This game used to be fun. Now it doesn’t appeal to me at all because of all the gimmicks. I just want to play the slots, I don’t need 15 other distractions going on at the same time to keep my interest. I can’t even get to the slot machine I want to play because of all the different popups that just won’t stop. It is all just so frustrating that I just finally deleted the app. For those that this appeals to, have at it. Not my cup of tea anymore.

New design screws over players
I have been playing this game for about 7 years, spending More time than hundred a month. Now the past two months, I have noticed a pattern of auto-spins being interrupted with coin ads, which after closing, the auto-spin patterns change and straight losses. The support staff have lied to me repeatedly, that this is impossible, unless I have ran out of coin for the next spin…Funny how my legal counsel has video evidence of it occurring as well. We have filed an investigation with the FTC. I am starting a grassroots boycott of this and all company games!! No longer spend a money and just stay as a customer for pending class-action against them.

Deceptive
I downloaded this game as a return player. I was promised 5 billion credits. Of course, I only received a small fraction. When I tried to contact them, it was not acknowledged. I went back and re-read the offer. I was correct in what I read. I deleted the app, if they cheat you before you even buy credits, I want no part of their deception.
Default high bets
Love this game but every time you start playing, it defaults at a high bet. I had built up to 5 trillion then lost it all in one go when playing on holiday in the sun. Should start at a low bet. Otherwise, I would say I’m addicted. Frustrating having to build my balance up again
Where’s my 5 billion credits promised to me?
Before I downloaded this, it said I would get 5 billion credits, but it did not give me 5 billion credits after I downloaded it and started playing it so what’s going on? Is it a false promise or what not cool?
Too many damn pop-ups!
This was my favorite slot game until they started adding an unnecessary amount of pop-ups for side quests and other dumb stuff. There were so many that it would over 5 minutes before I could actually start playing and then they continue to pop up during play. Ridiculous. Ended up deleting the game.

It’s one of my favorite games. I like that I don’t have to pay to play. I like all these new games. The wins are incredible. Following the yellow brick road to more exciting wins. Very enjoyable and positive vibes 😁

New update is horrible and has a ton of bugs. I want to undo the new update hate it
Default bet amount
This machine has the infuriating habit of defaulting to a stupidly high bet when changing machines or even when collecting a scratch card. I’ve lost trillions by pressing play after doing so without noticing it had defaulted to a a 500 billion bet rather than what was being played immediately before. It should start of low and make you increase or at least go back to the level of bet you were at before. No doubt designed to use your credits in the hope you will purchase more
Great graphics, that’s all.
This game has great graphics but that’s all. The slots don’t pay out well enough to consider purchasing fake coins to win fake money. Almost every slot is high bidding, 1 mil plus. Another thing, boring slots. There’s no excitement at all. Bonus, boring. Free spins, seem high but not in reality because the basic bets are too high for the payout. Also, constant pop-ups trying to get you to buy. Just avoid it.

Unattainable game requirements in all ways
I have been playing over 10 years and it used to be fun when game challenges were attainable. With each software update, chances of completing daily challenges or any other challenges for that matter, are almost impossible. On July 17th, I contacted support about not getting a single “FC red or purple” Lucky Card in High Roller World after more than 7,000 spins at the minimum bet of 500,000,000 points per spin. I was given the whole random card generation canned “spiel” and 4 spins later, lo and behold, I get a FC card. 10,000 or more, additional spins in High Roller World has yet to yield another single FC card. To try to complete a daily challenge, most of the time, I am required to spin 1,000 times in High Roller World at 500,000,000 points per spin plus get 18 big wins and a bonus game 5 times. Whenever you get a huge win, the software kicks in and you can spin up to 40 times without getting your initial bet back and your points go on a downward spiral. Whenever you do manage to get free spins, 95% of the time you may get 4 times your initial bet if luck is with you. Occasionally, you do win but that win is not equivalent to the points you used in getting it. When you manage to get a 4 or 5 star Lucky Card for completing a challenge outside of High Roller World, it is always the same card. Since the last 2 software updates, you will never complete a Lucky Card Set that include a FC Lucky Card or multiple 5 star cards. Yet, those are the card sets that will pay the most. Tech Support gets back to you when you bring these things to their attention but can’t wait to tell you to bet higher or the cards are random. There is nothing random about any of these games. Read the answers to user complaints, they are also canned answers. Keep your expectations low and your bets lower.

A wizard of a game
I love this game as it not a sequence of slot machines it tells a story as well. Unlike some games where they change their special feature every few days a special can last for a week or more so you get a chance to progress. The only problem is that the spins don’t last long enough. Sometimes you can be lucky and win lots and be able to play for ages and other times you can lose it all in a few spins. But you get a bonus every hour which depends on how active and lucky you are. You also get a super spin every 7th time you collect your bonus. You also have to look out for the notification to get extra credits. I also use the widget so I can collect the hourly bonus and don’t need to go into the game to check.

Fix
The each slot machine is a fix to make you spend money. I was on this years ago and eventually deleted it due to spending to much time on it. Recently re-downloaded it and the machines seem to spin a lot faster than what they should, making it harder to win. Each play level has increased the bet, for example high roller world, used to have a min bet of 100,000 now it’s 250,000. I recommend it if you have actual money to spend. If not, stay away.

Ive played this game for a couple of years now and love it. But the game is spoiled by having to close off about 10 pop ups every time you scroll across pages and also the fact it is geared towards you having to spend on perks and bonuses which i have done on a couple of occasions but no more, its made impossible to complete the daily challenge even when you purchase. So for these reasons i don't play so much anymore. Game has become impossible to enjoy anymore..

I like the game the levels are a challenge but enjoyable However when I buy coins and scratchers I barely get anything at all, and when I feed the monkey it doesn’t help me with levels I even let my money build up and the levels barely make any wins and it doesn’t seem right or fare So that’s why I’ve given you 2 stars due to the fact the game is so stingy with wins
Not the game it used to be
Loved this game but the lasted 6 months have been disappointing. Jackpots are rare as anything now.. you see the same people receiving them. Pay out are getting less and with the yellow brick road event on now, my bricks I have collected haven’t been acknowledged for the last 2 games! Support is also ridiculous because you got nowhere to report anything. Shame
