want to lose my place. I do not want to go back to day one and I have well over15 million reward chips. Can anybody tell me how I can get help with this game? This is so frustrating.
