I’ve been playing this game for over 10 years now, I’ve never had a problem with it until now. The slot machines used to get out more chips, and I believe the least you could play was 10,000 chips, well now that bar has raised 250 million, and it’s almost impossible to get loyalty points now. I mean, sure you get about 300 million points every time you log into the game, but you lose them as soon as you play. And you can also buy chips, but it’s not enough to hit the average daily loyalty point mark. I guess I’m just asking the developers if they can lower the minimum chips to play, or make the payloads bigger and easier to win because this is just ridiculous.
100mil Min Bets Now
You guys ruined it with the mandatory 100 million minimum bets now. Hadn’t played this in a while hoping to relive some good, old memories. Can’t so that now. Great job.

Recent Update
The recent update made the minimum bet 100,000,000. This ruined the coins I had built up for years and the payouts didn’t update. Adding more zeros doesn’t make the game fun you are ruining it.
Bad changes
You raised the minimum bet and got rid of wheel of Fortune. I am in the process of searching for a new game app because this one is ruined for me. As soon as I find a new one, I like I’m going to delete this one.

The rewards now suck, odds are NOT in your favor and the minimum bet is outrageous. Not fun anymore. Not worth playing anymore. Who ever made all these changes should be fired!
Kinda worth it
Not a bad casino game per say, but be prepared to close the constant pop ups when you open the app, it just gets annoying…..it was enough to stop me using this specific app, and instead, I know use another vegas app that is related to this one
HATE the new update
I’ve been using this game app for the better part of 5 years now. They typically have great perks and benefits and loooovvveee to use them in Vegas, when visiting. As the time passes, this game has been through plenty of updates that seemed fine. This new one completely takes away your choice as far as your lowest bet, for every, single, game. From what I’ve gathered, the lowest bet can decrease based on your total amount of playing chips. At some point, I had acquired I want to say around 40 billion and maintained by balance give or take between 10, 20, -30 billion. When this update began, the lowest best it allowed for me was $1 billion per bet and the button to lower my bet was greyed out. This all occurred mid weekly campaign by the way. Typically I don’t spend money for in game purchases at all. But I found myself running out of playing chips extremely fast with a 1 billion bet minimum. I purchased a bundle package and had gotten back up to 40 billion playing chips again. But again that was quickly diminished with the huge betting standard. Sad to say with this update, I will be deleting the game. Definitely a big bummer, but it completely made me mad and I will not be continuing to play. I will use my rewards as much I can but I no longer see the value in this game: change it back or I’ll delete it forever!
Cant play much as minimum bets are more than daily rewards.
Minimum bets are 200mil. Cant play much unless you pay to play. Not even on high roller. Used to be able to bet 20,000 now nothing less than 200mil. Not fun anymore.

The Game Changed for the Worse
This was a very fun and entertaining game to play. I never had to spend money to play and I received real world rewards including $100 in free slot credit at the Excalibur Hotel. A month ago they revamped the game making impossible to play without paying into the game. I can no longer recommend this to anyone and I am done with it. I’ll check back from time to time to see if it’s better but until then I am through.

Totally devalued chips
Long time player. Fun games. Real rewards, admittedly getting less over time but I don’t even care about those that much. Overnight the minimum bets went up over 100x with barely better bonuses. I would burn through the chips I’ve saved in no time. They’re forcing you to buy chips to play.

Was really entertaining but then my minimum bet went from 100,000 to 100,000,000 and it’s not playable anymore. Put it back please!

New Changes Make Things Impossible
I’ve played this game for 15 years. All of sudden they changed their whole reward structure and now make you get to different levels to receive rewards. They stuck a loyal customer at level one, where I can only choose between horrible reward choices. The rewards are the lowest of the low.
Used to play every day
I played this game every day for at least 10 years. All of a sudden over night minimum gets in the high roller lounge went from 5 million to 1 billion. All of the coins I’ve earned or purchased now count for 28 spins?! This is insane. Don’t bother with this game unless that change it back

New beta version is junk
The changes made in new beta versions has ruined this app. IMO
Some Fun Games BUT…
…it has a significantly lower win percentage than the majority of their competitors. Wins have been dialed down to mimic the hard pays of real casino slots. Additionally, prices for chip packs have grown exponentially. I suppose everyone wants to make money but now things are just getting ridiculous. If you don’t mind paying to play, give it a go but otherwise what was once a fun game has descended into a cash grab with little to no rewards.

Had wrong email connected to account, fixed that and was able to cash in my rewards. Comp. Night in Vegas and cashed out for $20 off at dinner one night and a free appy another night. Games are fun and rewards really work. 5 stars 👍🏻
New update
New update has completely ruined this app for me. I have been a loyal user of this app for many years but the changes aren’t worth my time any more. It’s almost impossible to get rewards now without sticking a bunch of money into it. The minimum bet on most games now is also ridiculous.

While I love this app, since last year I have accumulated a lot of points that would have been nice if you kept the free play without having to book a hotel. PLEASE bring it back!!!! ☺️
Problem with the app
Lately, when I log into this app and start playing, then I get a message, it cannot connect to their servers. This happens only after one or two minutes of playing and it doesn’t make any difference whether I’m hooked up to a Wi-Fi or to LTE. i’m sick and tired of being kicked out of this app so I’m going to quit using it even though I’ve got a lot of points.

Becoming Unplayable
I used to love this game, I’ve spent a lot of time playing - I’m on level 461 and have a lot of loyalty points. My minimum bet on every slot has gone from 400K to 100M with no warning and I can’t bring it back down. It’s impossible to play for longer than a few minutes. I should have the option to bet what I want, I shouldn’t be forced to lose a billion chips every 10 spins.

This by far is the worst update on any app game. This is a money grab with little to no rewards. The developers think tank should leave their basements and see what the real world is dealing with. I have spent 3 years building reward points only to see the rewards get cheaper and the game get worse. Do not download until they increase the rewards and change the “analytics back”. The economy sucks and they are taking advantage of the person who needs a discount. If Vegas wants to go luxury then don’t waste your time.

Death by a Thousand Updates
I've used myVEGAS for years, and watching this app decline has been frustrating. It started with limiting how much reward currency players could earn, then came higher betting requirements, inflated chip values, and rewards that no longer feel worth the time investment. What used to be a rewarding app now feels like an endless grind. The biggest problem is that every major change seems designed to make players work harder for less. Chips feel less valuable than they used to, many games require much higher bets than they once did, and the rewards system no longer offers the value that originally made the app stand out. Years ago, what are now considered low bets were normal maximum or medium bets. Today, everything feels scaled up while the actual player value feels scaled down. myVEGAS used to be a rewards app with slot games. Now it feels like a slot game with a rewards system attached as an afterthought. Unless PLAYSTUDIOS starts focusing on player value again, I wouldn't recommend investing time in this app.

I’ve been playing this about for about 5 months as I’m visiting Vegas in August 24 really good game and I’ve purchased a few deals on this game as well, but twice now it’s stopped working and you need to delete the app then reinstall, sadly all the coins I had have vanished as well, is this a scam ????
